The women working in the office were absolutely awesome. Always good attitudes when we called about something. But the townhouses themselves were something else. We had problems with our A/C unit leaking all the time. For a few months we complained about the leaking and they would always send someone out (the same older guy) to “fix” it, then it would leak again the same week. Then finally a week or two before we moved out to PCS a different younger guy came and told us that the A/C unit was so old that it couldn’t go under 68 degrees or it would freeze. That would have been nice information to know about earlier than right before we move out. Water damage was very bad upstairs in the smaller bedrooms as well. And worst of all, was the bug/roaches. These things were everywhere. We sprayed and sprayed and sprayed and they always came back, made a nest or something in the breaker box. They would climb in corners on the ceiling. And I had a brand new keurig, my husband saw a roach crawl in there and he took it apart and they had a breeding ground in there and I had to throw it away! then we complained to the front office finally and they came and had someone spray and the next week, they came back even worse! I was a stay at home mom, so it was never hard to keep the home clean, so after dinner it was so bad that we had to put our food away as soon as it was cooked. They were everywhere and it was just hard to have company over because it was so nasty. When we were moving out and taking our pictures off of the wall, they had eggs behind our pictures frames and I had to throw a lot of them away.

I just moved here from another country and to be honest it has been good thus far. Once I call the office with a work order Marcus comes in and does an extraordinary job at trying to solve all that he can once it is humanly possible and in his power. The leasing manager is very helpful as well and tries her best to ensure I am comfortable. They do have roaches however, once reported pesticide control comes in, again Marcus extended some advice which I have tried and it seems to be working! Thanks for my 🍿

I’ve lived at Cross Creek Cove for a little over a year now and I would just like to brag for a second on how much the environment in the property office has changed since getting new management! Nicole and Courtney have been absolutely professional but also very caring and supportive when I have had an issue. If you’re looking to move to a nice and more family oriented environment this is your place.

Ms. Courtney Jackson is exceptional! She’s very professional and very accommodating. The space that you get for the price is awesome! And when you call for maintenance they come in a timely manner!

I moved Into the complex last year 2019 and the management was not friendly nor helpful when it came to meeting the needs of the tenants in the community. Since being here NEW management has take over and you can see the difference in meeting the needs of the tenants. The turn around to maintenance request is immediate and they are there to answer all of your questions. If it had not been for a NEW management team taking over I surely would have not signed to extend my lease. Thank you to NEW management team at Cross Creek Cove apartments

I have lived at Cross Creek Cove Apartments for more than three years, and it has been more like a family atmosphere. Management is very courteous, and helpful., and always ready to solve any problem they can. Maintenance is very responsive, and follows through until completion.This is a very safe dwelling, and I would recommend Cross Creek Cove Apartments, to all my family and friends.

The staff is amazing! These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others

I moved in about five months ago. The staff was very professional and took care of all my needs. I have seen the previous post about roaches, but I have not seen one. Upon moving in there were some things that needed fixing like the dishwasher and the toilet ran. When I put in the request, maintenance was there to fix them the next day. I have met some good people since moving in. So far so good. I love it here!!!!

I’ve been here for 3 months & i love it. This place is great, reasonable prices, very responsive staff, and overall i have no complaints. The neighborhood is quiet, the people are friendly & i would recommend this place 10/10 to anyone who asked.

I visited this complex and I was pleasantly surprised @ how calm & peaceful it looked and felt, most importantly how CLEAN it was! Im from Fayetteville & may be relocating back there in a couple of months. I was told by friends that still live in the area that Cross Creek Cove has progressed! I was told correctly! :) The property manager was a gem as well. So informative and polite!!! Cross Creek Cove will be my new home if this relocation happens!!

6/21/21 edit: I was willing to amend my review to bump it up a star due to their response to my maintenance request. However, I will not and instead tell you about how they request you write them emails about tenant noise but clearly DO NOT address that issue as Im STILL dealing with a tenant above me who is all but considerate of those they live with.I have lived in apartments, and I have NEVER had this issue where it wasnt rectified immediately. Instead, one of the employees responded to my first letter stating that when my lease is up I can relocate to third level apartment, which I found incredibly unprofessional. I have lived in my apartment before the tenants above me and as such I shouldnt be forced to move because my Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment is being infringed upon. There is a CONSIDERABLE difference between normal noise and that Ive had to endure for the past year, banging on my ceiling, calling and writing two emails to Cross Creek that obviously have not been acted upon.Its clear they dont honor the fact that these areas have a quiet time and that there are those who let their child jump, bang and run at 12a to almost 2a most nights. I do not recommend this apartment due to their inability to address these issues. Second level tenancy was requested due to health problems. Ive lived here for roughly three years almost and have ONLY complained religiously this past year about the new tenants above me.Look elsewhere, youll need to find somewhere where they care about those who pay their rent and abide by the expected rules laid out in the lease.--- ---Okay; Im going on year two and I have no real complaints about my second floor unit.Apartment living is notoriously loud etc. This is to be expected. I am, thankfully, surrounded by courteous dwellers in my building so I havent had any real complaints OTHER than, with the rains this year plus a few tenants moving out, I see every once in a while baby roaches. I spray my own place and keep it clean so its not a normal occurrence so one or two doesnt perturb me.The staff have been very friendly towards me since I have moved here. Ive not had a negative experience at all with anyone but I also approach with respect and kindness about any complaints I may have, if any. So Im unsure whom might have interacted with the staff and the context of the interaction to prompt a negative review.Only reason(s) I have given them 3 stars:1. Delay in work order. Ill attribute it to falling between the cracks after the whole COVID shut down, but I had called a month or so prior about a window screen that had not been installed properly and fell out of my window as soon as I opened it. Theyve not replaced it yet.2. When I moved in, carpets had spots from food dye or nail polish and the painting was terrible. Its fine for the rent I pay. Also, the filter for my a/c unit was not changed and horribly dusty.3. My fridge has a leak on the inside. I did as maintenance suggested to see about thawing the freezer BUT still leaks.4. Bathroom fixtures (i.e. towel hanger) was NOT installed properly. Whomever did the installation prior to my moving in did a terrible job. My bar keeps falling because the screws didnt go into a sound spot in the wall.5. Trash. This is more towards the tenants throwing trash outside the trash compactor. Its gross, its obnoxious and theyre doing their best to curb that.This is an affordable place to live. Not very noisy, friendly enough neighbors and a great transitioning place if you just relocated, looking for your forever home etc.

Jala was very respectful and got all my needs and some of my wants tended to very quickly. Great customer service and great neighborhood and also very friendly property managers as well.

My overall experience been great here, I have had no issues about this place the staff jala McLean is awesome. Shes always ready to help in any situation, Shes always excited an with good positive energy.

Moving to Fayetteville in the next few weeks to be closer to family and the staff was really nice and informative. They even gave suggestions on things to do and places to explore as I am clueless about those things in this area. Looking forward to being a resident soon.

The apartments are what youd expect, maybe a little smaller. Fair prices for what you get.Weird layout in a few floor plans. The staff are nice; Michelle has been especially helpful to us during our couple of years here. Maintenance is attentive, but youll have to find out what might be wrong with your apartment when you move in. Something may need replacing, like your air conditioning unit, oven, or toilet part. My only real complaint is the lack of any kind of soundproofing. The ceilings let you hear everything your neighbors are doing, and they can hear you -- be considerate. There is also a mold/bacteria issue.Neighbors are a whole other story. Some of them are pleasant or helpful, but a lot of them are the kind of people who put their trash next to the compactor and walk away, or dont press the button and cause the whole complex to need to deal with a broken trash compactor for three months. Some will play movies or music loud enough to wake you up at 3am and then drunk scream at you when you ask them to turn it down, and then get mad at you for playing your music during daylight hours. If you decide to live here, be prepared for more of these people to be moving in.

Im not the apartment type guy... I need my space and yard space... My daughter lives in house across the street from them and they are located behind my house... My rating is based solely on my preference...

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The staff could care less about anything and are extremely rude and unprofessional. I had mold and a water leak for 6 MONTHS!! I had to call code enforcement and several news crews came out and covered the story. There are drug deals that happen right in front of the playground and the amount of drugs in the complex is unreal. It is not a safe place at all. The police are there on a regular basis. Maintenance does not fix things and they falsify the maintenance request and lie about the work being done. After talking to the news and corporate i was finally let out of my lease. I had mold growing all over the apartment and they could have cared less. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

This complex is extremely bad!! They have a roach problem. We tried multiple times to let them know and when they come and fix it, the roach still comes back.The Walls are extremely thin to an extend you can hear you neighbors conversations. And if you are a light sleeper, you will NEVER be able to sleep well.The apartment is very bad maintained, everything is super cheap in it that breaks very fast. The floor is uneven and bobbly.The dog parks they have! It’s always filled with poop, it’s never clean. The park fence t it’s broken for over 6 month! They never fixed it even when you reported it.Definitely not recommend to live in this place. It’s a wast of money!! Also on top of that the people who works there are very rude, don’t know anything about military laws or federal law, and unprofessional! Their goal is to take all you money and not to be fair with you! And they always blame their problem as you were the one who caused it.Ps: they take money from you even if you have a service dog, which it’s against the federal law that they don’t know about. And even when you tell them they still didn’t give my money back, and they basically call you a liar when you educate them about the law. And when they will tell you “ we will fix it, you will get your money back, we will try to look into this matter” get ready to never hear back from them for a long period of time

If I could give this apartment no stars I would. My family and I lived here for a year and it was horrible. I dont recommend this place to anyone. There was problem after problem. Ridiculous amount of roaches and they only sprayed one time in a year, the maintenance man is very rude and accused you of doing things on purpose, mold on the walls in the living room, air conditioner broke numerous times and they did the bare minimum to fix it so it would just break again, noisy neighbors and no matter how many times you complain nothing is done and even after you tell the office they are doing illegal activities they act like they dont care. Drug deals in the parking lot and sketchy people lurking in the parking lot which makes you scared to even go to your car alone. Do not live here.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, especially the one bedroom apartments. they have a floor air conditioning unit that only cools and heats the living room. The mold issue is out of hand, apparently Im not the only one with the mold issue looking at other reviews. Extremely small, so no washer and dryer hook up. So ready to leave! Especially looking at other places where the rent is either the same or cheaper, but yet so much better.

I’ve stayed here over a year and a few things just started breaking but the office handles these issues quickly so I have no problems.

I have been here since last February and I have never had a problem. I really like these apartments! They are in a great location and the other residents are nice. The staff has always been helpful and maintenance is always there when needed. they keep the landscaping up and the pool clean. I actually got my friend to move here a few months ago and he likes it just as much as I do!

This apartment complex is wonderful. The setting is beautiful with the trees and everything. My neighbors are very friendly and the staff wonderful. If I have a maintenance issue they fix is right away. It is also quiet and peaceful. I just love it here and so does my dog who loves the dog walk area. It is a great place to live.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. All I have to say is MOLD MOLD MOLD and more MOLD!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away because I wish someone would have told me.

I have lived here for about a year and have enjoyed it very much. I have made really good friends with my neighbor, we walk our dogs just about every afternoon together. During the summer the pool is my favorite place, it is always very clean! The staff is awesome and have helped me with everything Ive ever needed. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

As a Tennant I love the neighborhood. Very quiet, very friendly neighbors and nice interior. There is a dog park on site which I love, a fitness center, a pool and a childrens park. The parking lot is huge so you never have to walk a long distance to your home. Always a space available. Office staff are friendly and respond quickly to any complaints or concerns you may have. Would recommend to anyone. Whether youre a college student or just a working citizen I would definitely recommend this complex.

I wouldnt recommend this place at all mold issues and when I say I was leaving they add so much stuff more I suppose to pay like cleaning the carpet when I moved in there the carpet was old and I know they did change the carpet because it was really bad so and if I keep going I will never finish I never receive my deposit which I was not waiting for nothing cus couple people keep telling me they never receive either so please dont go to this place for nothing!!! The only one that was really nice was michelle but the rest all rude.

I have lived here for a little over 2 Years. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff is friendly and attentive. The maintenance men are great! My only complaint about my experience were the noisey neighbors. Almost all of my neighbors were super loud. But hey, that happens when renting an apartment. My apartment was maintained and had minor issues over the past two years. Im moving due to my job and needing more space. Definitely would recommend. They usually have move in specials, and I found the rates to be reasonable.

It was a great starter apartment for my fiance and I. I had a 1 bedroom apartment which was 600 sq. Feet. The price was $775.00 per month I felt as if it was overpriced for its extremely small size. I feel as if the price should be lowered to fit the standard overall great people. I enjoyed my stay.

Roaches everywhere. Dog poop everywhere. I was lied to about initial payment then charged a late fee. Staff very rude.

I lived there for along time. They dont care about you as a client. Your repair quests do not get answered. The trash compactor says broken. The pictures that they post online look nothing like the apartment. The appliances are outdated. The floors are not hardwood. They are very shabby and shady. I dont owe them any money and i left on good terms. The new owners are bad for business .

Just a very bad place to stay. Price is a trap. Plus the townhome ceilings are leaking. Leaks in the closet as well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. By far the worse apartment complex hands down. Old, worn out units with everything falling apart. They find little, cheap ways to temporarily fix and issue instead of doing things the correct way. The whole complex needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. The whole staff is lazy, incompetent, unprofessional, and nonchalant. They literally do the bare minimum. I will not be keeping my lease. As soon as I find something else I will be turning in a notice. I wouldnt even recommend this place to the devil himself. Run people run.

Friday June 19th I called the office due to an A/C issue. The lady that answered was professional, patient, and answered all my tedious questions. Same as well with the maintenance crew.

This place is very unprofessional and none of the working seem to be in sync with each other. I keep calling the office to get results and one person tells me one thing then the next day it’s something different. I wouldn’t advice anyone to put an application in here because they will steal your money

Just dont. go literally anywhere else. STAY AWAY!

Great Apartments; 10 minutes from my job & the staff & maintenance are friendly

I appreciate the staff being so helpful and completing my maintenance request in a timely fashion. Within hours of my call on a Saturday, the maintenance crew came and fix an issue I was having with my AC unit.

The accept false documents from anyone and dont care if its fraud or not. They do not care if you were deployed and accounts were opened in your name. Will be added to off limits to military for housing soon for this reason.

This is my 2nd time living here. First time I moved out bc of the noise. Too many young people. Im a disabled veteran. It was hard for me to sleep at night. I liked living here but the residents were not good. I decided to move back bc I needed a place to live asap and I knew I could always come back. This time it was a way better experience. They took into consideration that I am older and disabled.so they put me in the building with the model. Havent had an real roach problems. I saw ONE since I moved back here but they IMMEDIATELY got on it. Anytime I need something done, Angela is on it. The grounds are always kept nice. I even saw Angela, the manager out there one day picking up loose trash. A friend of mine accidentally dropped his keys down the incinerator shoot and the maintenance man went in there and found them. I love the specials they offer on rent, which is another reason I came back. I also appreciate the balcony decorating contests (I won 1st place last year). Im reading a lot of bad comments and I guess everyone has their own experience here. But I like it. I plan on buying a home next year in NY, but I would still like to keep a 1br here for when I visit my family here. I would refer to others.

Great townhouses. Great prices for a good area.

Lived there for 6 months and had nothing but problems. I had the neighbors hot water heater above me bust and had a leak in hallway ceiling just about a whole day. You could see were they may have had that issues in the same spot before and just put some plaster over it then sprayed the popcorn stuff on it. I asked were they going to check for mold they said no but Im sure the same thing has happened before and it took forever for them to get it fixed. I also had black mold growing in my window seals and you could see the staining on the walls from the leak that happened with the neighbor. When it time for me to move out I went to inform them I was leaving because my lease was up and they tell me i had to give a 60 day notice instead of a 30 day one. I wasnt aware of that but I always paid my rent on time and they never had a problem with me so i didnt understand why they couldnt let me just leave. They charged me for another 1 month even though I was already moved and then I found black mold behind my couch as I was moving.

Wirst roach infested place I have seen at rhe high prices they charge you would think they would be more conscious about that. And who puts bad kids over an older person with parents who have no control. Dont do it unless its only temp.

This is the worse place possible to live, the only one that actually helped ppl a little was Teresa and is no longer here, the african-american lady on the phone is very sarcastic, she has a horrible attitude, i dont know what is the requirements to work there but good customer service is not one, I cant wait for my contract to be over!!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS APT, THERES ROACHES EVERYWHERE, MOLD, RUDE PPL AND SARCASM AT BEST, IS NOT WORTH IT, calling the emergency line for a liking close to electric cords and even those are rude. The manager Angela listens to respond and rebottle not to assist, this is been the worse experience ever, whoever is reading this find another place please

Cross creek a really nice apartment complex nice quiet and calm

Lost 4000 dollars worth of furniture less than 6 months old due to a horrible roach infestation. After months of bitching about the roaches had to threaten with a lawyer to get a new apartment. Got a new apartment with a broken fridge. Left for home two weeks later. A month being home we had a bill for 393.00 dollars for moving apartments and the broken fridge. HA. Sending them their bill for all the property damage due to their infestation and poor excuse for roach extermination.

This is the worst place to live, they have very bad bug and insect issues and their staff is not always the best. they say their military friendly but do NOT believe them. our car has been broken into 3 different times and one of my friends who also live here her house was broken into 2 times. i am allergic to the roaches but they still refuse to move us and we also have found 6 hobo spiders inside our apartment and i have a newborn. this to me is NOT ok nor do i think it reflects well on the staff for doing absolutely nothing at all. do not move here unless yu really like alot of bugs and bad staff.

I noticed when black people stay in a particular building the apartment manager its always around our building meanwhile the white residence I know that she never messes with them and then she ask for IDs just for me to come and pick someone up from their apartment I wish I would have recorded the interaction so everybody can see in detail how I feel kind of offended the apartment manager needs to work on her people scares and she needs to take a diversity training class I can tell from her actions that she has a little bit of animosity towards blacks and this is coming from someone whos married to a white person
