Went in today for an extraction after tooth issue on Tuesday. They are always so accommodating in getting me in as soon as possible when an emergency arises. Dr.Courtney did a great job! Quick and helpful in explaining everything while she worked. I am Dr. Nick’s patient and he is amazing as well! I have been with this family practice since 1988 and would highly recommend to everyone! Top notch!

This was my first visit to Farmington Smiles and the experience was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was friendly. Sydney the dental hygienist and Dr. Courtney explained everything very thoroughly and demonstrated a sense of genuine caring. I would have to say that this experience was the best I have had over the last 10+ years with several other dental practices.

I grew up going here and now I take my son.Dr. Reid is amazing. The hygienists are amazing as well especially with kids. My son got his first cleaning today and he had such a great experience. I recently received my first dental crown with this office. Have been a patient for 3+ years now. Both Dr. Reid and his Dental Assistant Olivia displayed enormous competence, compassion, and comfort throughout the appointment (They let me choose my own music preference during the procedure!). They were also very helpful and engaging in providing me with a better understanding of the many computerized scanners, dental mills, and 3-D Printers they had in their office. The precision of it all is literally incredible. I can certainly wait to do it again, but I know I’ll be in excellent hands if and whenever I do need them crowning another tooth. My family of 4 has been going to this practice for nearly 12 years. What else can I say? They’re great! Appointments are made efficiently and they RESPECT their clients time ( I’ve never waited more than two minutes). The staff is friendly and professional and the office is meticulously clean. They work quickly, but I’ve never felt rushed, and they’ve been great with all my girls.❤️ They’re well organized and are always managing the billing well, including working to get included on my employers group plan(s). All painless, like their dentistry...Very appreciated! Another thing that differentiates them from other dentists I’ve had, is that they NEVER try to upsell to get work done if it isn’t truly needed. All in all, this is a five star practice and we’re grateful to have them.

Came here on recommendation from a coworker. The staff was very nice (even though I was late) and had me in and out quickly. I appreciated the reminders via text and the phone call the day before my appointment because I forget EVERYTHING and even though I had multiple reminders in my phone it was nice they followed up. My wife and daughter have an appointment as well in the next few weeks.

Went for a cleaning. Very thorough, friendly and professional. Started on time. Hygienist was concerned about my comfort. Did not wait long for the dentist who did a thorough check. The only thing missing was a star on my forehead for no cavities.

I have been a consumer of this family run business for over 30 years and would not go anywhere else. Outstanding care every time.

I have been a patient for about 8 years and never had a bad experience before. My husband is also a patient there and we are very happy with the service we receive. The doctors there won’t push you to do unnecessary treatments or procedures, which I had issues with my previous dentist. I recently had my wisdom tooth removed. Thankfully it was quick and painless.

Farmington Smiles are certainly among the most professional and caring medical team we have encountered. And that is with my wife being in the medical profession! They have gone out of their way several times to help us in a crisis, and we could not ask for better service and support from them and their staff. Patients for life!

I love that they used ultrasonic teeth cleaning instead of scaling. I was actually surprised that my preference was listed in my chart. Ive never had that happen anywhere else. No pain whatsoever and everyone is super nice. They go above and beyond in making sure you enjoy the dental experience. Great atmosphere for the entire family.

Farmington Smiles has me smiling again! I chipped my tooth, although it was only an enamel chip (so there was no nerve exposed, therefore no major pain).I had an 8am appt. and my tooth was x-rayed, patched, and smoothed within 15 minutes!I was told that I could go back to eating anything from ice cream to piping hot pizza without issues. Now my tongue is happy not finding that rough chipped tooth that was bothering me.Thanks Courtney!

Made an appointment since I thought my wisdom teeth had to come out turns out I just needed a filling in one of my teeth. Dr Reid is amazing he made sure I was comfortable and I left there smiling. We decided to switch Dental care after 40 years (our previous dentist is retiring). We had a recommendation to go to Dr. Reid and Farmington Smiles. Teeth cleaning was great and we were both seen right on time. Great atmosphere. We have found our new dental care for the next 40 years (assuming we live that long). Fully recommend.

Very impressed with my 1st visit. Support staff were professional and friendly, as was Dr. Knowles. Dr. Knowles reviewed x-ray films with me, addressed recommendations with clear rationale and described expectations with me. Additionally, he asked if I had questions or concerns along the way. Although I initially was seeking a 2nd opinion re:an acute issue- I now look forward to a long-term relationship with Dr. Knowles and his team for ALL my dental/oral health needs. I have encouraged my husband to consider the same.

I LOVE Dr. Dennis Miller, he puts his heart in everything that he does. Too bad he has technically retired and only comes once a week. Two other doctors -- his daughter and son-in-law -- are also good and trustworthy. The office is well organized and well run.

I arrived early for my cleaning appointment and was seen early to my surprise. Kevin my hygienist was welcoming as always and did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. I did have some questions about whitening my teeth, he told me all the options I have and was very informative. The Drs. Reid, The wife and husband really have a special place here. Ive seen them both and I like them both. My last dentist was just in it for the money. He had me having dental work done I didnt need, not Farmington Smiles. If I dont need anything done they send me on my way until the next 6 month check-up.

The office is clean and organized, modern and stylish! The equipment all appears up to date and gives off the “we use the best tools for our clients” vibe. All the techs, office workers, and doctors have personalities that clearly show they love there jobs and that they all want to be there. Everyone is friendly, prompt, professional, and they make a point to know you on a PERSONAL LEVEL. You’re never just “another patient” to them. I don’t ever want to change dentists, and if I have to move ever... I wish I could take them with me. Stellar job FS!

The fact that my 3 kids (ages 11,9, and 6) actually look forward to going to the dentist says it all! We have been seen by all dentists and likely all hygienists and have always had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and informative. The hygienists are gentle and do not rush your cleaning. The dentists explain everything they do and are sure to answer all your questions/concerns. I do not feel they take advantage as they strive to find the most sensical, cost effective approach. I can’t say enough good things about Farmington Smiles!

My son had his appointment after school and he was already tired and emotional. He is only five. He’s always done great at the dentist, but he wasn’t feeling it at first. His hygienist was so calm and patient and worked with him until he was comfortable. He ended up smiling and laughing and having a great experience. They were also great with my daughter toddling around. The entire staff is so friendly!

I would recommend Farmington Smiles to everyone! They are professional, courteous, and timely. My son had his braces put on yesterday. The office called and said we could come early. They took him back and he was done in less than an hour of our arrival time. They have been servicing our dental needs for over three years. We have since moved from the area, but continue to drive there for our dental appointments because of their great service.

Staff was terrific helping me set up quickie appointment for a painful tooth. Dr. Courtney was thorough in her explanation and gentle with the ultimate treatment. I needed a follow up appt 60 days later, and again was able to get in quickly, resolved my problem and put my fears to rest. All I had to go on when I scheduled the first appointment was the list of reviews, and I agree with the positive feedback I have read about this practice. If you are on the fence deciding to schedule here, go for it. Im very pleased with the service.

Dr Knowles and the hygentist Kevin made my 3 year old son feel extremely comfortable. They were very knowledgeable and careful in making sure my sons Dentist visit didnt scar him for life. They told him precisely what they were going to do and what to expect, even naming the suction Mr Drinky. Jacob was able to use the suction tool in a glass of water and even ended up grabbing the water jet and soaking everyone Im the exam room. In addition, they offered names of pediatric dentists in leiu of themselves performing the work, which I thought was highly professional furthering the notion that they absolutely wanted the best care for him. My son wanted me to write this review so other kids his age would not be scared to see the dentist. Myself and my two children will continue to see the staff at Farmington Smiles for a long time to come.

I was very nervous to take my 3 year-old daughter to a new dentist because she had been with her old one since she was 1 years old and she does not adapt to new places and people very well. However, the staff was amazing. The hygienist took the time to go over all the steps of the cleaning with my daughter. She even allowed her to help with certain steps. The dentist came in and treated my daughter as if she was an adult. He did not baby talk her put he was patient and ensured she was comfortable. I would highly recommend this dentist office for children and adults!!!
