I went today for my semi annual cleaning. I just think the world of Dr. Smalley! I have been a patient of his since he first started his practice in Farmington.There were some new faces at the office today.The greatest news is....I will get to go back to visit them all again in 6 months!

I have been here twice now and each time it has been a great experience. Jack Smalley and his team are professional and caring. Each one of them goes above and beyond so you are knowledgeable as well as comfortable with each step of your visit. I highly recommend them! I look forward to bringing my family in for all our future dental needs!

My whole family goes to Dr. Smalleys office and we all love it. Me and my husband have been going to Dr. Smalley since we were 10 and we keep coming back because of the awesome staff and service. We have 4 kids of all ages and they are so patient and kind with my 2 year old, knows just how to make my 4 year old comfortable, and gives the proper care to my 12 year old. I can’t say enough great things about this office. The office is always clean and it’s always easy to make appointments. Highly recommended for any age any dental issue or even for yearly checkups.

My wife and I have been going to Dr Smalley since we moved to San Juan County 16 years ago and have been very happy with them. Of course Dr Smalley and Dr Glover are professionals and very good at what they do and their staff are always very polite and helpful and if you have an appointment at a certain time you can always be assured that you will be in the chair at the time. Early on I had to have some dental work done but ever since then Ive only needed to go there for cleaning which is a testament to the good job the doctors and hygienist do. Thanks!

I was very unhappy with my experience at this dental office. I did not make it past the front desk becausethe receptionists were very rude. I would recommend the ladies at the front desk be trained on how to politely & professionally do their jobs.

You have to change your IVR because its not true that you care about your patients. We are in a PANDEMIC right now, if you have properly informed your patient that we have to pay for the service out of pocket then we will not be shocked when we receive a bill for more than a thousand dollar. You have to tell your receptionists how to properly educate the patient with regards to insurance.

I am always nervous going to the dentist. When I first came here I had some major work done. With that, from checking in, to the actual procedure. Every step of the way was greeted with kindness and understanding. Jack O Smalley is very easy to work with. I would recommend anybody who has anxiety about going to the dentist to visit here. You will be treated well.

Was a bit weird my appointment was at 830 and they dont open until 830. However, the staff was super friendly the hygienist Candice was super nice. Took the time to clean my teeth unlike my previous dentist who just basically brushed my teeth gave me flouride and sent me on my way. Met Dr. Glover who was super nice and reassured everything as I had tooth pain as well. In all it was a wonderful experience. Also, added bonus the rooms have excellent views over town.

So hands down, this is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to from the lady that made my appt. to the dental assistant, the hygienist to the dentist. Everyone there were so Amazing and so Professional. I felt like they understood my needs, and Really Cared.

When you try to cancel your appointment they will give you attitude and tell you they cant because they didnt receive any payment even though you didnt get anything done

I had what I thought was going to be a problem with a tooth and called to see if I could get an emergency appointment (for me it was an emergency). I was told to come in and someone would see to the problem. Turned out not to be that big an issue, so while I was there, I had a full exam and cleaning. Something that is generally unusual.I met Dr. Glover and had an excellent hygienist visit with Cynthia. I have been a patient of Dr. Smalley for over 20 years and will continue to use their services. I have referred many friends and will always refer to them. Thanks to the office staff, and to Dr. Glover and Dr. Smalley for your services.
