My insurance wouldn’t cover the procedure I needed but Dr. Mill made it work for me so I wouldn’t have to make several trips to Albuquerque and he was able to to do it right away. Him and all his staff were wonderful!

My family and I have been going to Sundance Dental Regulary years and never had a problem,My husband had a bad toothache over the weekend so I called them this morning to make him and appointment, the lady on the phone was Very Hateful and Rude and wouldnt make him an appointment until Mid October.So my family will be moving on to a new dentist. Sundance has apparently gotten to big for their britches.By the way this was at the Bloomfield, Nm location.

My experience has been great. My appointment was at 2 pm but I got in the dental chair by 2:56 pm. The dentist and his associate were professional. I got two crowns in without a glitch. I wish my HMO would get Sundance in their network.

I always look forward to every dental appointment I have with Sundance. I like hw they are very accommodating to their patients. I like my dental hygienist too. Shes too skilled that I cannot feel any sensitivity while she cleans my teeth.

I am so grateful they were able to get me in as a walk-in new patient. I had a broken tooth and needed it fixed. Dr.Oz & his assistant Juan were the best! I have big time anxiety when it comes to dental work of any kind. These 2 individuals did everything they could to calm me and make me comfortable. I will return with my family.

I would not recommend getting any cosmetic procedures or a root canal from Dr. Withem as he has caused unnecessary pain to myself - and my partner.I received crowns from Dr. Withem this past fall – while waiting for my permanent crowns, they placed temporary crowns in – It was a Friday nearing 5pm – a couple of my temporary crowns had come off – knowing that it was a labor day weekend – I wanted to get it fixed before the long weekend. I quickly placed a call to Sundance to see if they can get me in for an emergency visit. I spoke to the office manager Selen - whom stated that she would call me back – and she noted that Dr. Withem was on call this weekend.I never received a call back from her or the doctor. Every day, I called the number they had given me on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. I left a voice message every day with no returned calls – I called Tuesday at 8am – and they could not get me in until a few days later. A week had gone by and I was able to get in. This was extremely disappointing as I suffered through the weekend and the week.They should not have an on-call doctor who does not return calls – and they should not call it an “emergency visit” if they cannot get you in as soon as possible. Yes, I was able to get a temporary glue from Wal-greens – this did not hold the crown in place – and it was pointless to add glue as it does not stick.As a result, my crowns cause me pain when I drink hot or cold beverages – Dr. Withem referred me to San Juan Endodontics to fix his mistake.Moreover, my partner had a root canal done by Dr. Withem - he drilled a hole in what he thought was the canal – and it turns out it was not the correct canal. Due to his error – It became infected and caused excruciating pain. A referral was made to San Juan Endodontics to fix his mistake.We were informed that Sundance does not have the proper equipment to perform proper root canals.Due to Dr. Withem’s error’s – we had to pay additional cost to see a dental specialist. Keep in mind that seeing a dental specialist is expensive.Due to our trauma – we will not have Dr. Withem perform any major dental work. They are only good for basic dental work.This is my experience – and I am only sharing – do with this information what you will.Thank you,

I had an emergency with a broken tooth, the receptionist was so nice and got me in the next morning! The Dr. was very personable, explained my options and made me feel very comfortable. Horribly disappointing experience. Unknown at the time a year ago, I had an infection in my gums, Dr Withem brushed it off as tooth sensitivity, which leads to currently now needing a root canal no thanks to him. I went in for root canal, anxiety over the pain Dr Withem gave me options and left, not much for discussion. I choose option 1, an additional $500, I decide not. No further discussion or going over options again, I was given a referral elsewhere (no idea why) and lead out the door. Mind you after choosing option 1, Dr Withem never came back to speak to me again, no explanation and no guidance. Disappointed and dismissed.

I am a new patient. Everybody there was very kind, I got in on time and the tech who did the X-rays along with the hygenist who checked me out and cleaned my teeth were very gentle and thorough. Im glad I went here.

Save your time and money! Not worth 300+ for teeth whitening 🦷 purchase yourself an in home kit, haven’t seen much difference on myself, called and spoke to the manager it’s been about 3 weeks and I haven’t had a response. I’m not pleased at all with the results.

Taylor Rodas and Dr. Christopher Rodas are the absolute best! They go into every detail and explained everything to me. Taylor was very nice and paid close attention when cleaning my teeth, knowing I have some sensitive teeth in certain areas of my mouth. Christopher walked me through my x-rays and explained all my options and what was needed to be done to correct my issues. Please request these two when visiting Sundance Dental. You will not be disappointed!

I had horrible experience with Dr. Withem. I felt like he rushed on my treatment. I had to be numb twice and I could still feel the pain. Not only that he hit a blood vessel and 24 hours later my cheek is still swollen and is now bruised. I called and told the receptionist what happen and all she said was that she will take it to the manager. After four years of being their patient I decided to leave and seek dental treatment elsewhere.

Today my girls received their first treatment and we were completely satisfied! I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Super friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful, they answered all my questions and concerns, i love how they care about their patients and their needs! Dr. Oz and the team did an amazing job!! Never been treated so good at dental office ever in my life had Wisdom tooth break and I was in so much pain my wife called to get me in they immediately made opening for me got me in asap looked at my and had me in surgery pulling my wisdom teeth out on spot the doctor was amazing this only place I will recommend from this point on ! I have been coming to Sundance for a few years now with my family of 5. We have never had a bad experience. They are always great at reminding us of appointments and rescheduling if we need it. We are always greeted promptly upon entering the building with nothing less than beautiful smiles. Our Dental Hygienist Tammy is the best! Shes great with the kids! Id highly recommend Sundance on main street to anyone.

I was terrified, got full tooth extraction, was sedated and given new teeth, there are lots more visits to come for refits etc. However up to this point so far they were informative, extremely kind and considerate. They really care here at this Sundance Dental. I came in regarding and emergency referral from another dentist. I called Sundance for a second opinion and they were able to get me in that afternoon. They helped me with my anxiety, applied for the Care Credit card and helped find the best treatment plan that would fit my needs and my budget. Excellent experience! My son had 2 filings and tooth pulled and the Dr and professional dental assistant were amazing. The entire time there was 30 minutes and my son, who is nervous, only had two times when his hands clinched. The Dr made sure that my son was feeling pressure, not pain and that anasthetic was at a good level. Better than any dentist Ive ever had. The assistant was incredible - very funny and personable and then all business during the procedure. She was quick, efficient and a boss! The ladies at the reception desk were delightful and extremely helpful. 10 Stars if I could!

After taking my daughter to a different dental office for over 2 years, she still HATED having to go to the dentist. I recently was referred to this office, and Dr. Catuna. We’ve only visited twice, and my daughter officially loves going to the dentist now. Dr. Catuna and his assistant made her laugh the entire time we were in there. And the Disney Princess discussions that were taking place helped a lot to! I cannot express the gratitude I have for everyone that works here. Everyone is so friendly and personable. After being uninsured for 30+ yrs of my life, my teeth are a hot mess. They never made me feel wierd or bad about how terrible my teeth had become. The entire staff and the dentists are all so kind, courteous, and compassionate. We made a plan to get my teeth fixed up and I am able to function without pain so it has improved my quality of life immensely. Highly recommend Sundance!

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism here. Dentist said Id get instructions for saline solution application for extraction but there was none. Receptionist hand wrote a brief one and when I called no one knew how to explain. It required a lot of numbing so when I was escorted out I told assistant I felt dizzy. She didnt do anything or even offer help. I sat down quickly, though barely making it to chair. Took 3 weeks fora recheck because of holiday and then because my phone number was transposed. After I realized I was never given an cost quote. This was done because I was in extreme pain and they took advantage of me not realizing they hadnt followed professional protocol. They ended up charging 3 times more then I had been previously been quoted by another dentist. Total rip offs and highly unprofessional front staff that need proper training. I had gone here because I received a referral but it turns out it was for another Sundance and not this one. Highly recommend not going here.

Update 9/2021:Don’t care about their patients. In recent years change in management turned a great office into garbage. Took a year to get my lower partial and during that time never made a repair to another tooth that was planned. Now tooth infected and requires major work to the tune of $1600 and they want me to pay for when was supposed to have been repaired months before. Now have infected tooth and they accept no responsibility after being their customer for years. What a jokePosted 6 years ago when office was fantastic:Had some major dental work done here. Dr. Tornow was the most amazing dentist ever. I have never had a dentist spend so much individual time just helping me develop a treatment plan. The personal care and extra follow ups were absolutely amazing. Outstanding results and excellent continued care. I recommend him to anyone tired of the same ole dentist routine and attitude. Great office staff and assistants make this place a top notch full service dentistry at very reasonable cost!!

This dental office has proven to have compassion and professionalism with my dental care. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to a dentist and in the past at this office I have had a few issues however I went back and was so impressed by the dentist and his colleague that they have changed my mind. They have gone above and beyond to make everything I have asked be clarified and done. I even received a phone call from the dentist himself to explain something to me. I have been getting great care at Sundance Country Club for nearly a decade. The customer service is wonderful, the staff well trained and the dentists are top-notch. Britt has always done a great job of keeping me on track with those oh-so-important hygiene appointments. I recently replaced a permanent bridge with dental implants and I wish I had done it sooner. In fact, I wish had done implants in the first place. The comfort, appearance and the ability to eat as if they were my own teeth is amazing.Also, my 79 year old mother has implants and they are terrific. Dr. Tornow and his staff do a great job!!
