Its always a pleasant experience when going. The staff is always welcoming and energetic. The best dental health office Ive been to. 100 out of 10 I would recommend, and Dr. Watson explains everything and is always cheerful and friendly.

I personally dont like visiting the dentist, and get anxiety. Dr. Watson and his staff are great. They understand my hesitation and take good care of me and my family. I had a cavity filled recently, and traveled from out of state. They did a good job. I also am very satisfied with the care they provide for my two and four year old, they have been seeing Pinon Hills since their baby teeth came in. I appreciate and value their care for our dental needs.

Excellent in every way! Dr.Watson is a gifted Dentist. Knows what he is doing.Makes you feel very comfortable through the entire process. Farmington is Fortunate to have him here in the area. Pinon Hills Dental is amazing in that they do everything in house-implants, crowns etc. They send nothing out!We like that. They use state of the art equipment to do there job, without charging an arm and leg. We like that. The staff is very pleasant and caring. I have had bad experiences at the dentist and was very hesitant about going in. My tooth pain and cavity are what ultimately sent me searching online for a dentist in the neighborhood. My family and I just moved here from the East coast and we were not familiar with any of the dentists here. The office is very friendly. The dental hygienist put me at ease and comforted my sensitive teeth during the cleaning (Val) and was supportive. She was so kind and very gentle with my highly sensitive teeth. The dentist, Dr. Watson, then came in and was so comforting. He sat down next to me, explained my xrays to me and understood my anxiety. He spoke to me as a human. I loved how easy the appointment was and how I felt after my cleaning and explanation of my next appointment procedures. I highly recommend this office! I only wish I would have made the appointment earlier.

Hands down the most positive experience I have ever had at a dentist office. The experience began with the front receptionist and includes all staff. Dr. Watson is kind and extremely knowledgeable in his field.

Always a great experience. My least favorite thing about dentists is the obvious sales training and pushing to have unnecessary procedures. Dr. Watson’s office does NOT do that, and it is refreshing. Awesome staff!! My hygienist went above and beyond. At the beginning of my appt, I realized I had my car keys, when i was dropped off. My fam went to the mall without car keys and car wont start without it. After exchanging fun stories and my cleaning, I get a call saying the car wouldnt start and I had to find a ride over. Following my appt, Im standing outside the office trying to call friends and family to find a ride over to the mall. The hygienist comes out and said, Ill take you. I dont want her(me) just out there. She dropped me off with my family at the mall. She was so sweet. BEST DENTAL AND STAFF VISIT EVER!!!!

Travis Watson was truly the most kind, compassionate, honest, and detail-oriented dentist that I have ever been to. I have had work done by at least a half dozen or more dentists over the years, and Dr. Watson was BY FAR the most compassionate, kind, and caring when it came to my procedure and dental work needs. I couldnt possibly recommend. Dr. Watson and Pinon Hills Dental any higher. Five stars isnt enough. Dr. Watson should get 10 stars. If youre considering a dentist in the Farmington area--or beyond (I came from Durango)--Dr. Watson should be your choice. Beyond belief, youll actually look forward going to the dentist. First visit as a new patient. Office staff Rena and Leslie were terrific. Jessica hygienist X-rays were easy and comfortable, and Dr Watson exam and consultation was excellent. I’ll have several planned f/up visits in next 6 months and very confident I’m getting the best treatment.

I had two crown preps, one on each upper side. Was not really looking forward to something that had to be done. Dr. Watson and his sweet assistant made it as painless as is possible. They are so wonderfully kind and considerate. A tough job well done.

We are from out of town and I called Monday they got my daughter in for a cleaning Tuesday and will be fixing it tomorrow (Thursday) my daughter was freaking and they helped keep her calm and worked with her. I recommend this place.
