So let me say Mary did my pedicure..AMAZING! Ipurchased the deluxe with rose petals and creams. She massaged my feet and toes so well I almost went to sleep. Another technician did my nails..listened when I said I didnt want my powder thick. Excellent experience. Everything was just under $100. It took about an 1 1/2 hours BUT worth the time. You are pampered.

DO NOT GET EYELASHES HERE!!! Omg! I cant believe how horrible this place is! They didnt even have a fan! She had me fan my eyes with a hand held fan so it wouldnt burn! There was GLOPS of glue on them. Totally visible. Lost all my natural lashes. They are not experienced or qualified to do eyelashes! Kool nail colors. S#*ty lashes. Poor pedicure too. Paint chipped first day

Didn’t like my manicure 💅 seems like my 12 year Sister had done it :( don’t like it I also did a pedicure that one came out ok no issues but the manicure was a disappointment 😔 guess I won’t be getting manicures here

The staff was very nice. The girl who helped me was extremely quiet, which I dont mind at all being an introvert myself. But the end result... not stellar. It wasnt until I got home that I realized each of the acrylic nails where filled so thick that it just looked kind of weird and very unnatural, I mean she heaped it on and hardly dremeled any off... it was like my nails had hunchbacks or something, hard to explain. Looked fine from far away or at a glance and boyfriend liked so thats a plus. Probably wont go back there though. Would show a pic but I kind of just took them off because they felt and looked so weird to me. Im sure theyre great at many many things so Im not trying to dissuade you from going just trying to give some constructive feedback.

30 bucks for pedicure and my feet we not feeling good

Wouldnt recommend this place to any man looking for a pedicure. They didnt do a very good job. I asked for a 45-60 min session and only received 40 mins of it and was charged the full price of $45, when the 30 min session was $25. It wasnt very relaxing and Im pretty sure I could clip my toe nails in the shower at home and it feel and look the same. There were a few other negative things I can say about the place but who knows it was my first pedicure.

Used the app to check in. The were quick and friendly. She did a good job listening to what I wanted.

I was walk in and waited just a few minutes. Jenny did a great job.

Asked what I needed two pedicures, manicure and a full set. Came in at 630. Refused to do my nails but did my moms and daughter pedicure. They started theirs had me wait about 10 minutes before they told me they cant do mine. But then a lady came in after me they helped her. Claimed she had and appointment. Who makes an appointment ar 650, when they close at 7pm. Yeah okay.UPDATE: After waiting while my mother & daughter got their pedicures about 45mins later they decided to give me an explanation on why they couldnt do my nails then offer to do my nails. I politely said no. You didnt want my money before, Im not giving it to you now.

If you want a nail tech that doesn’t listen to you, and tells you what color you’re getting, then this is the place for you! Seriously though - I had a really bad experience here today. I walked in with long natural nails, asked for a gel manicure, and walked out with one hand of long nails and the other short. The tech filed my nails so crooked that the manager had to “fix them”. The only option to even them out was to file them extremely short. I am also somewhat to blame. I sat down and didn’t focus on how she was filing them - I was too trusting that she’d leave the shape the same as when I walked in. Also, I was told to pick a color, so I picked a neutral color and the tech insisted several times on me going with a light clear pink instead because it’ll look better. It’s what I like, not what she likes! Lol. In the end, the manager didn’t charge me for the service, but he was still making excuses and defending the tech. Free or not, I’ll never be back.

The manager of the nail salon, Kenny, is extremely rute RACIST and very unprofessional. I came in for a pedicure and manicure and ignore me the whole time...Im wondering why? After 15 minutes of wait, another person came in and he looked at me and then asked the other lady (his friend) what did she need. She needed the same service as me.. 10min later he said your turn whoever her name was. Dont get this type of attitude towards pe ople like Latinos. Dont think Ill ever come back to this place WATERMAN NAIS in Fairfield again..Good luck Kenny with that attitude.....

I got gel nails done today and they are horrible. I was moved to 3 different chairs, they soaked my nails in acetone for way to long and they got nail glue all over my fingers. Wont be going back to pricey for such a horrible job. There was nothing relaxing about it. 😠

After being a customer for the last 5 yrs and a big tipper, these are all new people and they cut my nails crooked. Last 2 times have been aweful. Its really too bad, will not be coming back and its right on my corner.

Just HorribleGot a mani/pedi.I have holes in my polish on my toes.I asked for a line of gold color under the white on my fingers... its not straight and is just blobbed on in places. My nails are uneven and rough. The polish started peeling up the next day.Dont waste your money.

My other half went here since she had a meeting nearby. This is *my* review of the results of her visit. This place was pricey even by San Francisco standards, and the quality of work was sub-par at best. The polish application was uneven and not clean (meaning there was polish on her skin). It then started coming off a few days after the service. You could see they did not spend any time on the manicure details, as well.There has to be a better place in the area. Wish I had better things to say.
