Was willing to give them a chance despite poor reviews. Called to make sure they could take me with no wait and when I get there (5 mins later after the call) the salon is completely packed with people waiting. If you are busy be honest about it and dont waste my time.

L& G nails is a great nail salon. Prices are very reasonable. Staff and owner, Ken extremely friendly and professional. Relaxing---nice music and quiet atmosphere. Very clean and have all Covid protocols in place. I highly recommend this salon.

Manager/owner was very rude and had an attitude.

My first visit there. Manager checked temperatures on every one and made us use hand sanitizer. They were busy, I waited 15 minutes for a regular manicure. I watched all the cleaning that went on between each customer. Very thorough. Average selection of polish colors. Good prices. I was pleased with the manicure so I will probably go back to try a pedi.

This is my go to nail spot. I have been coming here for years. Their prices are competitive, the service is fast and they do an amazing job on your nails. The staff is pleasant and patient. Everything is clean and sterile. If I could give them more starts I would.

Made an appointment at the suggestion of the owner. He said 10:00They open at 9:30. I got there at 10 and it was packed. I waited for 30 minutes and asked the owner why my appointment wasn’t kept. They were doing gels which take about an hour each. Finally I left he said sorry but my appointment should have been honored and he should not have taken walk-ins before my appointment Very disappointed not sure I will return

Really lovely and wonderful people and well maintained salon. The pedicure was fantastic but the manicure (done by a different person at the same time) was below average at best. I hate giving a bad review to such lovely people but my cuticles weren’t cared for- the gel job was sub-par and even though the gentleman was very accommodating trying to fix it- it is the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I wish the salon well and hope my experience is just an anomaly. I will not be returning to give them a second chance.

I walked in asking for acrylics, picked out my color. After my pedicure, I waited 20 minutes, only to have 3 staff members tell me I shouldnt do acrylics, but the powder. The manager told me acrylics would look cheap. Whos paying who? I said multiple times I wanted tips, instead the lady had the manager and another employee talk to me about doing the powder. I felt very uncomfortable and bullied. They didnt want to take the time for acrylics. So after they wouldnt take no for an answer I got powder nails, the lady rushed through it, clearly had a chip on her shoulder. Kept telling me to relax. How can I relax when she brought 2 staff members to convince me to fo something that didnt want to do? To make it even better, my friend asked afterwards why they did powder, the manager insisted that I asked for it.. leaving out the part where 3 staff told me I shouldnt get what I wanted. Nails didnt come out great to add onto it. Unfortunate because this was my favorite nail salon

Very bad place. I won’t recommend. The lady that did it was like no bones in her. I paid for the spa number 2 and I regret. I think you should find a better place to go
