I had a good experience here and I usually do. I came back though after my pedicure because I noticed that my big toes looked smeared and cloudy. Someone did help me but it cost me having to listen to them speak in their language while staring at me. I figured I was being talked about-its all good if thats the case. In the future, Ill just stick with my regular person who is always booked.

My wife went here to get her nails done last night along with a few other services. The nightmare ended up lasting over four hours. The woman who performed the services was untrained and didnt speak enough English to understand what my wife wanted done. She asked for ombre nails coffin shape, and ended up with caked on powder dip and polish. Theyre shaped horribly and are coming off already. She also had eyelash extensions done, and they have already fallen out of the right eye, taking her natural eyelashes with them, leaving no eyelashes on her right eye. The owner hassled us for the price, and demanded cash payment (they charge extra for credit card). He also refused to provide a receipt. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB, and will likely be contacting an attorney. Dont go here, dont waste your time and money.

Been going here for about a year. They are always friendly and do agreat job. Ask for DJ...he is very knowledgeable and does a fantastic job.

I mainly come here to get my eyebrows waxed every few weeks. Service is always good and reliable. Prices are average.

The service is ok, asked for coffin nails and the coffin nails where crooked on some sides nail was not fully covered in acrylic. Very pricey and not really worth it, the lady drilled very hard on my actual nail, and even tho I told her when she was drilling that it hurts she kept on going, it hasn’t even been two weeks yet and my nails are already coming off.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE I got my nails done 2 days ago and they look a month old I said just take them off and give me my money back she said NO PICK A COLOR I will not be going back and warn y’all to not go.

So I got my nails done on Friday the 5th, and on Monday the 8th I closed the door to my car and one of them fell right off as of they were press ons. I spent over $50 for these and I’m highly upset and will never be returning here.Also this was the longest time it’s taken a tech to do my nails ever, and I could tell she was probably new and it wasn’t done well. Do not go here.

I had a very bad experience with this establishment this past Saturday. Arrived at 1, didn’t mind the wait, got sat for my pedicure and again, didn’t mind the wait. Once someone did assist me, she gave a great pedicure, but once we began the manicure it seemed as though she was rushing or inexperienced. In addition to the overall experience the polish would not dry even after half an hour under the dryer and 3 nails on each finger chip or had chunks of polish missing before I even left the Parking lot. After showering that evening most of my gel polish had chipped away.

I went to get 1 nail repaired they let me sit for 40 min waiting and then told me they didnt have the powder to repair my nail. This place wont waist my time again.

I went in and asked for a fill in on my nails pyramid granite I was overdue by about three weeks but it shouldnt have resulted in my needing a new full set. The girl talk to her boss who basically made me do a full set charged me $50 for a full set when I planned 25 to 30 for a fill in. Not happy at all and wont go back.

Such kind and talented people! Cute space with a relaxing vibe. I went for first time today and got a spa pedicure. The lady did such and awesome job. When I got home I tripped over the door and totally messed up my big toe and I when I went back they fixed it no questions, no charge. Definitely recommend.

It just depends upon the nail tech you get .Lisa does a fantastic job. Always satisfied with the results and I always get compliments on how my nails look. She doesnt hurt you either like some of the techs do. The owner is rough, rude and tries to go too fast. I dont recommend him at all.

I just paid $60 to get my nails done last week and I only have four nails left altogether right now. I could’ve done them myself.

I got my nails done here and they were great, love them. I also had eyelash extensions done here, not so great. The lady used super glue!!! It felt like I had tiny rocks on my eyelashes and they were so hard and scraping my actual eye. When they were removed they ripped out so much of my real lashes.

I came in here after work and they stayed 25 minutes after they closed to finish. The service here is always great and they always make you feel welcome! they ask you multiple times to make sure it’s to your liking/ what you’re wanting. I had Tina, she takes her time and does things throughly, I recommend her 10/10!

I went in for a pedicure and pink&white fill-in. While signing in, the man working was trying to get me to switch to shellac instead which I did not want. He asked to me pick a color for my pedicure, so I did. After picking, I stood there at least 5 or 6 minutes while he sat down playing on his cell phone while I was just standing there waiting to be told which seat I should sit in. After 5 minutes, another customer walks in to get a pedicure. They sent them right to their seat and still left me standing, walking right past me with another employee. The man who was waiting on me was still sitting on his phone. A moment later, a woman working there acknowledged me and had me sit to get a pedicure. After another 5 minutes or so went by, the man put his phone down after the woman said something to him and he is the one who did my pedicure. I was not too worried about it at that time but did think it was rude. Well my pedicure only lasted maybe 15 minutes at the very most. It was terrible. You cannot even tell I had a pedicure, it was as if I just half ass painted my toe nails. I felt as if it was a problem that I was there. The woman who filled my nails in did a great job. They look great but she also did not acknowledge me and walked past me multiple times while I was waiting to be seated but took the customer who came in after I had been waiting for quite a few. They were a walk-in so the person did not have an appointment. I would not recommend going here and I wont be going back, it was the worst pedicure I have ever had and I am pretty sure the man who did it was one of the owners.

My moms been going there for at least 10 years. Dad gets her a gift certificate at Christmas time and she always gets so happy Amy is her favorite. I get my pedicure Sometimes and my mom doesnt have to pay full price since I dont get my toes polished! But she loves them there.

They did beautiful and sturdy SNS set for me and my mom. We usually come back to redo the SNS after 3 weeks. Good quality nail salon in the area!!

I have been going to Amy for easily 10 years and there has never been a bad experience. They are always kind and inviting and at this point they are just like family and I wouldnt have it any other way.

Tried my SNS with my cousins about 3 weeks ago, our SNS have still stayed strong and shining. We will make times to come together for our new sets soon. Highly recommend this salon.

Went to have my nails done for a wedding I called before going and asked about price was told $28.00 for full set and color got there wanted my nail shaped with round tips instead of square and only got the tips colored and was charged $38.00 before tax was disappointed cause for the extra price they charged I could have gotten them decorated instead of plain.

I got super short nails and I got charged 42$ and they shape is not the one that I wanted, where as my friend got super long nails and was only charged 37$. I usually love this place but I did not after this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The male nail tech is extremely rude. I was told to go to the pedicure chair where I waited 20mins. They then started the water which was too hot and tried to make me wait to again just to get the water temperature changed. The owner is not the problem but the male tech left a horrible taste in my mouth. I will never come here again.

Worst nail place ever, they are under new management and they are buying cheap products . They put a thin amount of acrylic on your nails I came back 3 times because my nails kept popping off like press ons. Every single nail broke . They did my pedicure horrible, left dead skin on my feet, paint job was horrible . Just save your money . Please I use to go here often when they had the previous owner and only go to Jennifer, now she is gone . They fixed my nails twice but every day after a new nail broke off . Mind you they pop off doing simple tasks like opening up my mail or unZiping my purse . I wish I could get a refund a this point

I wish I could give them 0 stars the absolute worst place Ive ever been in my life. They gave me the wrong SNS color on my nails and acted like it was my fault. Also I paid over 70 dollars to not even have them clean the polish off of my skin or clean up my cuticles. Service was very rushed and it showed in the quality of the work.

Long wait but well worth it. Making an appointment will save time. The staff is friendly and they are very clean.

Ive been going here for several weeks now, and have had many different employees do my nails. Every time I go there I get great fast service with very nice warm conversations! I drive all the way from Miamisburg to Fairfield to get my nails done here because they are the only place I trust. My nails have been perfect every time I have left there and if there is ever an issue they have no problem fixing it. Its totally worth the 45 minute drive to me and would suggest it to anyone.

I was there to get a mani/pedi and was amazed at how nice the staff was. They interacted with everyone and the atmosphere was nice. It was also very clean. I think I found my new favorite place.

I got a fill-in on Friday, my pinky nail broke off then my thumb nail cracked in half, both on Monday. The nail tech that did my fill-in, Michael, took a little over a hour to finish. Between him stopping to talk to co-workers and taking breaks. Ive never sat in a nail techs chair for an hour to get a full set! Especially not a fill in. Not only that but my natural nail is showing on the sides of the acrylic. My nail polish is also chipping! Just 4 days later! Id rather just pay to have them taken off instead of begging them to fix their poor job.

I love the staff. They are very friendly. This is where I always go for my eyebrow waxing. But it gets a little annoying when I must wait for 2 hours just to get an eyebrow waxing that only takes 5ish minutes to do.
