Maybe its luck, but when I walked-in needing a quick manicure with shellac with only 20 minutes to spare I was greeted and seated immediately. There was someone already waiting, but they were getting more done and had requested a specific person who wasnt done with another client yet. The person who helped me might have been the owner or manager because she was handling phone call inquiries and walk-ins all while not missing a beat on my nails. The nails came out clean!

Amazing! Appointment only but so worth it. And very reasonably priced. The staff is so friendly and will always recognize you. I hadnt been in there for nearly 9 months and they still remembered me.

Loved it! At first glance the little shop doesnt look like much but I got better service and finer looking nails than any upscale nail salon Ive gone too! I think I found my new go to nail place!! Prices are not bad! Just went yesterday and they are running a special on sns which is what I got for 25$. Highly recommended!

As a Diabetic for 5 years; I will not let anyone other nail place touch my nails or feet but J-Nails Victoria and Kellie! I luv this shop and drive from Middletown gladly! Everyone is very professional and the customers are very nice! I have never left unhappy and I’m extremely picky! If you want to look your best, give them a try! I was on the hunt for a great nail salon after having several bad experiences. I found j nails by using a Google search. Everything people said in the reviews are true. Their customer service is superb and they do a really good job with nails including nail art. They have great pricing as well and do not have the standard 5.00 charge for every custom change you want to make on your nails.

I just started going there after going to the same place for 10 plus years. Im a new customer for life. Nice atmosphere great customer service and my nails are perfect.

Victoria did my nails today. I get the SNS. The polish stays on up to 3 weeks and never peels off and SNS keeps my nails hard so they dont break and they never do with SNS. She did a wonderful job. There were no dents and lumps in my nails. Just perfect in every way. My nails are so smooth and shiny just the way I like it. I love the Coral color and my square round nails. I also like how I can schedule for appointments in advance and if there are any changes with the time they will let you know. I am also hearing impaired and I had no trouble understanding Victoria and Kellie. They speak excellent English. Very nice place and very polite. Yes, I will definitely be going back to Victoria. She did a great job especially when shaping my nails to square round shape. I will be back. I am diabetic and I trust Victoria to do nails. So Friendly. Im so excited to go back in 3 weeks. If I could rate J Nails a 20 I would do so instead I highly Rate them 100%. I Love My Nails I cant stop looking at them. I highly recommend J Nails. This is my nail spot for now on. Other places that Ive gone to left dents and lumps in my nails but Not Victoria she knows whats she doing.Thank you so much Victoria.

This place has great pricing and they do an awesome job. Sadly, they are by appt only and could only schedule me a month out for return after SNS. This was my first time here and they came highly recommended. I requested an appt for SNS and a pedicure. I was told there was only enough time available for my nails. I was on time for my appt and still waited an hour. Im glad that business is so good that I have to wait 4 hrs for a text message to schedule an appointment, and they can turn down services (which =$$$$)..but this whole experience was not customer friendly. Im cancelling my return appointment and I will not be back. Work on customer service please...after all, we are the bread and butter of your business.
