I only wanted a haircut and they charged me for a Triple Play. Is there no regular haircut option? Definitely not worth the money (the haircut was fine - but if it’s only a haircut, it’s not worth $25)

Donna simply knows how to cut hair. Price is right and a tip is not suggested but I always do. Make Donna happy and get your hair done quickly professionally and repeatedly like I do.

Half the time theyre pretty good, and the other half I come home and finish the job myself. Today I was rushed out of the chair with half the job done, definitely one of the worst haircuts Ive ever had. They need to slow down and focus on the person in front of them instead of worrying about how many people are waiting. Ive been going there 3 years and after today I will never go back

Their MVP is a ripoff, they give a 30 to 45 seconds shoulder and next massage 🤦‍♂️ and call it a vip service and charge good amount for it . Times u get ok service and other times u get worst service, all depends on the person and their mood. U better pray to God before going their to get good service 😄

Paid for a a Triple - no hot towel or shampoo. Took less than 10 min.

Made my appt. online with next available stylist. Showed up at my scheduled time, wjere ot said that l had a 5min wait..Sat there for 25mins. while person after person were helped ahead of me..-So choose a name of a stylist while making an Online Appointment. -Even if you dont know who it is!

The worst haircut ever! I was there on 11/22 at 12:50 pm and had a horrible experience. After waiting for 25 minutes (I did reserve 1st available 45 min prior) I was told I’m next and introduced to my hairdresser. Surprisingly when I was about to walk up there, the “nice lady” switched me in favor of someone she knows. Not sure if it’s obvious that I’m colored person and other wasn’t. I had the most inexperienced and rude person cutting my hair. While she was cutting my hair, the lady before me came back complaining about her haircut. My (supposedly) original hairdresser came to rescue and trimmed off her uneven hair. I left with after half my haircut to save myself from this butcher and chauvinistic surrounding

Called just now & was answered by a rude woman with attitude. I was asking politely if they did a certain style of a men’s haircut & she was trying to rush me off the phone then proceeded to say NO We Don’t do that because of COVID. I politely said that’s fine thank you. She said GOODBYE! I Will definitely not recommend these people. Just from the attitude the woman had on the phone shows how much they care about their clients.

They were on time with my appointment. Donna did a good job cutting my hair.

Ive never had a great experience with other hair stylists but these guys made sure I was comfortable and received exactly what I wanted! The hairstyle is amazing and cant highly recommend these guys for their awesome services!

Bad haircut, so so customer service. I used to go to sport clips but I stopped as I found a great barber in town. Today I needed an emergency haircut .The lady seemed to have issues using the scissor and when I got some noticed like a bad job on my side burns so I have to fix it myself.If you need a quick haircut for $25 plus the $5 minimum tip and you dont care for your hair then go to Sport Clips in Fairfield .

I have been coming here for many years and I love this place. I always leave with the perfect haircut and no reason not to come back each and every time. The facilities are beautiful and the staff are very nice and willing to do any task.

The stylists are genuinely friendly and offer useful input. They also told me I look younger than I am:) The double MVP was a blast: hot towel and cold towel were invigorating. I also like that theres a printout of your preferences so that you dont have to tell them what you want every time.

Friendly staff and they do a good job but they will try hard to up-sell you with products and a shampoo with hot towel treatment. I like that the queue is computerized so you can see exactly how many customers are ahead of you in line

Sport Clips supposedly also cuts womens hair! However, they dont know the difference between a blunt cut and a layered cut. And they cant seem to cut hair the same length. I have had the 2 worst hair cuts of my life at Sport Clips. I tried again, thinking it was just the particular stylist I had on the previous occasion who didnt know what she was doing. I was wrong. The assistant manager cut my hair today, and it is horrible. Shorter in the back than in the front and uneven. I would rate them 0 stars if I could.

Always is pleasant place to visit, they treat me well Jesse does a good job cutting my hair, she is very friendly with customers and professional, a love the new system they have to check in, is fats and accuracy.

Cyndie was amazing. Her barber skills and service was phenomenal.Price was fair and the wash and massage was a WOW. Will definitely be back to see her.

Jess was very welcoming accommodating and educated in her work. It was my first time at a sport clips and I have to say I was very impressed with the haircut and treatment i recieved. the stylist understood what I wanted and listened! Executed my request with no hesitation. Great conversation and relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend the MVP. the hot towel and shampoo was terrific. The salon was beyond clean,had alot of new products which jess explained which one would fit me best. Very reasonable might I add. I usually avoid retail at shops entirely because they are way over priced but not here definitely in an average persons budget. I will definetly be back

SportClips inFairfield is the greatest. The manager(s) Liz and Britt run a great place! They stayed late on 2 different weekend occasions (close at 5 sat/sun) to accommodate my sons haircut needs.It was almost 6:15 when we were done because Liz offered to cut my daughter Lillys hair too! I thought it was just for men, but theyre great with all hair they explained and proved it to be true!It was encouraging to hear the staff consisted of stylists with 10-15-20+ years of cutting experience!!! And because the crew is cutting men day in and out- they perfected the craft. Better than a local barber who kinda cuts one wayAsk for the MVP, or at least the triple play- Britt gives the BEST shampooing massage! And it comes with a steamed hot towel on your face-3.00 extra bucks!!! Cant beet that!ps- Always busy in there=a good sign... Id rather wait 30 mins for a great service than no wait for a chop shop cut!
