The service was great. Our driver had a challenge on a narrow street to get the car on the back of his truck. He planned and executed it well with humor and patience. I highly recommend them.

The tow truck driver, along with law enforcement officers, really helped with the tough ordeal of being in an accident that eventually lead to my truck being totaled. The office staff were also fantastic.

Phenomenally, quick and friendly service. This company went above and beyond to ensure we had our needs met and the wrecker went out of his way to ensure our car was unlocked. He told us what the price would be before leaving the pickup location of our vehicle which was at 2am and still he was patient, professional, and sensitive to our situation. Very highly recommended.

Well I called to set up a tow from my house to a shop, very short distance, the man who answered the phone has exceptional customer service, VERY KIND! he assured me more than once theyd give me a call when they had someone headed my way, waited all day bc he said theyre busy, but never got a call.

Great service, and the employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It wasnt one thing in particular that they did for us but rather the overall way they treated us and talked with us—like neighbors. It sounds weird to say, and I cant explain exactly how or why, but I left the wrecker feeling better than I did when I walked in.

I have used McConnells many times and especiallyback in November he went all out for me. My mom hasn’t but used them so she called the closest and she waited for hours first day and a couple the next and then called you guys and she is thoroughly impressed and was going on and on how nice you were on the phone. Owner of the company will authorize your vehicle to be moved from there a lot without any verification. And then when you try to find it he’ll just call the police on you instead of giving you documentation of where it is. Be very weary of these thieves they will steal your property and leave you in the middle of the road to be ran over by a bus.

From Aaron who reassured me they could handle the tow and all the other staff I spoke with (I believe Kevin), to my tow driver Wes, each was laid back, yet respectful and very professional. They genuinely listen to your needs, assess, answer all your questions and provide fair pricing.My car was immobile, needing additional effort to get it on a truck. Id previously had two other services come out. One didnt really attempt, the other started, but promptly decided it was more than what he felt like doing; stating he didnt want to damage my car any further. However, Wes came right out, within 15 mins of my call, assessed the state of my vehicle, pulled out ALL the stops until my car sat safely atop the flatbed!! They did a great job. Answered the phone quickly, dispatched a driver right away. My van was loaded up on the truck and headed to the shop with in 30 minutes of calling. Plus they were all polite and pleasant to do business with.

They were friendly. The guy told me on the phone that it will cost me $195.00 to get my car out of impound so I took $200.00 bucks with me. When I got there he told me that it was $211.78 and I said what? You told me on the phone $195.00 and he said I didnt tell you tax so we will make it work. He took the $200.00 and then told the guy to bring my car to the front,which I thought was very nice of him. I was expecting a lot more than just the $200.00 to get it out.

Called them tonight-first phone call to a towing company. The gent, Aaron McConnell, basically handled everything-from me not even really knowing exactly where our drivers were to not knowing our company insurance information-he just made it happen. He just helped me out by telling me what usually happens, etc. and apparently found our drivers location without any issues. Extremely professional and so fast on site! Definitely would recommend to friends and family but also for any companies too! Thank you!

I hired them to tow our overheated car from one shop to another. Turns out that the shop where our car was initially closed at noon on Saturdays (didnt even think to check). The tow truck driver ended up tracking down the owner and waited for them to come and let our car out. EXCELLENT customer service. Very happy with this company.

My husband, 2 children, and I were headed to New Mexico when we broke down on 44. It was 94 degrees that day. We were miles from the nearest exit. The owner himself came and picked us all up because he didnt want us waiting outside in the heat (without us making this request). He went above and beyond getting us set up with a garage and a hotel room. He and the wrecker driver were super nice! Would recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow. We cant thank them enough for their help! Praise God that this company was put in our path.

They were so helpful... I was extremely distraught when I was rear-ended. The owners of Ragsdale and the owners of McConnells worked together to get everything taken care of for me. They were extremely nice, gave me all the information I needed, gave me a ride and even gave me information about dealing with insurance, repairs and the claims process. Both businesses were so helpful and accommodating. While it wasnt a great position to be in, they did make it easier. I would highly recommend either wrecker service of youre in the position to need it.

Wasnt a customer, driver blocked the road so I couldnt get home when asked if he would before he loaded the car he was there to get said no . I said its illegal to block the road he said call his employer I called he said he would fire him and give him my phone number then hung up on me . So all employees even the ones who handle complaints is rude and disrespectful after wards I made a complaint on better bussinbu bureau.
