They do a beautiful job on my nails and take such good care of my ingrown toenails. They are sweet and friendly and make you feel like family. I am lucky we found them.

Beautiful work- the staff puts in lots of time into the work they do and treat you with the greatest kindness. This was my first time getting acrylic nails and I was thrilled with the results and watching Demi go through the process. I went with my daughter to do pedicure and gel manicure for me my color was with red spots they don’t even take the time to remove all my old color and my gel manicure was to tick from the ends my daughter pedicure was charge same price as mine that’s crazy and it was not even well done last time to come to this place everything what they do they do it so quick bad experience

That is my favorite place to do pedicure and manicure. They do great job for very reasonable price. The facility is nice and clean. Everybody who worked on my nails are good, but I normally see Mai, Kelly or Amy. Foot massage is very relaxing after pedicure and hand massage after manicure. They offer back/ neck / head massage as well. I tried once and would go to other places (specialized spa) for that. Though, the price for back massage is good ($30/30 min and $60/60 min as of August 2018). You might want to try and see if you like it.The place is busy on the weekends, holiday time and Friday evenings and you might want to make a reservation to reduce your wait time. Still expect that your technician might be busy with a customer and you might be asked to wait. Other places have exact seating time every 30 or 60 minutes, but at Cristal Nails you are seated as technical becomes available.For nails I would recommend that place.

Demi always takes very good care of my nails. She always asks me about how I want them and is very caring. She is super friendly and wants you to have the best time you can.

Right when you walk in they greet you and ask if you would like something to drink and what they can do for you. The place is very clean and comfortable. They always ask your name and how youve been. The woman that gave me my manicure knew everyone by name when they came in the door. They are very knowledgeable and very funny. I will definitely be returning to this salon. Great job!

The salon is great. Their services are awesome and so are the ladies. I always love coming here because they make you feel at home. These guys are without a doubt one of the best around.

Pedi was great! But when it was time to do medi, it was terrible! First nail specialist didnt seem to know what I wanted although I showed her pics and explained it many times. I had to wait until second specialist was available and she removed all the tips from my right hand but not the left (the one the first lady worked on). At the end i still didnt get the shape I wanted and they knew I wasnt happy. They told me next time I come they will fix it. I was still charged full price for my nails and still ended up going somewhere else to get them fixed anyways. Their excuse was one finger is differently shaped than the other. I have done my nails many times and never had this issue.. Its insulting.

I went there asked the price of a refill acrylic ! lady said $25! got it done gave her a $5 tip when it was time to pay she said $40! i said no you told me $25 she said i did gel and other stuff she was saying! i said i only asked for refill acrylic nothing else! i paid it and left cause i was in no mood to argue!!! NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!!!

The worse nail salon ever. I took my grown daughter and young granddaughter to get pampered. My daughter got a pedi in cold water and her toenails were cut so short that her toes hurt. My granddaughter wanted designs on her finger and toe nails but the lady couldnt do any. She got polish all over and didnt clean it off. I wanted liquid gel fill in and design on my ring fingers but she couldnt do it. I was told the design could be done when we first arrived. Was charged over $70...paid it but didnt tip. I was asked if we live in Fairfax and when I told them my daughter and granddaughter do, then they offered to make it right. I guess if you are just visiting then they dont care if you are not satisfied. We declined because the offer because we had been there long enough. The lady doing my granddaughters nails couldnt stop texting. How rude!

Always accommodating, always clean and my go-to for the past 4 years

I am 15 years old and when I went there they did a mediocre job. However they really rushed because theyre was a lot of people coming in and and my thumb got messed up. I feel as if they did not take me seriously because of my age.

Vicky did a great job.

Acrylic fill was done well, lasted almost 3 weeks before next one needed. Very friendly and professional. Will be returning there for refills.
