First time going to this establishment and I was pleasantly surprised at how great my experience was. I got a gel manicure and luxury pedicure and baby the $55 for the luxury pedicure was well worth the money! I will be returning! Phoung and Holly were very patient and did a great job!

Went there today to get my eyebrows done. Since I just moved to the area. I get to the waxing room and explain to her how I want my eyebrows. She then proceeded to want to do my eyebrows the way she wanted to get me out of there quick. She then says she is busy all of a sudden and was very rude. You should be able to ask for a service the way you would want it to be done. I guess if its not convenient they cant help you. I would NEVER recommend such a rude place. I will still to my usual place in Annandale.

Randomly charged my card for services I did not receive. I called and the owner told me it is for services I had done in March. I paid for those. They stole my money months later. I am disputing the charges with my bank.

I got an acrylic overlay with French tips and a pedicure today. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job! They look and feel very natural, I love them!

Kim was great and professional. I messed up 1 of the nails; she took care of it calmly and with a pleasant attitude. Definitely will be back.

Got an SNS manicure and regular pedicure. Both were excellently done. Mindy took her time getting my pedicure just right and shes def one of the most knowledgeable person with sns in the area. I would highly recommend her and the salon.

I have been here several times for gel manis/pedis since they reopened post-COVID lockdown. They have several precautions in place to protect everyone, and they have done a great job on my nails each time.

Had a great experience getting a gel mani/regular pedi combo ($65). Not sure what the name of my nail tech was, but she took great care of my rough feet and was careful to avoid a torn spot on the side of my fingernail. Went in at 545 on a Tuesday without an appointment and I was in and out in just over an hour, but not rushed at all.Definitely ask for the nail chip samples instead of trying to guess about the gel colors. Also, the DND brand has matching polish for your toes (see picture)! Not sure about the other brands.

Very good quality nails with nice people and comfy chairs. Staff all good hearted with good techniques. Especially Kim a Nail artist who was willing to work overtime at the comfort of others. Clean and sanitary with bright lighting and cute nails. People are all nice and you can meet new people and find friends. PRO NAILS 4 EVER!!!!! 😁🦄😁

Nancy is the best! I do dip nails with her and no one compares to her. I used to get gel at other salons and it would only last a week. I used to get dip nails at other salons and they would get progressively worse each time I got them done. They would be thick and wouldn’t last long. When I go to Nancy, she takes her time, makes them the perfect thickness, and they last 4 to 5 weeks. She is amazing! I can’t say it enough. Go to her, you won’t regret it!!!!!

I went here for a pedicure with my friend. They were kind enough to accept us at 5:55pm right before they closed. The regular pedi is $32, which is fairly standard. With that you get orange scrub, a short leg massage, and hot wax. It was pretty good. They knew what they were doing and were not just heads-down all-work but actually were friendly and asked questions, despite staying later.

Great place! I have been coming here for years. The ladies are very professional and efficient.

Although this nail salon is a bit out of my price range, I must say I love my tech Tee. Tee does a great job with powder! And is still my fave for pedi. Most techs do not get into your toes which means doing more at home later. I recommend doing spa, its worth it.Update! Tee no longer works there. But Mel or Nancy is good!

Kim is great. We went in on Sunday assuming it closes at 8pm but it actually was 6pm. She offered to do our nails past hours. She took time in attending to me and my daughter and we loved the results!!! Highly recommend Kim. She is easily one of the best we have ever had!!!

Just left the placed. My first time coming to this place. They charged me for using 2 different nail colors. She did a yucky job on painting my nails. It was too thick and didnt paint my nails correctly.

One of the best salon here in Fairfax. they use all natural products. Long, the owner, told me about their natural products Nu Skin that rejuvenate the skins and make it look and feel smoother and healthy.. great service and Ill definitely be back..

Okay so when dating, looking sharp is important. I am terrible at doing my own nails, so I get mine done here a few times a year. I get the full mani-pedi regular or the Spa one which is a nice relaxing upgrade. Great sevice and friendly staff.

Ive been serviced by several of technicians and they are all super friendly. What I especially love about getting a pedicure with fully massage each foot and leg. Love it!

I had very good experience at Pro Nails 3 last Sunday for fill and pedicure. This is my first time visiting this nail salon. As soon as i walked in, I was seated and seen right away, which is very nice. My nail technician was as a perfectionist in the way she applied my polish. Everything was good in this salon.

Regular manicure and pedicure with paraffin and a yummy feet massage and scrub for $45. Plus the staff is great . Mary is great !

Pro Nails 3 is, by far, the best nail salon I’ve ever been. Ty is my favorite technician and does the best SNS (dip powder) manicures. They can last for up to 3 weeks, staying shiny and strong as if they were just done on day one. I highly recommend this place and the SNS dip powder.

I made a 1 oclock appointment today and had Li as my nail tech. She is my new fav! Today there was no parking when I got there, so the amaz owner held my keys and waited for an open spot to park my car. HOW SWEET! I cant get over how much I enjoy coming here!!

This nail salon is walking distance from where I live, so I used to go there very often. It was my go to place for a brow shape up. However, recently one of the ladies carelessly waxed off a noticeable chunk of my right eyebrow, and tried to blame it on my eyebrows being too thin. I guess she figured she could get away with being sloppy and careless since I was a teenager too shy to complain and with no parent to defend me. I learned my lesson to be very vocal in what I want as a customer. Guess Ill be finding a new go to place 😪

Do my a favor and DO NOT go to this place if you want even decent looking nails they charged me 70$ for a full set and on the phone told me it would be 50$ and charge you a extra 10$ every time you ask for something without giving you a heads up on how much your going to be charged at the end and their attitude is absolutely unexplainable.

Is my first time been at Pro Nails3 Salon, I get Ped and Gel Manicure $65 with 15mins Hot Ston Massage, and after that I think I never going any where else, because the tech very good and so sweet, they offer me for Drink, and after Service I have a small gift bring to home, this Salon very clean and super Sanitizer with spa chair Liner, I never saw this in 15 years. Thank you guy !!
