Absolutely loved this place!They are so kind and so professional. I came to get my nails and eyebrows done and I am super pregnant so I’m super picky right now lol and yet, I loved my experience here.When I got my eyebrows done, she cleaned them up first, and then asked if I wanted her to make them thinner so I really appreciate that she asked before just taking my eyebrows off.She recommended a wonderful color for my nails. She didn’t rush, she did my nails thoroughly but without taking too long. They even told me if I chip my nails or anything, I can come back to get them fixed. This place is very clean. I definitely recommend coming here.

I love this place. I feel like all staff loves me and mymom.I have three favorites: Boi, Jenny, and T.I just met Boi today but she was very attentive and made me feel comfortable right away. She gives great massages and knew what I wanted without me saying much. Today the service was perfect, the owner offered me Vietnamese coffee (which I think everyone should try!), Boi recommended a solid color for the glitter color I accidentally grabbed, and she treated me and my mom super special. I loved her !Jenny gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She’s very intricate with her designs and she is meticulous with your nails. Jenny is a perfectionist and makes sure she gives your feet and hands the exact care it needs.T is always with my mom, but I love her too! My mom is picky but somehow she always knows what my mom wants. She has great conversations with her and they always are laughing and playing like best friends. T always gives my mom the best pedicures, and I really appreciate her.All staff here is friendly, attentive, and nurturing. They want you to be comfortable and they want you to feel good about choosing their salon. They just renovated a little bit and they have a brand new huge selection of colors to choose from! They also just installed a new rewards system! You can get ten dollars off after every fifth visit. Put in your birthday for 20% off! I really appreciate you, Boi, T., and Jenny for making my mom and I feel welcomed. Thanks to the owner as well, he’s always sweet and helpful just like his staff!

The people at this establishment are impeccable in their attention to cleanliness. They are personable, friendly and do an excellent job. We cannot recommend them more highly.

The new shop in which she as a businesswoman has taken over and it’s been her dream for a long time now and I am happy that I can support her! I love her! She gives the best manicure and pedicures, waxes, facials and everything in between. It’s more than 20 miles out of my way to see her but because I love Boi, I am willing to make the travel. That’s how good she is. If I can travel more than 20 miles on a good day to see her then believe me it’s worth it. She’s the best! Boi has been my go to nail technician for several years and I have followed her from her past location to Emerald Nail Salon. If you have ever made an appointment to get a mani/pedi and arrived to find that you still have to wait you MUST go see Boi. She is very punctual with her clients and if you have to wait for her, I guarantee that it is due to a late customer. Her work is impeccable and the customer service received is outstanding. I am happy that she is getting the credit that she deserves and at the same time sad due to knowing that once word gets out about Boi, it will be difficult to get a last minute appointment.

This place is honestly like home. My family (mom, aunt, daughter) and I have been coming here for over 15 years. Lynn is awesome! And shes also selling the most comfortable masks for $5! My coworkers keep asking for more, and we sell masks 😅🤷‍♀️

Me and my daughter were getting our nails done and I was getting a pedicure and the lady was doing my pedicure was scrubbing a little too hard on and it was a little bit uncomfortable but the woman who did my daughters nails she made them very crooked and my daughter said that the lady was very rough with her and the lady who did my nails made my nails too thin and there were A lot of streaks of nail polish on my nails wouldn’t recommend this place. I will never go there again I spend my money for nothing.

I have been to this place many times over the years and think their service is great. I see Anne and she gives the best pedicures! She takes her time and does a great job - have not found better! The place is clean and there is a large variety of polishes to choose from both regular and gel. I think the prices are the norm for the area.

Great experience! Super clean and Covid friendly! They were wearing masks and face shields which made my family and I feel very safe and at ease! They were also really flexible when I asked for a multicolor manicure! Really enjoyed it! Will come back!

BEWARE! Way too expensive! $75 for a fill & reg pedicure + tip $10. My pedicure tech was great and she took her time. However, I could NOT relax because the nail tech started drilling and filling my nails during my pedicure. She was using a rechargeable drill so it got SO HOT really fast. The drilling hurt so bad and Ive never experienced anything like this during a fill! I told her that it was hot like 5x until I just sucked it up and endured the pain almost the entire pedicure. Also, my fill looks horrible. My nails are shaped weird and uneven. It also looks like i need a fill and I JUST got them done yesterday. (SEE PHOTO) I do not recommend this place.

I have been seeing Ann at the salon for over a decade and she is amazing! She is a perfectionist - which I really appreciate because I can always count on the results being perfect as well! Whether I get a gel manicure, acrylics or a pedicure, my nails always look amazing! She is very kind and actually everyone at the salon is great!

Excellent Salon! Have been using them for 10 years and they are meticulous in their procedures. Excellent with the old style of gel manicure which I need due to allergies. I can also rely on them to get my ingrown toenails out with no pain. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

This place. Is amazing! I have NEVER had my nails stay so well & long...and. Ive been moving! Its not The Ritz, but Ive never had such a nail treatment that has done so well in A LONG TIME!They are very nice, clean, accept walk ins if time permits and more than enough free parking. There is also several restaurants, BCF, ABC, and various other things available in that mall.VERY highly recommend😁A+

I was referred here by my mother. Ive been here twice and I am quite unhappy with the service. The first time I was there I was asked if my mom could wake up my daughter so there wouldnt be too much of a delay between our appointments since we were back to back. Then I asked for a star design for 2 of my nails and she put a flower with a rhinestone instead. I went back today and asked for a more curved look and I was told it was not fashionable! Im paying for the service, dont deny me when I want something. I also got a nasty look from, Ann the tech, because I was late. I called ahead and said I would be late because of extenuating circumstances. Im not sure she got the message. Im done and not going back.

I went in for a fill for 2 broken nails and their pricing board said $25 the lady was rude and didnt match the rest of the nails I had gotten. She over filed and hurt me and the 2 nails she filled were shorter than the others. When it came to paying she told me 27 I gave you a discount I didnt make a fuss and paid and left, but I will never be going back again.

I have been going here for the past year, since VY nails was taken over by different owners. Lisa who works here now, used to work at VY. I had good experience each time, dont have to make appointment since they take walk ins. Saturdays however are pretty busy. Great nail color selection.

I have been going here steadily as a customer since 2006. I get pleasant, excellent and reasonably priced service from any of the technicians I use. I would highly rate them and would never think of using another salon.
