The woman got angry when I told her no dremel. She was curt in her response and tossed her nail file aside telling me the nail would look uneven. I explained I’ve had bad experiences with a dremel. She was still upset. She did calm down by the end. If you are worth your salt in your trade you can make it look nice- as the CUSTOMER wants- not photo shop perfect. I would give 3 stars because they look cute but customer service was lacking greatlyHowever, I was greeted very nicely. :)

Dont take my nail tech, I absolutely love him Tom is the best. My nails, SNS dip, color choice by him. Best to set an appointment so you dont have to wait, shop is busy.

I have been going to this nail shop for four years and I love it and everyone in there, they do an awesome job on my nails every time.

This is normally my secondary place I go to when I’m on this side of town. I had SNS on my nails but my nails are long enough now to where I just wanted the SNS off and want my regular nails. I also got a pedicure gel. First the wait was super long like 40 min and they sat me at a station turned the water on walked away and it was freezing cold. It was incredibly uncomfortable with being so hot in there. The lady that did mine seemed rushed the whole time barely even did the callus scrub on me feet when she did my actual manicure it was rushed and none of my nails are even or even the same shape. I still had some stuff under my nails and she didn’t even bother to clean them- she also burned my nails with the Dremel when she was taking off the SNS multiple times. All that for $100- I’m not going back there anymore

This place used to be be great. They dont clean their tools after using them on other customers. The services are extremely rushed. We come there to relax not get put with someone who will rush the entire process while doing 3 other peoples nails.

BEWARE! This place does not clean their tools!! My daughter and I went there yesterday and we watched two of their workers give pedicures to people and turn right around and use the same DIRTY used tools on other customers. This is unacceptable. We left. That’s nasty. We will never step foot in this nasty place again.

I walk in the door at 7:38 and asked for a pedicure. Online as well as the door sign says they close at 8:00. The guy looks at his watch and in his native language speaks to another lady across the room. She says to me, oh we close at 7:30 now... BS, if you didn’t want my money now you’ll never get my business in the future.. I wish I could give a zero. Lucky for me there is a nail shop on every corner..

I went to get my lashes removed and the lady refused my service request because she said she was busy too with another client. She did bother to ask if able to wait until she done with the other client.

My two year old was crying and you told me you couldn’t provide me any service until my two year old stop crying cause it would disturb his white clients

Taylor is amazing! I️ always call to make an appointment because they can go from slow to swamped in no time!! Tiffany and Jonny are great managers and Jennifer, Bonnie, Nicole, and Kenny have all done my nails when Taylor has been out and they all did a great job too!! They offer a variety of services from waxing, facials, gel, SNS, etc! They don’t try to up sell you, but they do let you know what they recommend based on the health of your nails!! I recommend calling to make an appointment if you do not want to wait ... I️ have been coming here for almost 3 years and am extremely pleased!!

The normal place we use was closed and this place had okay ratings. Initially everything looked clean. We sat down in the bit socially distanced customer chairs...with a plexiglass blocking the nail tech. My daughter was getting a full set. There was no nail soak, he went right into filing and applying glue and nails. He was mad when we asked him to use a file and not a Dremel tool. The nails were on okay but the polish looks lumpy. Wouldn’t go back or recommend to a friend.

I came here because I decided to get my nails done last minute and they happened to be open on a Sunday. The nail techs are not very friendly, and rushed through everything. The nail tech even made my thumb nail bleed, he was very rough and not gentle which you would expect at a nail place. A nail place is the place to get you nails done and get handled with care. An hour later, it turns out my nails are super sore because of how rough he was.

Treat yourself. Your feet are your foundation. You wont regret caring for your foundation.

I went in to get a french manicure (gel) I got a nail tech that didnt even speak english so I couldnt even communicate with her. Someone would randomly come by once in a while and that is when I would get my message across to the nail tech. She did a really poor job. Also, I am pretty sure she overcharged me for my manicure because there is no way a gel manicure cost 40 bucks when SNS costs around that much...Def not going back there again.

I had a very great experience. I get great work every time I go and Tom always seem to go above and beyond to give my nails the fabulous look that I want. I highly recommend this place to those who looking for great and classy nail work.

I read all of the reviews before heading there. I was greeted as soon as i entered. Now I’m really picky when it comes to my nails but i read that Tom was amazing at what he does so I asked for him. Unfortunately he wasn’t there but the lady at the front called him and he arrived within 15 min 😁. I showed him a image of the color i wanted and I have to say he did an awesome job. I have gone here consistently since the beginning of the year. Love getting fresh nails here. The place is always packed when I go but I always get serviced. I can tell they have long standing relationships with their clients from the way they greet and converse with them. Awesome place!Tom is the best!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. The young man working at the front was incredibly unprofessional. My mom and I went in on a Saturday afternoon and they were slammed so we scheduled an appointment for 1:00 the next day. We arrive for our appointment and the young man barely wanted to acknowledge us and laughed when we said we had an appointment. Looking around the salon we see multiple people waiting for service and all technicians busy. What was the point in making an appointment only to be treated as a walk in? I think that Lan is wonderful and I was really looking forward to having my nails done by her but I am so disgusted by the unprofessionalism and lack of respect for my scheduled appointment that I will probably NEVER return. DO NOT MAKE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF HONORING THEM!!!

Asked for a mani-pedi... only got a mani. All nails are angled and not straight. I could have handled this if I hadnt asked for rounded. People are nice enough, just not thrilled with the results. Went down the road to Vogue and that is my new go-to place.

Been going here for a while and everyone is friendly and helpful. Today, I was looking for just the right color (the manufacturers sample didnt match the polish) and they went through probably 10 different colors until we found the perfect one. I would have settled, but that was not going to cut it. Everything seems very clean and sanitary and prices are fair. I do always wind up with at least 1 defect in my polish whether its a fuzz or inconsistent top coat. Ill continue to come back as the work is satisfactory.

I asked for S&S nails. My nails were not even, they were lumpy, and the finished result looked as though I needed fill ins. After one week, two nails popped off. I paid $45 dollars for nails that I could have done better myself!!! I will NOT be going back!!!

I was able to get in quickly for a pedicure. Removing my old polish was a bit rough, but I also had some glittery polish on. The callus removal was super thorough, and their prices are fair. All in all, it was a good first salon in Evans to visit

I dont know how the other nail techs are, but I was not impressed with Mary. I paid $33 for gel nails and came to find out she used regular polish with a gel top coat. I got a simple design with stripes on my ring finger and the lines were far from straight. The polish was also very bumpy after on my nails. I honestly could have done a better job. I Will not be returning.

When i walked in i made a point of asking the price for a gel fill in. The man said 35. I sat down. The woman proceeded to use acrylic which im allegic to. So then said gel is 5 dollars more. I had to argue to get the pruce i was quoted.

This place is horrible! The nail technicians are rude and inconsiderate. I went in for a simple take off and manicure. I didnt know I would be the topic of discussion in their native tongue. I knew what they were saying because SNS was said a couple of times which was what I had removed. Plus the other employees kept coming to the station looking and commenting! The nail tech act as if she did note ant to do my nails as if I interrupted her day. I would never return and suggest no one gives them business. I only went there because I was in the area.

Ive been going here since they opened. There are some techs that are not as skilled as others. It takes time to learn the really good ones. Some are new to profession and they are a little more nervous. The owners are very nice people and always have a friendly greeting. Over the years I have noticed some cleanliness issues and a few other negatives. I havent given up on them yet.

Horrible service! My fiance went in to get a set of acrylic nails taken off. The man that she was sitting with started ripping them off! He literally used a nail tip and yanked them off. No soaking or any kind of care given whatsoever! She told him that it really hurt then he went for a second one!We ended up leaving without paying. I wish I would have captured his name so I could complain to the Better Business Bureau. Please do not do business here.

I will not return here!!! The nail tech cut the skin on my toe causing it to bleed. She never apologized, just laughed it off. Then she messed up the polish, and then a worker said that I messed it up. Was not pleased with this service at all! We were charged full price, which I believe a portion of the service should have been taken off. Will not return here!

Very kind people working there and always taking their time and listening to their customers. I have been going here for 5 years now and anywhere else i have gone, they have never done my nails the way i liked and would rush through it, but not here, they always take their time.

I usually do not write a review but today my service was HORRIBLE. Great nails but VERY awful attitudes. One nail tech did not want to do nails and the other was yelling at a customer and cursing. It was an awful experience today. Really disappointed!!!

They are usually pretty good except for basic manicures. Tonight, I went in & there appeared to be only one person working which is not the norm. I was told it would be an hour wait. I went back 40 minutes later & though there was a 2nd person there, he then told me they were closed. I pointed out that they dont close until 8 (the open sign was still on). The little guy working said they couldnt take me. Any other time they take people right up to closing time....I know because of gone there close to closing time & have seen people come in at 8. As it doesnt take that long to do a basic manicure, I think they just didnt want to be bothered. Sometime they work 2 people at a time with one soaking while they finish another.Im so upset with them & told the guy that in all of the years Ive been coming there, Ive never seen such mess. Guess Ill have to consider finding a new place to get a pedicure which is too bad because their pedicures arent bad & most of the girls are nice & actually talk to you. If I do go back it wont be to either of the two people on duty tonight.I rate the business a 0 for tonight for not only refusing to provide service when they still had 40 min before closing but also for the guy lying about their closing time. Note: there was no sign saying they were closing early.While sitting in the parking lot writing this, a lady pulled up & went in then came back out to say something to the older lady with her & went back in. I asked the older lady was the person driving getting her nails done & she said eyebrows. So....they have time to do someones eyebrows but couldnt do a pedicure. Something wrong with that picture. Now Im really upset because they could have done a basic pedicure but now I have to take time out to find a shop thats open on Sunday. So now, its so long for this place... not that they would miss one person for all the business they do or care.

While i was getting my nails done they cut one of my fingers. got gel nails and they chipped the day of, one feel of everyday after.

I went yesterday in the hopes to relax and have a little pamper time. I was rushed to pick out my color and the type of Mani n Pedi I wanted. After i made my choice two ladies worked on me, one for my mani and the other for my pedi. Needless to say there was no relaxing time. Sitting in awkward positions to have both assist. Then I ended up paying 81.00 bucks for the service when all they did was SNS on my nails French style n Gel color polish on my toes. There was no massage or anything. A little confused on how i could be charged for a service when there was no massage, hot towels, nothing but color n Gel. When I asked, the lady apologized and swiped my card. My friends and I will be finding another place to go.

I wasn’t done with my nail design and the skinny tall Asian went ahead and sealed my Neil with the clear gel polish. I told him I wasn’t done with my design and he and the others told me oh well he already put the clear coat on abs my nails are finished and I needed to pay.Very rude. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I broke a nail I went back to have it fixed and they had an attitude. Also Wendy there is very nosey and asked me how much was my wedding ring and what my husband did for a living. I didn’t tell her but when my husband came back in she proceeded to ask him. Won’t be going back!
