Will never go back! I came in with my nails looking beautiful (the first picture with pink nails that a different salon did). I did not want anything changed but the color. I asked the technician to please not change the shape as I love my shape. I asked for a French manicure (shown in the second picture) not quit as round, but still natural looking. After an hour and a half of sitting in her chair, she continued to mess my nails up more and more. I kept stopping her and asking her to please fix it. After a while I just wanted out of the chair.As I went to pay, the manager asked me how my experience was and I said I wasnt happy. I told her everything that was wrong. I showed her the same pictures that I showed the technician. I am more upset about the shape of my nails, that I specifically told her not to touch. The manager told me to come back tomorrow to get them fixed. I said I absolutely will not let that technician touch my nails again being that this is the second time she has messed them up. I will go back to the other salon tomorrow (delux salon that actually does a great job), and I will have them fix it.I told the manager it is bad when I came in with these, (and showed her the pink picture) and am leaving with the ugly nails I have now. She still charged me full price for them ($50) and would only make it right if the same lady that did my nails, also tried to fix them again.This salon use to be good, but lately the service and quality has been horrible.

This place is usually busy and I dont mind the wait because I feel with patience and the amount of money you pay here the quality should be at least average. I had a pedicure done, I said numerous times gel but I did not get gel. And even just the regular polish pedicure is a disappointment. As soon as the lady was done, the polish looked rough in texture and uneven on the nail. When she put my sandals back on the polish was wet and instead of sitting me somewhere that would dry them they sent me to wait at the manicure station. So now I will be out more money to have them polished again.

“Be” is ALWAYS FANTASTIC as a skilled and professional nail extraordinaire! He cares that I walk away totally satisfied with my experience. I appreciate the manner in which he does business, as he has helped to grow my nails extremely long and I no longer need to use acrylics. I have had many provide positive comments on my nails and I always give him the credit because he deserves it. thanks “Be” for taking such good care of my nails!

My wife and I went to your salon a week ago, the prices were rated for top quality acrylic nails and we received beyond bottom quality products.The staff was friendly and accommodating while we were there, however within weeks of leaving the acrylic nails were chipping and falling to pieces.We paid $150 for nails that fell apart in. One week. I am clearly uneducated on the steep price of manufacturing, shipping, and handling of plastic that weighs less than a quarter cent piece. Maybe the glue needed is handmade in the back?However, one would think that if the price for nails (and accompanying adhesive) exceeds $100 they would last longer than a 14 days.

Best nail salon in the CSRA! i’ve only ever had great experiences here. i go to cris every time and he is AWESOME! all of the staff is always very nice and friendly, everything is always clean, and they really pay attention to detail. (: you can’t go wrong if you come here!

It was awful, me and my daughter went there for her birthday and she wanted a mani and pedi. When it was time for the cleaning, the worker vigorously cleaned and my daughter came out of the salon very disappointed and the same for me. Very unprofessional and a very horrid experience. Never EVER going back. Would NOT recommend. My daughter hated it.

I really love this nail salon. Before I go into why I think its imperative to find a good nail tech and stay with them! Make appointments in advance! Its never a good idea to show up at a nail salon and take whoever they have available and risk waiting forever for your turn. I always see Chris for my nails and toes, SNS on nails and he has always taken his time and done a great job. He is very friendly. I came here after a terrible experience somewhere else and was terrified to have someone work on my nails as the last place HURT me. He was understanding and very delicate, kept me coming back and not once as he hurt me or cut corners to be quicker. They are always busy but I just make an appointment and havent had to wait but maybe 5 mins. Its also very clean and fancy looking in there!

Upon arrival i was greeted promptly, my nail tech Sam (whom which recently started here and Ive been following lol) was awaiting and ready to begin my sns manicure. I picked up a great vibe from my first time there. The spa was clean, bright and organized. When I was done with my sns, I was escorted to the pedi area which was also clean and well lit. Helen did my pedicure and did an amazing job, especially my massage and painting. She will be my go to from now on. Hope this was helpful 😘

I’m very upset, disappointed and utterly shocked with the misuse of my credit card information.Keep in mind that I have been a loyal customer for nearly 4 years.I had two services provided on February 22, 2021. So when I go to pay I handed the owner my credit card as usual and completed my transaction. So I thought!Fast forward a week and a half l 3/3/21 to find another debit on my account.I thought my identity was stolen because I didn’t have any services on 3/3/21I contacted the owner and she said that she forgot to charge me for a service I received on February 22 2021. I am so furious! You don’t have signed permission to keep my credit card information to make such transactions if these are the business tactics that you are going to use after being a loyal customer, I will find a new salon!This is not, I repeat is not about the money. This is about a loyal customer having her credit card misused and abused

I wish they carried a full line of Perfect Match Gel color. IMO the DNC brand looses it shine after 2 weeks. I no longer run to the nail shop every day like back in the day. Perfect Match to me is non drying to my nail and has shine and luster staying power.Paul and Tina always do me good every time..

I went to ocean nails for the first time today and must say I’m extremely satisfied with the work and treatment I received today. I will definitely be going back

I came in today because one of mynails broke and I was anticipating a quick in and out . This wasn’t the case. I was greeted and asked what I needed and the lady with highlights in her hair asked me to have a seat. I sat there for 5 mins or so before she attended to me and she asked me if I remembered the color I said I don’t remember the color. She then is attending to other people because I don’t know the exact color of acrylic powder. I don’t think it’s my responsibility to keep up with that kind of info. So I sit there for about 30-35 mins and she then tells me if I want to come in tomorrow because the nail tech who did my nails yesterday is off today. I tell her no because sheCould have told me this at the door. So I tell her I’m not coming tomorrow and she gets an attitude because she doesn’t want to look for the color and I guess her having to do this would take timeFrom her making money with customer coming in. She then tells me she will fix the nail but if the colorDoesn’t match my nails I have to deal with it because she already gave me an option and I declined. So she fixes the nail in a rush and does my nail with attitude and the quality of the repair was horrible. This place needs to seriously work on their customer service and stop being so money hungry because customerService is what generates more and more business. I won’t be coming here anymore because I can’t be bothered. This place is pricey as it is and to go through what I went through today wasn’t worthIt.

Had toes done. Fantastic. Went to get both toes and fingernails. However, they just ignored me and rushed me out the door when it was time for gel nails. Not really happy but I dont think my techs English was very good. Whatever.

The staff was kind, curtious, and attentive. I brought my 3 yr old in for a mommy and daughter mani pedi. They made sure to make her feel like a princess and addressed her when asking questions. When she messed up her nails they didnt even fuss, just kindly re -did them and made her laugh and smile. My nail tech was kind and very detail oriented. She provided an excellent massage and nail cleanup as well as giving me a beautiful design. It wont always be perfect but they try very hard to give you the best experience.

The salon is clean and spacious and the staff are friendly, they’re always packed so give yourself at least two hours for your appointment time- even if you’re just getting a basic no frills mani/pedi.

I love Ocean Nails! I had the most wonderful pedicure with Tina today! She gives a terrific massage. She also waxed my eyebrows and look great! Paul did my nails. I had tips out on with SNS. He is so good! Fast and perfect. I had eyelashes put on with Tinas daughter Lyn. That was a month ago and still have lashes!The receptionist is so quick getting you in and professional. I’ve been looking for a new nail place and have tried Envy Nails, the nail place in the Evans Walmart and about four to five other ones and none of them amount to the service and professionalism as this one. Their prices are very reasonable, so clean and so gentle along with making sure I they give me exactly what I want.

This is hands down (pun intended lol) the best place to go for mani/pedis! The store is beautiful. The nice music playing in the background is soothing. Tina and Henry were great and there attention to detail was excellent!

Tina is amazing, the staff is so friendly, professional and provide great service everyone I visit. My pedicure is never rushed and I just enjoy every minute I am there.

Price is great but communicating is really hard. I may try again another day, but I left feeling unheard and not getting what I thought I was.I did the herbal delux manicure/pedicure.I do not like color so I was trying to do French tops on fingers and toes. He cut to short to do my toes and my fingers just looked weird. I paid 87 with a eyebrow wax, so the price is great, but not overly a fan of what I got for the money..

These folks aim to please and do quality work. Prices are lil higher than inwas hoping for IN GA, but competitve to the market place and they have a punch card discount system and do run sales. But you totally cant beat the customer service and quality of their work.

I have used this salon for liquid gel manicures before COVID-19 hit and continue to use them. They practice a high level of precaution with masks worn by both the customer and tech as well as a plexiglass barrier between. I have always felt safe going into and using this salon during these uncertain times. Shout out to Paul who always does me a great job!!!

So I went here and my nails ended up to sharp then when I asked him to fix them and apply more Acrylic he took the nail polish off and didnt let me wash my hands or even file or smooth them I posted pictures of how my nails looked and this was right out of the store you pay so much to go there but they rush you and mess up your nails and if you are a person who doesn’t get your nails done much or not familiar with the process they will cut corners

My wife did not want to write this review, but I will. This is the first time that this had happen at this salon. This had happen at another nail salon in Evans. My wife was the next person in line to be seen and is skipped over as someone else walks through the door. Be careful where you spend your money. Some of these businesses appreciate your money but don’t have any respect for you as a human being.

Great customer service and fabulous work

I absolutely love everyone at Ocean! The whole staff is so kind and incredibly accommodating. Nancy has done my nails a few times now and she exceeds my expectations every time. I tried something different and I am blown away with the result. Also, the owner, Traci, is so welcoming and makes a point to say hello to everyone. I cant say enough amazing things about Ocean!!

Very disappointed. Went in and was told to sit at a dirty table. Lady slowly made her way over to start cleaning table off. 3+ people standing around that could’ve been working on my nails. Another lady came in 10 minutes after me. The woman that was cleaning off my table took the lady who came in behind me and did her nails instead. Was told by the nail tech at the next table that ‘another guy’ would be in to help me shortly. Never felt so disrespected and judged in my life (probably because I was dressed in workout attire/no make up). Will never step foot back in this place. They think they are special and there are too many other options for nails in the area.

Always very clean and professional! They do screen all clients before entering for any covid symptoms. They are doing a great job to maintain a clean and healthy environment!

Very disappointed with my visit a week ago! I will not be returning! I walked in and asked right away what the price was for a basic pedicure and a manicure was. I was quoted $27 for the basic pedicure and $35 for a manicure with gel polish. I started with my pedicure and was shown the book and it was turned to the most expensive page of pedicures, I said again that I wanted what ever come with the basic pedicure. She then said, “gel polish”? And I said yes because I thought I had made it clear that I wanted what ever come with the basic pedicure. Unfortunately I was charged an extra $20, Yes $20.00 for just the gel polish on my toes. Never once was I told there was an additional charge. So my $27.00 pedicure turned into a $47.00 pedicure. Also my gel polish on my nails have already chipped and pilled off not even a week later. So $82.00 latter and I’m beyond disappointed.

I literally love my nails so much omg. This was my first time coming here and I’ll definitely be back. It’s so pretty inside too. The guy doing my nails ( I think his name is Paul) was so sweet!

The first time I came here I got my nails done and they turned out wonderful. I came in today for a pedicure. It has been about average. I didn’t get offered a beverage. It seemed like the tech was annoyed when I asked to put more warm water in the tub and when I changed my mind about wanting gel polish. For the price I expected more. I didn’t experience anything spectacular! I’d say average pedicure. I’m giving it a 4 star review because of the attention to detail I received for both services and love my full set on my nails.

The place is really neat and clean. The staff greet you properly. Lam took care of me and he did a very good job, he takes his time. I didn’t like that I waited with my foot in the water for over 20 minutes but the pedicure was amazing and next time I will make an appointment so I don’t wait as long.

My wife went there to have her nails dipped. She was so pleased with the staff, procedure, facility, and end result.I personally think for the time it took, the quality, longevity, and how happy my wife is was well worth the money spent. 😉

BEST pedicure ever! I ended up getting a gel manicure as well and I’m extremely pleased with the outcome. It was fast and very enjoyable. The employees were great and the place is just beautiful, they’re also running free wax with $30 purchase which was perfect because I was going to get them done anyways, this is definitely now my go to place!

Great nail salon! My friend and I came in for a pedicure and it was amazing. I returned after and got a fill and the gentleman did a wonderful job. It’s very clean and they provide excellent services. I will definitely be returning.

Because of going here I am now on an antibiotic and pain meds for my infected big toe. I went Sunday 4/7/19 and by that following Wednesday my big toe began to get red and was hurting. The next day was worse and was limping. I went to the doctor that day 4/11/19. After two days of antibiotic, pain med (ibuprofen 600mg), salt soaks and bacteria ointment I am still in pain and limping. My whole big toe is swollen. I noticed while getting my pedicure that the nail tech was cutting my cuticle and it hurt. She was also pulling from the side of my toe with the cuticle cutters. My impression now is that ocean nails did not sanitize the nail instruments that they used on my feet properly. I will not be going back. I will also be calling the health department.

Party of 4 and we went to get pedicures. This was the most amazing pedicure I have ever had! We all had the lavender stone. The people were so friendly, funny and amazing. They serve drinks and snacks. Everything you can think of! So clean, beautiful, and peaceful. This is my new place!!!!

This nail salon is a not a respectable establishment. They take advantage of teenagers and upcharge for nail services. They do not disclose these charges as the services are rendered. They overcharged my daughter by $20 for nails that looked like Chicklet gum on her nails. There are so many other nail salons in this area, go somewhere else!!!! They refused a refund and made a stay to fix them when my daughter was obviously upset and felt taken advantage of!!!

I have been getting my nails done since about 2013 and I have never had nails that looked this beautiful- I mean ever. It is beautiful inside the building, relaxing and just an over all great vibe. They have a returning customer for sure!

The young female at the front welcomed me, then went to get my pedi chair ready. As I waited the manager welcomed two ladies that came in after myself and one other. Then the manager gave my chair away and the young female employee didnt stop her. They finally got my chair ready, but they then proceeded to help the pair of ladies first. After 30 minutes of waiting and continually being passed over I left. VERY unsatisfactory!!! Manager, stop micromanaging. Young female employee, please learn to speak up.

I was very disappointed with this experience. I felt pressured to purchase a more expensive service, and then felt like I received less than adequate service from an aggravated employee when I insisted on the basic pedicure package. It was the most painful pedicure I have ever had. My skin was broken in multiple places around the toenail beds and scraped in various places on my foot.

Went for facial waxing, showed the spot NOT full area that I needed done, I know what I am doing Mamn!! Respeatedly.Left with scarred and ripped off skin aound mouth, bottom to the right and left, the exact opposite of what I asked. NEVER Never Let the Bossy and Rude Fronr Female wax anything. There is a reason this place ia always empty compared to its neighboring competitor.Face looks like I was scratched by a Cat and left deep bleeding wounds.

Beyond impressed with this nail salon. It has been several years since getting any pedicure or manicure so I did ALOT of searching on the web for reviews. I ultimately chose Ocean Nails & Spa based on the reviews of cleanliness and professionalism. I went in for an Organic Smoothing Pedicure as well as SNS nails. I have never had SNS and the nail tech was very kind to explain the difference between acrylic, gel and SNS. Nail tech and gentleman doing my pedicure were both very kind. The facility was very clean and inviting. I will definetly be returning.
