Charged my wife 250 and took 3 and a half hours for a diagnosis that Napa gave her in 1 minute for free. She told the guy Tyler Cobb this on the phone before scheduling the appointment, that she knew what it was, and he assured her it would take 20 minutes max to figure it out and she would not get charged the full 250. They did nothing to fix it even do they had the part. And they act like they did us a favor for checking out a problem with the seatbelt and not charging. Thanks for nothing scam artist will not be spending another dime here. Don’t let this guy Tyler fool you into thinking he’ll help you out he will take advantage.

Impossible to reach the service department by phone... had to have my truck towed in to get the def system on my truck looked at... it was stuck in limp mode and would only let me go 5 mph... these guys basically just put a bandaid on the problem and reflashed my computer but the check engine light was still on and my truck only had maybe half as much power as it did before going into limp mode... they said the lil pigtail connector needed to be replaced but they couldnt get the part for 3 weeks... and still charged me $440 for nothing... dont let these scam artists get you like they did me and charge u an arm and a leg and have the same problem still...

Had to bring my truck in for a recall issue. After they ordered all the parts and ALL the parts were in, they called and scheduled my service appt.. I brought the truck in (2017 EcoDiesel) and they told me it would be ready by days end-I was skeptical as the recall seemed to be a big deal to me. Sure enough. By the days end i was back in my truck! Great service. Also, since this was a manufacturer mandated service.. Lithia put me in a Rental/Loaner car for the day. The Loaner car was an almost brand new Challenger!! Wow. Nice Car!!!! Because the service dept was so quick with repairs on my truck, I had no time to take the loaner out for a test drive. I literally took it from them to my work and from work to pick up my truck!! While driving home after work, the service person called me and said my truck was ready. I changed direction and picked up my truck. This will probably never go this smoothly again, but wow... Thats Customer Service!!! Lithia Eureka has Raised the Bar!!! Pay attention dealerships... this is how its done!

Hard review to leave because I did like the people who worked at the service center but could not have had a worse experience. Absolutely do not have AAA tow you here. They took 48 hours to look at my car even after they were told I was broken down and from out of town. They told me the car was ready, I drove 5 hours to pick it up, only to be told the car wasnt ready. Had to rent a car which cost me $290, wasnt told there was a discount available with Lithia. Every time I had a question was told the mechanics were at lunch or went home for the day. They didnt apply the AAA discount even though they knew AAA dropped me off. Literally every step of the process was a nightmare and it was like pulling teeth to get any information, which was usually wrong.

If you dont mind spending $60,000 plus on your new Ram vehicle and then have to take it to a service department that is still operating in the dark ages..... then this place is for you. Its one of those businesss of today that make promises of great service only to find out its not based on any reality. I took my new Ram in for its first oil change and everything seemed normal and in fact gave the illusion that all might just be awesome....please, please please be so! Well, all went well until I go out to my just finished vehicle and the one that I had just cleaned inside and out ....only to find the drivers door and handle smeared with oil. I get in and close the door and the inside door panel, handle, steering wheel and center arm rest has oil all over them. Most car dealerships realize how important it is after the service of a vehicle to inspect it prior to going back to a customer by either a service advisor or someone. If you pay a company for service you should at least be able to get it back in the same condition as it was.I decided I can kinda of maybe deal with this because stuff happens but then the reality hits.... I go home disappointed and now know that I might possibly need to find another place to service my brand new Ram and its not Lithia. Within the next couple of days I receive an email and then a text from the Lithia service manager saying that he wants me completely satisfied and they strife for this....and that I will get a survey and please give us your total support, and that for any reason that I cant say that I am completely satisfied please contact him. So I am concerned....if I call him this will determine if this business is for real or just another company like so many others full of empty promises. The lowest paid tech in most dealerships is the lube tech....what responsible new car dealership of today would let the last person who touches a customers vehicle be the lowest paid employee in service department. Ohhhh, and no the service department manager never contacted me. I had you guessing there...me too.

LONG story short... they had our car for 4 months because its under warranty that we paid for however wont categorize you as a paying customer no matter how expensive the vehicle/warranty is you bought. So we were not made priority, offered solutions, given correct information, or anything of the sort that makes good customer service. Most agonizing experience ever. Save yourself the misery and take your business elsewhere. Lithia in Medford, OR is 4 hours away and I heard their service is fantastic, where as living in Humboldt for 25 years I have not heard 1 good thing about Lithias Eureka location from anyone I know.

If i could gave them 0 I would. I had my Vehicle there for dealer only Maintenance. When I came to pick up my car my wheel weights were ripped off, hub caps and my skins to my car were taken.The services guy was trying to tell me it wasnt on my car when I dropped it off which he wouldnt know because he wasnt there when I drop off my vehicle. Also tried to gave me a milliom excuses. I finally was able to talk to a manager and his answer was he isnt able to look at the cameras, his company has too which is fine but he hasnt called me back or even tried to fix the problem. He ignores my calls and hasnt tried calling me back after a week of waiting for the camera footage so I can make a police report. I thought at a nice looking dealership my car would be safe and that they would try to work out on the problem that happen on there property. Dont go here if u have an old model of dodge they will treat you horrible!!! Act like its nothing. Horrible customer service and unsafe lot to leave your vehicles beware they will treat you like it happened before you left it there!!

I have always had a good experience here... but twice I have had issues once... they left the cap off the oil, and this last time (they are supposed to do a full inspection) and the paper was not filled out for my inspection... I went back inside to ask about it, one of the guys went to the back filled out the paper and didn’t sign it... the psi was not correct and he marked everything as ok ( this was 8 days ago).. today...I go to start my car and it wouldn’t start... now if the guy at lithia had done his job he would have told me that a cell was going out on my battery...I am not pleased with my experience.

I had to get the clutch replaced in my Jeep. Larry was really helpful and had it done when promised. The rest of the staff are really nice and helpful too. I highly recommend taking your vehicles there to get fixed. Have patience when you call or go in though. They are always really busy because they have the best technicians in town.

Nice and friendly people relations. Horrible diagnostics technician. I payed $100+ to have him tell me he couldnt find anything wrong or detect any sounds with his examination of my vehicle. This isnt possible because everyone who rides in it comments on the grinding noise coming from the rear. Either he is deaf or a mental midget. I would assume the later and not waste your hard earned money trying to receive professional substance from their band of mechanical bozos! Fine for oil change, but draw the line there is your at all intelligent....I wish I could give them 0 stars

Super quick, very polite. They changed my oil which is what I went in for. But not only change my oil. They let me know it was time to rotate my tires so they did that. And, while I was there I asked about a recall I had heard about they checked into it and come to find out there was a recall and the fixed that too. I love Lithias service. My wife and I are on a road trip from SC, and a wiring harness we had installed at the dealer in SC needed to be replaced. I was there a lot longer than I wanted to be, but it was my fault for taking too long to bring my vehicle in for servic . Everything computerized basically needed an update. I did find out things about my truck that would have been nice to know about when I purchased it. Knowing what I know now I wouldnt have went with the truck I purchased. I was actually mislead about driving it and what was needed to cycle the cleaning system. I even explained how I would be driving it. Also there was never any mention of the batteries and how they would work if sitting and with short drive . For instance with the way I drive the batteries now function at less capacity therefore the computer thinks something is wrong and takes power away from other things with the vehicle in order to preserve itself. And if you dont drive enough to clean the system out and it get clogged it cost $2000 to replace or fix. If I had known all this I wouldnt have purchased the truck I did. Especially since I asked specific questions regarding the truck. With that said the service i got was good. George did his job well.

I have never before seen a dealership be willing to pull a part off a car they are trying to sell in order to make a small repair on someone’s car. I called and spoke with Brandon today. He said he handled the internet sales. I told him I had a great experience last year with my purchase at Neillo Audi who shipped the car to me in Oregon. We discussed the vehicle I was interested in and I asked if the vehicle had a backup camera. He said he would check and get back to me in a few mins. After 90 mins I called him back. Then I made a cash offer, No trade-- $1995 under asking price. He about came unglued that the offer was too low, and although I said I didnt want to waste his time he said he would take it to his manager and get back to me in a few minutes. Its been 5 hours and I havent heard from him. Meanwhile, I continued my search and surprisingly came up with the same year car, same color, less mileage, exactly the same options. Called the dealer and offered the same price I had offered on the car I spoke to Brandon about and they accepted. I will say I would not have purchased from Brandon, because someone that doesnt have time for you during the sale surely wouldnt return your calls if there were any problems after the sale.

I recently took my vehicle in for an issue with the seatbelt. I had to wait a bit for the appointment, but then service was through and helpful. They have a nice waiting area, and friendly staff. I had my infant with me while I waited, and the staff accommodated me when I asked if there was a private area where I could feed her, which was much appreciated. Great customer service all around!

We have taken our vehicle which we purchased from Lithia to the service department 3 times now to be fixed for the same issue.. hundreds of dollars and weeks later we are still searching for an answer. Supposedly now we need a $6600 part however when I ask a Fiat dealer down south that deals with more cases they highly doubt that is the part we need and would like to see the diagnostic they got because those arent the symptoms usually associated with that part which now raises more questions since theyve already miss diagnosed it 3 times and dont want to do anything to make it right. Lithia wont give us any type of guarantee that if we shell out $7k that our problem will be fixed.. theyre supposed to be professionals but when you ask them questions about their product they dont know.. but instead of taking accountability and saying that, they just give vague answer and give you the run around. Send you to other departments and just hope you fall away. Another thing, Im a former employee who had no bad blood or anything and am being treated this way.. I could only imagine how theyd treat someone they dont know. Service department at Lithia eureka is a joke and will never recieve any business or praise from me or my family. I hope this helps others to make the decision to try other dealers in hopes to be treated like a valued customer.

Towed my Jeep Cherokee here after it broke down. It needed a new radiator and transmission. It took the dealership 12 weeks and 4 days to fix what was wrong. Yes, there were wrong parts sent to you, but what happened to the 2 weeks you didn’t contact me in that time, Lithia Jeep of Eureka? What happened to the services you “promised” like servicing the transmission and radiator you put in? I went right to Primier Oil to get an oil change as soon as I picked up my car you said “had a black cloud over it” and actually told me other cars had priority over mine, for reasons unknown, and I had to pay to have the fluids changed in BOTH parts you put in. That service should have been standard, like you said. It should be standard you vacuum the front seats like the Toyota dealership does. Shame on you for bad standards. You only get two stars for giving me a monetary discount for my time lost on your bad time management. Shame on you for your miscommunication with reception for misinformation given when you do not return my phone calls. Shame on you for your bad name for Jeep.

Came in for an issue with the vehicle using oil. Asked about the oil life left and was told it was fine. Walked outside the dealership after 3 1/2 hours to look around and discovered that our vehicle was out of the shop. So I walked back in and retrieved the keys. On the way home, the change oil soon came on the display. Well there is another day off work. Went in before my appointment time and stated would be waiting for the car. After 1 1/2 hours, again walked out to see our vehicle parked outside the shop. Had to go back on and request the key. If you come here, stand outside and watch to see when your vehicle is done as theyre not very good at letting you know.

I had a bad experience at this place in 2015. When I left I was determined to never set foot there again. I recently sold my vehicle and was looking to replace it. I saw an ad for a vehicle and then I saw where it was. I kept looking. After 2 weeks, I finally gave in and went to look at it. It was awesome and I absolutely wanted it. I was still skeptical about dealing with this dealership. In the end I did purchase the vehicle with a lot of help from Walter and Patrick. I would recommend them to anyone. The dealer was nice AFTER we decided to buy. they had free popcorn, tea, and coffee (youll always find me where theres free food) but their cars are good. we just felt rather pushed to the side until we actually bought something

The 1st time they scheduled me on Saturday to get my car fixed after I drove all the way there and waited for 30 minutes they told me they didnt have the part. So I rescheduled and everything went fine my cars working fine

OMG terrible experience. If I could give them zero stars I would. I have owned several other vehicles. When I pull into the Lincoln or Ford dealership I am greeted outside and looked after. Not at Lithia. Your nonexistent. When you walk into the office you might stay in there for 5 to 10 minutes before someone even acknowledges you. This is my complaint.....I need some repair work done on my 2005 Chrysler town and country. I called and I’m not exaggerating at least 10 times to get an estimate for the repair work to be done. I was told that someone will get back to me they never did. The night before the appointment date I called again. “Oh the gentleman who will be working on your vehicle is still here he will call you shortly”. Never happened.So the next day I took my van in for a 10 o’clock appointment. I called a friend to come get me he showed up at 10:30. The van have not moved from the original spot. They called me at 3:30 and said my van was done. Let’s just say it was done at 3:30 probably 3 o’clock but will say 330. That’s five total hours that my van was there. I had the oil changed and alignment and A lower control arm replaced on the passenger side. When I went to pay the bill the girl turn the paper around and shoved in front of me and it was just under $1000. My jaw hit the floor. Are you kidding me! You were at the mercy of these people because they will not give you an estimate even when asked before the repair work is done. Had I known this I would not have done it. I called the manager and talk to him about my complaint. There is no extra labor involved in an oil change or alignment that it is a flat rate and the labor is built into the price of the oil and alignment. The labor rate at Lithia is $140 an hour my total labor was $660. If you do the math they’re charging me for the ENTIRE time my van was there. The manager told me he would return my call after looking into it and never DID! Upon getting to Nebraska I had my oil changed again due to the long drive. The 10 minute oil change showed me my air filter. It was completely black from all the forest fires that were going on at the time in Northern California. This should’ve been caught by Lithia during the oil changed and replaced it never was. They didn’t even look at it. I feel like my total with the experience was unacceptable. I think my bill was gouged. I am from out of state and they don’t care. You’re gonna be long gone before they ever see you again. My advice to you is find another repair shop other than Lithia.

My 2015 truck was slowly leaking coolant and even though they were super busy they got me right in, did the repair right, and all under warranty.This is the 2nd or 3rd time Larry has been my service advisor, and hes always been on the ball and putting the customer first.Ive traveled a lot and had service done all over the country and a good dealership makes all the difference. Im glad we bought at Lithia where the service has been solid.

Just purchased a new 2016 Ram 3500, the staff was very nice. They had to do a wide search to find the truck, that matched what I wanted. They were very competitive in there pricing, seeing I had been looking in Idaho (which is suppose to be unbeatable in there pricing). The truck arrived a couple of days later and was sitting on the lot clean and full of fuel. I am very pleased with the whole experience!!

Bought my car here in January and ever since it has been nonstop repairs because of things they didnt look at when they sold it. The first time it happened the check engine light turned on 3 DAYS after I bought the car. The misdiagnosed the problem before I just took it somewhere else. This car probably cost me am extra 3-4 grand by now in repairs that they didnt disclose as necessary.
