----------WARNING---------They used to be good, but when i took my BMW in the alignment guy broke things on the car after driving it like a kid with a new licence... definitely avoid this place!

Brought my truck for an alignment. All new parts and some after market parts. Tech says he can not align my truck and it drives horrible... well isnt that the point? Me installing new parts making it easier for the tech to align? Paid 90 bucks and a job that isnt finished correctly... its not even a friday... plain lazy....

Ive been coming in for oil changes for years, they have the best price and include a tire rotation. I had my first experience with the tire shop today, after lodging a rock in one of my almost new tires that are original to my car when I purchased it. Tetrault matched the destroyed tire with a used tire, and did so without charging. They went above and beyond exceptional service, and even though they were slammed, got it done on a Saturday within an hour. Its the best service Ive ever received from a tire shop in humboldt county. I highly recommend them for tire and regular maintenance on your vehicle.

Called this place 2 days prior to going in (I was put on hold for about 10 minutes twice ) I asked them if I could make an appointment to get 2 tires mounted they told me no need for any appointment just come by at 4pm, called them in the morning to verify before I went and they again told me yes come by at 4pm. Once I got there I had to wait about 20 minutes before anyone helped me, then I was told they had too many cars and couldn’t replace them that day. Was told to try again tomorrow but that they couldn’t guarantee anything.

Nice folks, busy shop. Brought my vehicle here to diagnose a loud bang when I back up. He said he found nothing. No charge. Backed out of the parking lot and bang there it was. Its so loud people jump inside and outside my vehicle but ok he couldnt hear it. Thats fine it didnt cost me but the next day I had 2 hubcaps missing and the other 2 falling off. Not ok. Tire shops should know how to put on a hubcap.

He brought two tires in all the way from orick and these guys replaced the tires on a different rim and grab some tires out of storage and gave them to us for free!! pretty awesome...

They dont use rubber grips when they take the tire of the rim so therefore there is scratches/ markings all alongside the inner rims. Plus very unprofessional red headed lady working in the front. Dont go here unless you are just looking for a cheap job and dont care about aesthetics. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Poor customer service. Waited over an hour extra sitting in the lobby because the girl with pink hair behind the counter didnt care to tell me my tires were done.

Oh my goodness.. to find an honest center to help me with my sons car... we just have 4 tires put on two days ago, and my own mother who also owns a Suburu was told (from out of state) that Suburus need to have an annual alignment before winter, that that is just something Suburus are known to need to have. So based on what my mother was told, I made an appointment, and ended up with a $0.00 invoice, because no alignment was needed. Tetrault is honest in a day and age where this seems to be rare.. especially with mechanics and moms.. They have made a customer for life. Thank you so much,

Ive been in to see Levi and Lee, both were absolutely great. They had me up and running within 30 minutes of being there. Not to mention Lee gave me excellent vehicle maintenance advice to avoid future repairs. Best Auto Center in Humboldt!

Found a screw in a tire going down. Not sure how fast it was leaking so went to nearest shop. Quoted me $10...more than reasonable. Got my keys back in 15 minutes and they charged me nothing. Small thing, but places concerned about customer satisfaction and loyalty are usually good places to do business. Ill be back.

Tetrault Tire provide excellent service. Ive been to their shop twice in the last month. They have great customer service and theyre super fast at doing their job.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The Tetrault service technicians located and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. They were super! I will definitely be going back and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others.

Great service they stayed late and got me on the road and I had the worst tires to put on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!! The only thing wrong is the balance machine didnt like my rims and didnt balance then that great :(! But at the end of the day 5*

The staff and service were both efficient and friendly, HOWEVER, they put two of my directional tires on backwards. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this till I had already driven 40 minutes home, and then another 40 minutes back to get it fixed. One of my lug nuts was also cross threaded (by me), and they had to break the wheel stud to get the tire off. This would have been fine, but they quoted me $170 for a new one!! Les Schwab fixed the stud for free, it’s a $3 part and it takes ten minutes. I think I’ll just take my car to Les schwab in the future. It’s a little more expensive, but they do it right the first time.

Tetrault Tire Pros is GREAT!!!!! I was in Eureka for 1 day last week on a driving trip with my family. When we checked into our hotel I saw there was a nail in my tire, although the air was not leaking out. I used Google to check out what tire stores were in Eureka and found that Tetrault had good ratings. So I went there first thing in the morning. They took my car right in, put it up on the jack and removed the tire with the nail in it. They patched the tire, remounted it and checked the air in all 4 tires. The whole process took perhaps 20 minutes. When they finished I asked for the bill, and they told me NO CHARGE!!!!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend these guys. They saved my family vacation!

Would never recommend going here. They refused to wash my truck unless I had sprayed it off prior to them being payed to wash it ?lol what a car wash this is. NotTo mention they are all cracked out so hard they nearly nod out on the hood of your car if it passes there standards of washing !

Brought in rims i bought elsewhere because i was on a budget. Rolled in at 15 min before closing and the put them on, stayed late to get it done and did it right the first time at a fair price. 3 weeks later i roll in with tires i bought elsewhere and same experience. Dropped it off right before closing, they let me leave the tires there so i could get them out of my rig and they were done an hour after opening the following day. No complaints and again a fair price. Pro all the way. 👍

Bought my tires online and they installed them few months back. Rotated and balanced today no charge these guys are awesome better than costco tire.

Amazing service.. my tire had a nail in it and when took my tire off to fix it they realized it was run down to much. I asked if they had a used tire I can purchase from them and at the end when they put it on they told me no charge. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much guys!

Best place to get tires in northern humboldt hands down. Fast, friendly service. They dont try to sell you what you dont need which is refreshing and they get you the best tires first your daily driver. Cant say enough good things about the shop guys and the office gals.

I cant say enough good things about this business. We were passing through on a road trip in our Tesla and wed picked up a screw in the tire. These people spent 45 minutes struggling with Teslas sound deadening liner to access the hole and in the end they charged only $10. They sent us on our way with a smile. This is the place to go, folks!

Ok, here is the just.... tetrault Tire Pros on Broadway or (Highway 101) in Eureka CA, is a good location and is priced according to the California Automotive labor pricing of $85.00 an hour. Although their sign tells you they do brakes, wheel alignment and other automobile repairs the tire shops is it own entity. So after paying the high prices they tell me my tires need a balancing at $8.50 a tire. And I would have to see if they had time to do it. They did good in a pinch, but shop around if you are a local resident.
