Ted and his assistant are very courteous and professional. They changed the oil and filter on my F250, I didnt have to get out of the truck and they finished the job in about 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

Needed an oil change since I didnt have the tools to do it myself at the moment, so I looked around for a well priced oil change that I could also bring my own oil and filter to use, which is somewhat hard to find. They told me it was just fine bringing in my own and they could schedule me for the next day. Bringing in my own oil lowered the price they charged for the oil change about $30.I came in 15 minutes early and they took me in right away, and I was in and out in 20 minutes exactly as advertised out front. Very kind and respectful mechanics that are great at what they do. Highly recommended!

The Lube Rack is limited in what services they provide but its a great place to go for oil change, radiator and transmission flushes, and other issues involving fluids. Very affordable and on-time service. I dont think Ive ever seen such a clean garage; really impressive.

I was passing through exactly 1 year ago! My Tacoma was in desperate need of an oil change as I was on a cross country trip from NC to CA, making my way up from Huntington Beach to the Redwoods, I decided to stop and take a chance. Being an out of towner I am paranoid! But the big tall guy - welcomed me in and let me walk around and we chatted while he did the oil change - what a fun experience - so thankful to find good people who took care of the out of town guy with professionalism! After it was done, the other technician even vacuumed out my drivers side footwell.Super guys - thank you so much! I wont forget it!

I have been using the Lube Rack for years. For a while I was driving 3,000 miles a month and saw them quite regularly. They have always been courteous, conversational, friendly, considerate (of my time), and affordable. I enjoy chatting with Ted during the process and I have NEVER been disappointed in the work quality.After my son ran over something on highway 101, we looked over the undercarriage for potential damage. He was just as concerned for my sons safety as I was. Very heartwarming and great family business. I cant recommend this business enough!

Just had my van serviced and this place is unreal, excellent customer service and the best price out of any of the other competitors, just wanted an oil change and they went through way more then just that and it was still cheaper then even doing it yourself...I dont even understand how the other guys around this place are still in business!
