If I could rate 0 stars I would. The worst business I think I have ever dealt with. Service management is an absolute joke. I would have never bought a Jeep if I knew the stuff I would have to go through with this dealership. Answering customer phone calls or returning them haha ya right. I have owned this Jeep for close to 2.5 years and it has been sitting on their lot for multiple repairs for over a year. The most recent event they didnt have a censor painted during the last repair and have now had it sitting for over 4 months for one small sensor to be painted. Mismanagement is definitely the answer. Even worse I call corporate to file a complaint and they dont even know where my Jeep is. I will never buy a Jeep again. Save yourself time, money and stress by taking your auto needs elsewhere.

Took sprinter in for a water pump. They did it wrong and charged 700 in labor. Took them over a week and they didnt return phone calls. Worst repair experience so far. I pity anyone who actually buys a car from these jokers.

Having trouble getting my E brake fixed, original one was a recall. Its been over 6 months and still dont have a working E brake.
