Ive been going to Grand Nail Spa for a while now but the last time I went the nail tech dremeled down to my nail bed and when I kept pulling my hand away she went ahead and just dipped over my last set!! They all started cracking in half I’m guessing because of how thick they were (Pictures show the nails that were cracked and one of the nails I managed to get off where you can see the sparkly purple set I had last time underneath). Well I went in to have them taken off because it was incredibly painful and THEY STILL HAD ME PAY for getting them removed even after I explained what happened. And no, I did not get new nails, I just wanted them to fix them and avoid anymore nails breaking. I will never go back.

Got a mani pedi. It was great! Stef and Kim were wonderful!

Had dayna as my nail tech and she did such a wonderful job and was so nice. This nail salon is my go to and I appreciate how nice everyone always is too you !!

I LOVE this nail spa. The nail techs were very patient with me when I brought my super active son with me. She took her time and made sure that her work was perfect when she was done. I love this place, I wish I could go more!

I continue to go here because I rarely have to wait. Everyone I have encountered has been very nice and very pleasant. If you’re looking for consistent service this is your place.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The nail techs kept getting angry at my mom and I after we politely asked about things we wanted fixed, like the shape and length of our nails. The bumpy gel we received and the overall experience was a huge fail. I do not recommend!

They made an error in providing a bad overlay gel polish and it started cracking within 2 days after my nails were done. Came in with my receipt to show the polish coming off. They said I would have to wait 1 hour for their mistake!! Awful customer service. When someone messes up you put them priority!! I would of waited 30 min but an hour is not acceptable!!!

This nail salon hired a tech who cut my wifes toes WAY beyond the free edge, performed a service that broke the skin and cut the epidermis, and she BLED in the salon, nobody came to clean the area or equipment on the spot.There was a failure to even clean the instrument used, he kept using it. There was a failure to clean the area immediately as TDLR rules state. There was no visible biotech cleaning solution or anyone using it when the bleeding occured.There is a current TDLR complaint and case being filed with the state licensing board. This kind of service violates several TDLR rules.

The nail tech Nina cut 2 of my fingers an seemed to have an attitude when I told she was hurting me. She continued to drill finger even though I told her she cut me. I discreetly told the manager Tammy at checkout and she didnt seem to care either. Beautiful facility but not good customer service.

Me and my friend went to go get our brows waxed and they didn’t do a good job at all there was still hair around both of our eyebrows and the shape of our eyebrows were messed up not to mention one of mine is darker than the other one. Also, the skin under my eyebrows have been dry ever since (it’s been 4 days) and there’s a red mark there and it was burning every time I touched it for the past few days. Just horrible. Never going back again.

This is the place I go to get my manicure and pedicure done. Great service and customer service. They even give you a complimentary drink.

I usually love coming here, but this last experience wasn’t pleasant. a young man did my nails, i think he was new since every tech kept hovering over him and the way he applied the acrylic wasn’t the best. i asked for a full set, acrylic, with tips and and a coffin shape. i asked the coffin shape to not be too narrow, and he made them extremely narrow. then i asked for them to be matte and he refused because he thought it looked better with the gloss. he kept cutting my nails on the side and i kept telling him he was hurting me and he continued to do the same thing?? until i pulled my hand back and said you’re hurting me. acrylics at this place are $30 but i was charged $55? i get that shape is extra but $15 extra? lol no thank you.

Ive been coming here for almost two years now. When you find a good salon, you dont go elsewhere! It doesnt matter who I get, everyone does a wonderful job and makes sure Im getting exactly what I want!

I’ve been coming here about 4 years now and I can’t recall one bad experience. I am here right now and I got the grand lux pedicure where usually you choose between hot stone or wax as your add on. I chose hot stone. When they came out they explained they added both of them as a bonus to soothe covid. How AMAZING is that. The owner is regularly present and always checking on his customers and cleaning when others can’t.Always clean and everyone is nice and accommodating. Definitely come here for your nail services. If you may have had an OK experience in the past I’d say try it again because they will surely redeem themselves.

Went to get my nails done and he totally messed them up. Went to go get them fixed the next day and still the same. Didn’t look like they wanted to fix it. The “manager” was super rude when I called her about it. They don’t listen to how you want your nails done. WONT BE GOING HERE AGAIN

I would highly recommend this nail salon ! The staff is trained well, friendly and professional. They offer 15% off manicures and pedicures, Mon-Wed, each week. My nails last over 3 weeks and the pedicures are wonderful, they really take their time and ask if you would like a drink ? It’s a great experience and I’ve been going for a long while and I will continue to use this awesome salon . Thank you to the owner and staff !

The were quick at getting 5 of us in for pedicures. Great customer service. They were great to help me when I wanted to make a change after they hand finished my nails.

I went a couple of times and it was ok. Today I went and the lady was kind of rough. Then she proceeded to tell me that the complimentary neck massage was $10 more! I talked to the manager to see why it was more and he told the nail tech to give me the massage. She was really rough with it and it hurt more than it relaxed. I just wanted to get out of there. Never going back.

Just got my nails don’t for the first time tonight and I am amazed! They were all so helpful and friendly! I got there around 5:15pm and Ann T. Stayed after closing time to finish my nails and make sure they looked amazing! Thank you so much Ann!! You do an awesome job and gave me exactly what I was wanting! Thank you!!

Stopped in for a pedicure and powder dip manicure and had another wonderful experience. I highly recommend the sea salt with the pedicure. My nails look amazing and they always last forever with no chips! Thank you Grand nails! 💅

There is 0 chance for return to this location. From start to finish just an unpleasant experience. I went with a friend. The wait was about 10 minutes (not a bad wait time) we get seated. The staff seems annoyed to have customers. While looking at the books they told us after the fact they were all the same and seemed annoyed that we didn’t just automatically know this. Length of the nail increases the price. Shaping the nail increases the price. It is barely 24 hours later and 2 nails have fallen off. We had to ask for the water that they have you mark on your sheet (not a horrible thing, but don’t add it to the sheet if it isn’t going to be paid attention to) When announced that it was one person paying it was like it was a horrible thing and why would one person pay. They specifically asked why are you paying for her.

They are fast efficient and my dip nails last Soooooo long. Also, several different techs have done my nails here & they are all very consistent. Best nail salon I have ever used & Ive been getting my nails done for over 30 years.

The first time I went the service was good, quick and the salon was clean. The second time I wanted to use the same nail tech. They dont answer the phones, and you cant seem to walk in and request someone. Oh, well. This second time I asked for the same colors I had gotten 2 weeks prior: three colors on each hand. This time, however, there is a $5 Design charge. They ask for your credit card before you see the total. When I asked about this there was a literal shoulder shrug and its our discretion. When I asked where it is posted they again shrugged. Oh well, guess that was her tip.

The lady filed the skin on my toe more than my actual toenail, trying to take the gel off. She then proceeded to coat my toes in alcohol multiple times, which burned from the layer of skin she just removed. The 20+ minute massage I paid for was more like a 5-minute skin rub. I would not recommend coming here.

First time I came here, my nails were thick and different shapes. Decided to give it one more shot with a different tech and was refused service because they were too busy. Offered to wait and they said no because they are closing early.

My mom and I are very frequent customers and generally have been very happy with the service. However, recently, we had a terrible experience. Jennifer was the nail tech. She was so aggressive that multiple nail beds started to bleed, and she also caused an abrasion on the back of the hand. When I discussed the issue with the manager, she blamed it on the cold weather and dry hands. No nail bed bleeds from dry hands. Very, very disappointed. If you choose to go, do not get your service done by Jennifer.

I have visited here a few times and was happy with the service until my last visit.First visit I was very happy with the service. I got a pedicure and dip nails.Second visit was the same.Third visit was a pedicure only. I picked my usual pedicure selection which includes callus removal on my feet. The lady had what looked like a cleaning sponge; using the rough side on my feet. My other pedicures they used what I call a metal cheese grater on the bottom of my feet. Not this time. I asked why not and she said they don’t used that anymore. I was very upset felt like I was cheated. She was limited on her English and it was hard to communicate. My nails were long and needed to be trimmed however she didn’t ask if I wanted a trim. Very bad service. Sad because it started out as a positive place.

I have been going here since it opened. I have had nothing but great people do my nails and they stayed on during the pandemic!! Thanks Tracy! Got them done one week before the stay in place order and it’s May 6th now and they’re still on! I get the dip.The only thing I can say I don’t care for is the turnover. I like to stay with the same person but that’s hard to do in the nail business I suppose.

I’ve never been to a better salon in my life! They’re very interactive with their customers making sure they have everything they need and they’re very gentle! Great place and beautiful atmosphere

I went there a few weeks ago and got a full acrylic set...the young man who did them was great; I do agree with one review I read where they all seem annoyed when someone comes in...either way... I went in today to get a fill, the girl at the front desk sat me towards the back saying someone would be with me soon...waited a good 20 min while several were just sitting around talking...3 in one section, 1 with her headphones in & another with his feet up looking through his phone, finally when someone did come over she asked what I wanted, I showed her my nails and said I needed a fill, she wanted to know what color and I advised that it was the acrylic powder not paint, she yelled something (couldn’t understand language she was speaking) and the girl from the front came back...I explained the young man picked it out and all I knew it was acrylic powder (he did not do the dip). She began yelling at me...I asked her why she was yelling and she said because I was not listening. She was the one not listening nor was she trying to help; When did become alright for a place of business that counts on people to bring in revenue to allow their employees to yell at a customer simply because they didn’t know the color that was used.I believe they just think they have so many customers that one here or there that leaves because they were so humiliated doesn’t matter; I will never step foot in this place nor any other place that thinks it’s alright to be so rude and disrespectful. I am happy to pay for good service and it’s their loss because I also believe in tipping for good service.

Love this place! No matter who does my pedicure, its always good. And I request Eric for my dip because he has a knack for doing so it will literally last 3 or 4 weeks with no chipping or breaking. I end up painting over it to hide how much it has grown out before I go back. Cant say enough good things about Grand Nail Salon.

Everytime I come in, I have a very satisfied experience. I come in showing a picture of what I want to be done and they get it right. Very friendly and hardworking. I can say that the ladies that worked on my nails are perfectionists and pay attention to shape of each nail. I like the large nail color selection they have. Overall I love this place.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon and Julie did my manicure and gel polish. She was very aggressive with the cutting/pushing back of my cuticles. So much so she nipped my cuticle that caused it to bleed. She said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and kept right on working. Shell NEVER do my nails again. I have always requested a man to do my nails and Ill continue to do that from now on. Josey was great with my pedicure by the way. I will continue to come here because its clean, convenient, and quick for quality nails.

Super upscale with all the amenities. Free drinks, great massages for the hands and feet, with a huge selection of polishes. Very clean in every way. I get my wife lots of gift cards every year and she is thrilled every time.

This was my first time going there and when my friend and I first arrived we were told to sit and wait about 10-15 minutes to get our nails done and while we were waiting a mother and her daughter arrived and were seated before us so that was already a problem. So while I was happy with how they turned out it all went down hill from there. After getting my nails done a few hours later one of my nails had broken so I tried to go back and get it fixed but they were closed. I went to another nail salon and had them fix it but then about three days later another nail broke super easily while I was doing everyday things. I tried to get it fixed but they were too busy. (Considering that the place is rather new it’s always busy so it’s understandble but being frustrated I decided to just get it fixed at another nail salon. After getting the second nail fixed two days later ANOTHER NAIL BROKE while I was picking up paper off of my shoe. This time I was furious and decided to go back and let them know. There was another wait and considering the fact that my nails kept breaking and this has never happened at any other location I just left and got my nails done at a different location. I will not be returning at all.

Where to start? I am beyond disappointed, I have visited this nail salon many many times but never again. My friend asked me where we should go get our nails done, I said this place, much to my shame. My friend and I both got manicures and I got an overlay she had gel manicure. My pedicure was great her manicure was great. However her pedicure was done by an extremely harsh woman who left her toes bleeding but she didnt complain. My over lay, which was recommended to me by the male working on my nails, was horrible and uneven. We were both over it and didnt complain. The next day I kept thinking no I paid for this I deserve better so I went back to have them fix it and even got my daughter a manicure, shes 6, the male redid my nails acrylics this time and still I wasnt pleased. The worst part was the woman who did my daughters manicure the, she seemed annoyed and in a rush, didnt speak nor got my daughters drink that was marked on the page they have you fill out. When she was done she got up without saying a word. My little girl KS 6 and that was bet first manicure she asked me why the lady didnt like her when we left. The obviously dont value customers. Eric who did my nails, twice, was nice just not skilled enough to do nails..at least not to my liking. I ended up getting them redone at Chic Nails down the street. Its a mom and pop shop and they value their customers I recommend you spend your money there instead. Tony made fun of nails but make them look beautiful, at least I found my new nail shop thanks to this experience!

Went there on Sunday to get a FILL! That ended up being $30 when I could’ve gotten a whole new set for the same price! By Monday afternoon 3 of my nails had already broken in half I called an they would not give a refund but would fix each nail for $5 from what I was told ! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE I WAS SO UPSET because it is a nice place but the quality wasn’t there

8/10 this place has been a great location to get my nails done! I always get the dipping powder! They are always happy to help! There’s been one ocassion where my nail job wasn’t the best, but other than that, they have fast service!!! And the complimentary drinks are nice as well :)

I enjoy coming to this salon. It is large with many workers, so the wait is never long. They have 15% off services Monday thru Wednesday also. I dont think I will be going to any other salon again. Thank you guys, keep up the good work!

Hailey did a fantastic job on my nails. This was my first time at this salon. She was pleasant, quick and efficient. I was in and out in less than hour. I have been going to another salon for 8 years, but need a change. I am glad I did and wi be back.

When you walk inside it looks like a great salon until you get your nails done... the lady that did my nail rushed through the whole thing! My nails were not even and couple days later 2 of my dip nails cracked in the middle!!!

Fun time with a group of girls we were treating! We called ahead and they had our seats ready to go when we walked in, even on a busy Saturday night before Mother’s Day!! They were all really sweet and the prices are good!!

My friends & and I have been coming here to get our nails done for a good while. Im in a wheelchair & have had no issues with them accommodating me while doing my nails (positioning wise, time wise, etc), until yesterday.My friend & I went together, she was getting dip and I decided to do gel. I had already set up parallel by the station, explaining to Nikki that I could not sit straight (perpendicular) to the station/desk because it was too low for my knees and wheelchair to fit under, meaning she wouldnt have been able to reach my nails/hands. I know this because of the other successful times Ive visited the facility. (at this time my friends nails had already been started on). Nikki said that I needed to sit straight on. I explained once again the issue, and she insisted that I sit head on. I switched positions & we spent about 5 minutes trying to get the set up right. It went unsuccessful & she told me to turn back sideways.By this time my friend was already having the dip powder applied & my hand/nails hadnt even been soaking. Nikki was finally able to start on the cuticles of my right hand & when she was clipping the ring finger I started bleeding in two places. Thats not entirely her fault, but we sat there for 10 minutes waiting for the bleeding to stop. She ends up telling me that she cant do gel nails on me because she would need to cut back my cuticles more, and she could not do so. She was apologetic, but offered nothing else until my friend asked if I wanted just regular polish. I declined because she was nearly done with her manicure.My friend was getting the final touches on her nails & I was so embarrassed, frustrated, and flustered with all the maneuvering and the whole experience I just wanted to get out of there ASAP. My friend got finished, I paid and left.On the way home I called a friend and vented out my frustration. I didnt even realize I had paid $25 dollars. $15 for a classic manicure and $5 for the collagen gloves or whatnot, and a tip. My nails/hands looked nearly the same from before rolling into the facility. I didnt even receive a massage that comes with the manicure.I, (rather my mom), called & spoke to the manager explaining the whole ordeal & she offered a $10 gift card to the business, which we declined & asked for a refund because I didnt get $25 worth of a nail service. The manager refused because she said the service was provided, but would refund the tip. Im not sure where the conversation ended, or whether she was refunding $5 or $10.Im sad about this experience because its usually very pleasant. My friends & I will not be going back to this establishment.

I hate to write this review, because I really like this place. They do my nails so well. Im always satisfied with my nails. Well today was a different story. I came in at 5:00pm for a dip polish and nail polish change on the toes. There was a young lady in charge. I wrote my name on the sign in form and took a color palette to choose my color. The young lady in charge told me it would be a 45 minute wait. So Im like, ok. So 15 mins into my wait Im starting to notice others walk in and get seated at the manicure seats. It was at least 4 ladies. I continue to wait, Im thinking maybe they had appointments. So I continue to wait. Its now 40 minutes and I see 5 more walk ins and they are immediately seated, and now I clearly thinking, they dont have appointments. Its now 6:00pm and I can no longer wait. So the young lady walks up to me and says its your turn now, and I politely say no I cant stay here, Ive waited too long. She then says, I thought you wanted a full set with tip. I reply back and say no, it was just a dip polish change and nail change on toes, thank you, but I have to go.I dont know what the reason was, but I was skipped over and I dont understand why others walking in was given preference over me. So I wont be returning back, and again I hate to even write this review, but I cant overlook that type of treatment.

Stef and Hannah were the young women that helped me. They were kind, welcoming, and personable. The place looks like a palace. It was well organized. My walk in was treated like an appointment and not a long wait time. Was I lucky? Great experience and I will be back. Thank you ladies.

It was nicely decorated inside & clean however I was unhappy with my nails and over priced for the final look. She also cut my finger pretty good . I got dip nails ombre from pink to white on my real nails in a regular square shape and it was $60. They didnt look very pink, mainly looked white & cloudy spotted instead of transitioning from pink to white.

Not too busy and the service is great here.

So this place has fallen off! The last two times I was here, I was treated rudely. I was told 20 to 30 minute wait and it ended up being 45 minutes before I got to a chair. I was overlooked as they promptly attended to two other customers who got there after me. And no, they did not have an appointment. Girl did not file my nails and rushed through the entire process. So, leaves me no choice but to go down to one star..

Place has nice atmosphere and short wait forPedicures. Went on weekend with a friend. Gave a three rating because I got the grand luxe pedicure and asked for both paraffin wax and hot stone. My technician didn’t do either. When I brought to attention of manager she insisted the lady did. I tried to reiterate that she did not but the manager just said “she said she did”. I got my eyebrows waxed while my friend started her pedicure. We finished pedicures at same time. I found that odd given my services were started at least 15 mins later. They charged me for full service even though I did not receive all services outlined. Maybe just a one off but I will not be returning.

Awesome. I love this place. I have been to over 50 places and this one by far the best.

I walked in right before 7 just for a polish change (I know they close at 7:30 so I wasn’t going to get a full pedicure) and they were so annoyed and unwelcoming as soon as I walked in before I even said anything. They could’ve either 1 acted professional and asked if I come back tomorrow, or 2 turned off the open sign.

So overall it’s an okay place,although the staff is not very polite and give off a bad vibe. They rushed on my nails leaving spots on my nail with out polish, the lady doing my nails was very harsh and rough and since she was rushing made it even worse up to the point my nail beds were bleeding. My friend who was getting her nails done beside me she complained that it hurt and they lady didn’t even bother.

Pathetic customer service. Extremely rude. There are LOTS of nails salons with better rates and better service. I’ve given this salon a lot of business but won’t be going here again and will tell my friends not to either. They caused a scene in the middle of the salon! The girl who did my nails got up and left in the middle of the service instead of explaining anything to me. I had gone to the salon again to get the bad job that they’d done, fixed. Only because they told me that they’ll fix it! Got there, waited there for 45 min only to have this scene created.

I’ve come here multiple times and have always had great experiences, but today just wrecked it for me. Another customer CAME BACK in the middle of my manicure to interrupt my technician and let her know she had ruined her manicure after leaving. My technician GOT UP to fix her nail, leaving me there with my nails half done instead of finding someone else to help her.Considering the price I have to pay to get this done, I would expect to be serviced and not interrupted during my turn. Very disappointing experience.

I got my nails done for prom, and I really wish I wouldve went somewhere else. I had went to get a fill, and a nail replaced bc I had cracked it the day before. The nail that had been replaced was Shaped very poorly, The nail was going in an upward angle. When I went to Tell the manager/owner he told me that thats how my natural nail went. But he was still kind and replaced my nail and it looked way better. So when I left I really wasnt mad I was a happy customer. But when I got home I realize the glue they used for my rhinestones was drying white!! Not clear but white, so you could see where they put the glue. I later also realized that the gel polish on my thumb was starting to peel, and then it eventually peeled completely off! Also the polish on one of my toes peeled completely off too!! And now I dont have enough time in my schedule to get them redone or fixed bc I have other things to do to get ready for prom (hair, makeup, pics, etc.). I know not to go here EVER again!!!!

THEY ARE NOT CLEAN! My friend also got her nails done and Come to find out she had the greenies on 2 of her fingers!!! DIRTY NASTY !!!! TDLR needs to come take a visit!! I wouldn’t be surprised if some of these licenses were fake/paid for, like a lot of discount nail salons. Btw SOLAR NAILS ARE A BRAND FROM CND!! THIS “solar nails” people speak of is What you’re supposed to be getting in the first place not dental acrylic! Dental acrylic is not meant for your fingers... Anything without labels ask what professional COSMETIC product they are using. most of the time they use dental acrylic in the discount salons.... EVERYTHING MUST HAVE LABLES IF NOT THEY DONT CARE and they are not following the law!! Please do some research on these products they use !!! And if they pull out a box full of their tools and they throw them back in their box after they are done with your nails just know not to come back or if you witness that while you’re seated anyone throwing tools back in the box LEAVE!!!! AND PUMICE STONES NEED TO BE BRAND NEW ON EVERY CLIENT!!!! WATCH VIDEOS OF TRAGEDIES THAT ALL HAPPENED IN A NAIL SALON!!!Coming from a concerned cosmetologist :(

I give 1 star bc its clean. This place is such a ripoff. I gave this place 2 chances and both were terrible pedicures. This last time I got the worst pedicure ever. The polish was uneven and my nails were crooked. My 5 year old got her first pedicure and instead of putting her sandals on her they put those foam flip flops which she couldnt walk in bc shes a child. It messed her polish all up and the tech kept rolling her eyes at my daughter when she had to fix it. She was almost in tears bc they kept fussing at her. I finally told them to stop and put her sandals on her and left. Terrible!

They are very nice and offered me a drink and my kid a ice smoothie she said they were very nice and did listen very well my nails were way to short even though I told her to do it longer

Polish chipped too quickly and I didnt feel the service was up to par
