The old lady over there she is PATHETIC. The rest of the staff is still appreciable. Her attitude is like she is providing service for free. I went there yesterday and I asked for deluxe manicure which is I guess 30 and the basic pedicure. I spent 45 in total. The deluxe manicure says it includes hot towel, mask and exfoliation. She didn’t even bother to touch my hands. forget about hot towel and exfoliating. She just painted my nails. My hands and legs were not waxed and she was giving the ugliest possible look to them. This is my second experience over there. Would never everrrr recommend this place to anybody. Highly unprofessional pathetic spa. They Overcharged me.

Do not go here!!! It is not magical. Nails are so lumpy and scratchy, the powder mixture is stuck all in my fingers that person who is more older shes very rude and unprofessional womens they called Mama very rude person and shes over charge you for everything and the nail polish that she used for it is very old nail polish cheaper ones bad place dont go there and also she doesnt have too much patient for the customer is very rude women🙄👎👎👎

Do not go here!!! It is not magical. Nails are so lumpy and scratchy, the powder mixture is stuck all on my skin. Totally uneven.. not crooked fingers. Toes look like a child did them. But wasted our money not even sure how they even have 4 stars!! I also got over charged since I didnt have a full pedicure 🤨

First of all let me say Kim, her mom and ayesha are awesome. One of the most accommodating nail places in the city. They have cocktails while you get your nails done and amazing prices. I have been coming here for the last 6 years or so. It is one of the best places I have ever been toooo. And I drive all the way from Desoto so that tells you something.

The only place I go for pedicures. Very sweet people.

Great service every time I’ve come but the older nail tech lady needs a lot more experience. I’ve been in a handful of times and each experience is different but when I get her they are always lumpy and thick and sometimes even crinkle up when they go under the UV light. I’ve asked to have them redone since I’m paying for a service and I tip for the experience but they end up looking the same. I leave this review as pure opinion/criticism and wish she’d slow down and take time to give her customers what they ask for not what she feels “looks best” cause obviously they are not cute at all.

I love love this place, 5 min drive from home to start. Quiet area, friendly staff. Kim, Ayesha and staff are always smiling and greet everyone. Ayesha always hooks me up and listen to me of what i want, im always undecided but she gives me options and what looks better. Appreciate the time she takes to do a good job.

I paid $100 for a pedicure and a full set. The nails started lifting after a week. The lady that did them didn’t even shape it afterwards. Kimmie had to fix it. I couldn’t believe she was actually going to put a gel top coat on top of a lumpy mess. When I asked her to fix it she said “ it will come off on it own” what?! I’ve been getting my nails done for 24 years. I know what it’s supposed to look like! Worst of all, my real nails were lifting and seems like there is fungus now. I’m very upset and disappointed. Do not go here!!!

The owner, Lily, very knowledgeable, skilled, and listens to how I like my nails. Kim, also, is a skilled technician. Clean spa and nail stations. Worth going to!

When it comes to skill - these women have it DOWN! They are nice and professional taking the time with simple steps in order to get to a beautiful finish. I appreciate the extra effort and attention to detail as I am no stranger to nail shops. I arrived at 6PM and they closed at 7PM and still gave me exceptional service. I will be back!

They usually do an excellent job! Kim is awesome. Saturday I got nails done, over an hour later the nails was still wet.

They offer lots of services. Thats a plus. You can relax and have a drink and a snack. Prices are reasonable. The only issue I have is it depends on who does your nails if you dont want them lumpy or acrylic under your nails.

1st time trying this place due to good reviews. Called to see if there was a wait time & there wasn’t so as soon as I arrived I was greeted and asked to sign in. Friendly staff. Ayesha did my nails. I was offered drinks. I got ombre nails for $35. She was nice and carried a conversation with me. She did my nails exactly how I asked & it turned out great! Everywhere I go, my cuticles always get cut! Ayesha did a awesome job without cutting my cuticles. Thank you!!! Definitely Coming back!

The people are always friendly. The nail techs work fast and make sure you like what they do before you leave.

Sorry, but the young man who did my pedicure could not have been a licensed technician, it was such an amateur looking finish. I have never had a worse polish application. I later noticed that my toe nails were not even shaped correctly, nor similarly. I certainly would not recommend this place.

They did breast cancer awareness designs for me that I’d found on Pinterest. The positive is, they will create nail art for you and do a good job at duplicating images you bring them, but charge you $5 for each nail. I’d called to make an appointment because I saw pictures of fabulous nails they’d done posted on their Facebook page and was considering getting my lashes done here, but after seeing the filth of it all I was afraid I might catch a disease, pink eye or something. This nail salon is the dirtiest and nastiest nail salon I have ever been in. And I doubt they sterilized any of their tools. Good job on the nails but someone needs to call the state and health department on these people.

The staff are very friendly but the guy that did my nails, didnt take his time, so they came out horrible. I asked him to fix and it was still bad!

First time coming here while on a hour lunch. Got a fill and eye brow wax. Great staff and customer service! So I came back the following day while on lunch and got pedi. Was in and out in now time. Prices are cheaper than most places in DFW.

Got dip gel. Each nail is shaped differently. Dip is too thick and uneven. There are no color samples on false nails like other nail salons have. You have to select your color by looking at the jar itself, which does not give a visual of the true color. Not very clean facility. Very disappointed.

Kim is My Favorite!!!...My real nails are very long, and she takes very good care of me. Every time❤❤❤

I give 3 stars for Henry and Isha (I dont know the spelling of the name. But she is fairly new)There was 2 others with a bad attitude!!! No one told us about the drinks we only knew because my daughter comes often... Then one made the drinks supposed to be blended and she only put it over ice!!! Too sweet to drink!!! Made my stomach cramp... Smh... My daughter bumped her toe and smeared the paint... They actually got mad!!!Some mothers day treat

Ive been patronizing this shop for about 3 years. The staff is wonderful and do an excellent job on my nails..facials and massage. I always receive compliments on my nails thanks to this salon!

I love this place they treat me with lots of respect and like Im family. I have been going there for years.

If I could give them zero stars I would, i’ve given this place multiply tries and without a doubt always fails. They will always do a terrible job and rush everything but still overcharge when the work isnt even decent. When you pay $40 for nails you should at least get them all the same size or even the same shape. You shouldn’t get bad quality because it gets busy and they rush you out.

Really good peaceful place i work in construction so when i need knots rubbed out this is the place to go they take the time for you and make you feel comfortable kim is very good at what she does i recommend definitely going here!

Went here 1st time, not happy with the work! All my nails are in different shapes! She was rushing to get it over with and go to next client, and make everyone else rush too, More customers and not enough workers! Someone walks in for pedicure, she makes him/her seat with warm water but won’t start their Pedicure till another 20/30 mins, and water will be cold in 10 mins, so you are waiting there with your feet in cold water! These are the places you go to get pampered but do not expect that here lol! I wish them all the luck, and hope they can hire more people and stay busy but I won’t go back here!

So I went here today for the first time.Nice employ but chats too much and forget that they have a customer. Eats around customers.Doesnt wear gloves.My pedicure chair was dirty.The employ said she would charge $20 for basic pedicure for 30 mins within 20 minutes she was done charged me $25 instead and the person who did my pedicure seemed unprofessional and with no license.The nail paint job was horrible.I got coffin nails horrible paint job and acrylic on my finger rushed through everything.They serve drinks and food but I didn’t get any my coffin nails were supposed to be $20 full set total came out to be $50 for pedi and mani for a half a** job I’m pissed

Was there for an hour and a half for a pedicure with only 3 people in front of me who were already being serviced. I have paint from the polish all over my skin around my nails and it doesn’t look professionally done at all.
