If I could rate this place less than one star I would.The worker was RUDE. I asked for a French tip and picked out the specific color I wanted and she said it would not be beautiful and refused to do it 3 times. I finally convinced her to do my OWN nails the way I (the CUSTOMER) wanted and she was still trying to tell me it’s not “beautiful” excuse me?? What kind of customer service is that?She also did not paint the polish all the way down to my cuticle. She left a ton of space which made it look like the manicure was a week old. Unprofessional.I then explain my concerns to (what seemed to be the manager) and he talks over me and tells me it’s because the woman speaks “poor English” (A LIE). She understood everything. The manager proceeds to cut me off and says he “has somewhere he needs to be” and leaves.Rude employees, terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here

Julie always does my nails. Eric and Julie are excellent on my feet. However everyone in VIP nail and spa is extremely professional and they know their job very well. The establishment is relaxing and clean. The establishment is also well lit and accommodating to the customers needs. I come back here often because the quality of their work is excellent and the atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. I get the Volcano pedicure and dips for my nails. Simply great people.

I would definitely recommend this nail spot! All of the staff is super fast ans nice I was there for about 1 hour and got a mani/pedi!I would have given it a full 5/5 but my nail broke last night randomly and I don’t know what happened. So hopefully they can fix it, I’m going to go back and see.EDIT: they fixed my nail! I was in and out in like 10mins!

My daughter and I tried the salon for the first time because her friend recommended it. Lynne was super fast an efficient and we definitely have made this our new mail salon. The only thing I would have liked better is that I had to ask for a drink and I saw the gentleman ask everyone else. 😃

Such a nice, clean, and professional nail salon! I was in a bit of a hurry, on my lunch hour, and mentioned this to them upon check in. They got me right in and got right to work. My pedicure was great! I got the peppermint scrub and hot towels, it was perfect. I will definitely be back soon! Thank you!

I just moved back to the DFW area and was so pleasantly surprised to find an amazing and clean nail place right away. They are incredibly kind, precise, and do a wonderful job. I highly recommend and will definitely be a returning customer over and over again.

Im so bummed because I wanted to love this place. Staff is so friendly and kind, but my ombre nails started breaking after a week. Today, my thumbnail snapped in half and ripped my nail so badly, I started bleeding. Thursday would have been the two week mark. Now Ill have to pay to get these nails removed, and Ill have to wait until my nails heal to try and get them redone somewhere else.

Very very impressed. The ladies were nice and sat me down quickly, did an amazing job. 10/10 would go here again.

My only complaint is i wasnt offered a beverage right away. I got gel manicure first then and peppermint pedicure and wasnt offered a beverage until i sat down for the pedi. The quality, cleanliness, color selection, professionalism all that is top notch. Gel nail 25 and basic pedi is 25 which is why this wil be my new place

Im pretty upset at the quality of service I recieved. I just left the salon and my hands look worse than they did when I arrived because the tech didnt even apply lotion during my manicure. She also didnt cap (make sure the paint is on the tip of the nail) on one hand. She also left previous color on my skin from when she was removing the polish at the start of the service. When I said something to the desk at check out they only offered for me to wait until it was dry and apply lotion at home. If I could have given 0 stars i would have. I wont be back to this location!!

I tried this nail shop because of the Google ratings. First, the chemical smell was very strong walking in.I got a pedicure and dip manicure. She did not get any dead skin off my feet, and rushed through my mani. My dip mani looked like it had been on for a week walking out the door. I didnt complain in the shop and just paid what I owed. I will not be going back and do not recommend

The price even came with a back massage that felt expert. Just what I needed. Try this place, if you are in the area. Today, it was worth every penny. Ive been here once with my son and once by myself. We had Lynn and Alisa on our first visit, and I had Julie today. You cannot go wrong with any of these ladies. Our first visit, they were super busy and had several people waiting in line for services. Today there were only two other people in there. Both times were amazing. Even when they were busy, we never felt rushed and the service/attention to detail was impeccable. This place is about $10 more expensive than my previous nail place, but you get the oils, paraffin soak, hot stone massage, etc which is totally worth the extra expense in my opinion. I am definitely a regular customer now!

We went to VIP NAIL for the first time today. We went at 3:45 and when we got there we were greeted by Thao, who graciously asked if we would come back at 4:30 to be able to fulfill our request of a double manicure and pedicure. We went next door to Dunkin and grabbed a coffee and waited. When we arrived back at VIP nail, we were escorted to our chairs. Thao and Julie were our specialists today and super friendly, with lots of great conversation. They provided complimentary wine while we were pampered. This salon is very clean and peaceful. The Milk and Honey pedicure was relaxing and purifying. My partners Fresh orange pedicure was equally as tranquil and peaceful. Finished off with manicures. Deluxe and regular (for me) and super happy with how great my skin looks, my nails are so cleaned up and so presentable. Super happy with our experience and plan to be back more regularly. Don’t hesitate to drop in and be treated like royalty!

Worst experience ever had in over 15 consecutive yrs of nails being done and moved and wanted to try a new place and this place they wont give ya ombre when ya ask for it. He told me it wasnt pretty and I didnt want any refused to put extra coat on nails and then cussed me and wanted to start taking in his language and laughing at me

I’m new to the Euless area and had a hard time deciding which nail shop to go to as a lot of them have good reviews. I picked this one. From the minute I walked in, they were very professional and attentive. The shop has an elegant look and a calming atmosphere. They even asked if I wanted a drink, which was very thoughtful 😊. Erik did my pedicure/fill in/polish. He was very nice & detailed! He didn’t seem rushed but he went at a pace that was comfortable for me! I will be back. Thanks y’all! I highly recommend.

Awesome customer service. Super nice employees. My low rating is due to the quality of the nails. I got a regular gel manicure white and they’re already chipping after less than a week. With that being said I did not receive the full nail care, only file. No drill to help buff my nails. My sister and I did go around an hour before closing and felt as though they were rushing throughout everything. We did get a pedicure each with a gel manicure and acrylics. We understand they wanted to go home but we were paying almost 200 for everything. We paid too much for the quality of nails we received.

I go to Eric for both my manicure and pedicure. I’m always pleased with the services, he is very consistent with his work. Would recommend.

It was my first time here. I called and made an appointment the same day with Alice or Julie just because I read good things about them in the reviews. They were probably busy so someone else took care of me. I wasnt happy at the beginning but Im now Im glad it happened this way. Best experience in a nail salon so far since Im in the U.S and that would be 1 year. Eric is the most patient person ever, he pays so much attention to details and he takes his time to do things perfect. 👏👏👏He did a way better job than any woman whos done my nails. My nail tech Lynn was very nice and my nails are beautiful the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I went back in because I didn’t get any lotion and my cuticles are so dry I asked for some cuticle oil. The lady was really hasty and barely gave me any oil after I just had spent over a $100 in this economy, not cool!

Today was my 1st visit. By far, its the BEST nail salon in this area. My original nail tech quit the business and I was left with no choice but to find a new salon. Im glad I chose this one!Lynn did both my mani and pedi. She is so sweet! Her work is impeccable and she makes you feel so comfortable. She didnt rush and wasnt rough. Actually, shes better than my original nail tech.... AND thats saying a lot!!!Ive found my new spot.The staff is VERY friendly and they make you feel welcome. The prices are a bit more than what Im used to, but I dont mind paying if its great quality. I give this pla noonce 10 stars!

Got late with my appt for mani/pedis with my daughter. As a result was not my best service. The operators were nice, our pedicures were bomb and the facility appeared clean, however, the acrylic set im wishing I didnt get bc the different chick who tried to help out by doing them while I got my pedi were not her best, Im sure. They started falling off a week later. 🥺🥺

Went in for a pedicure, they told me to sit on the pedicure chair and had me waiting for someone for over 30 min when i finally got up to leave they said that someone was almost ready. I mean i don’t mind waiting but please be courteous and let us know that there is a wait instead of us sitting on the pedicure chair thinking someone is going to start our service. Never coming back again
