Favorite nail shop I’ve been too. I’ve gone to a fair amount of the techs and they have all done a good job. I want to give a special shoutout to Vivian though. She has honestly been the best tech I’ve ever gone to. Always shapes my nails perfectly and takes such pride in her work. Would certainly recommend this nail salon to anyone.

They are really sweet people but I did not have a great experience my first time here. My nails ended up worse than when i came in, with my cuticles/nail beds being ripped by and causing me to bleed. The nail polish was not applied evenly - and when i mentioned to the nail artist that the color was splotchy, they just added the top coat and said they fixed it. My massage chair was also broken so i was sitting in a really uncomfortable position the whole time. Again, nice people and a nice business, but they were not as detail oriented as I would hope.

My experience was great as usual! This time I was running late but the ladies stayed late on Saturday to get me all done perfectly! Thank you so much! I will continue to recommend Maxiam!

Absolutely love them. I always see lily and she does EXAC what I want she was unfortunately out today and I needed TO get my nails done and I decided to go somewhere else and it was A MISTAKE. Went back to maxiam and they fixed it all for me. Such wonderful staff thank you to anna for fixing my nails:)

I NEED MORE STARS! Angie and Alex were tremendous! The massage they gave was exactly what I needed (included with the deluxe manicure and ultimate pedi).I almost went back last night just to do it again. The establishment was clean, the practice safety measures and they have a full bar, although I didnt drink. It was nice and relaxing experience and I will be back.

They gave me the wrong dip color but I *never* get my nails done so I wasn’t aware it was wrong until he started wrapping up and it was too late to say something. The nail tech sanded down the nail so close to my skin that running hot water over them made them bleed (found this out doing the dishes the same night).They were punctual and the shape is great, but I’m pretty disappointed that my nail color will be wrong for my bridal portraits.

I drive 40 minutes to get my nails and feet done at first they were great. Today I went in for a pedicure which a guy serviced me and it the service was very rushed. I explained this to the manager and she stated it was because I got a “basic pedicure”. I get pedicures all the time and it’s never been rushed. Poor service I will not be returning they just want your money.

Ann is fantastic! First time in, just had a photo I liked and asked for a hat ever would give me that result. Got a dip, with tips added, absolutely in love! Great place.

The people were extremely nice, but the person doing my nails did not do a great job. They were uneven and not what I asked for, and I said something multiple times while I was getting them done. He kind of argued and told me that he asked me about the color, and I told him that I had asked if I could do different one multiple times. But they did take $5 off which was really sweet! He tried to fix them but did not fix the part that was originally wrong. I stopped trying to get them fixed because it seemed like it was never going to be right. Really nice people, but I probably wont go back.

My family and I have been coming to Maxim Nail Bar for a long while now! They call us The Diaz Girls when we walk in! The staff is professional, the quality is nice and the prices are not outrageous. They do nice clean work and in my experience they have great employees who try to listen to what your wants and needs really are. If youre looking for more detailed over the top nail looks I wouldnt necessarily recommend here BUT I am doing something more intricate on my next visit so they are pairing me with a technician whos skills match that type of work. Super nice service and my nails came out to good!

Second time here and got my nails done with Eric both times. I get dip and have loved my nails with Eric. He does a really GREAT job! Being a hairstylist my nails don’t last long but they lasted 4 weeks with him and I was impressed. Plus he does not cut me! Happy I found Eric :) I haven’t gotten a pedicure so my stars are reviewed based on Eric. Love the drink menu.

They’re amazing so professional and nice one time my friend and I went to get mani and pedi’s and one of our nail polish on our toes smugged we thought it was dried already so we came back and the lady in the front was soooo nice and re did them for us. The quality of service and nails really shows and is why they are always so busy this is our only nail salon we go too, and recommend to all our friends. Honestly been to so many in the euless, bedford, hurst, irving area and they all suck accept this one never ever did we get our nails done and it wasn’t high quality nails! My pedicure was done like three weeks ago and we did regular nail polish and it’s still on our toes lol doesn’t even look bad really that’s the quality they do it’s awesome!

Awesome place! Ive enjoyed my pedicure and had a good time. I came with my sisters, my two toddlers. Complimentary champagne and apple juice for the kiddos. Totally recomend this salon ❤

What’s the point to go to the salon for manicure and get worst results then I do for myself at home?! Cuticles are poorly done, they scratched every nail with nail file. Also for makeing each nail one shade they are charging extra money, which doesn’t make any sense for me. I also did pedicure, when I asked to do french they very surprised and couldn’t do anything beside the regular one color. Will try another place nearby.

We wanted the deluxe pedicure and there was nothing deluxe about it. I will not be back. Very disappointed.

I have been visiting this salon since they opened and it is by far the best salon in the area. The managers are super nice, as well as the staff. They are always accommodating and I have never had a bad mani or pedi.

The reception was great however the nail tech who did my mani/pedi was a disappointment. She merely went through each motion in a bored hurry and even rinsed off the lotion after 3 minutes instead of rubbing it all in with the massage I paid for. I had to ask her to re-do the cuticle trim on my hands and she argued insisting she had already done it. I explained that I could feel sharp cuticles and she finally agreed to trim them again. This time she trimmed even more than before and they were good enough. I didn’t even bother trying to get her to do a better job on my pedi. I could tell that she just didn’t have any motivation. Everything about my mani/pedi was a disappointment. It was my first time here and I will definitely not be back. They took my $75 but they won’t get any more from me.

I love this nail bar! Most amazing Vietnamese coffee. They do up charge but I have never once left unsatisfied. I have gotten many pedicures manicures. I have done it all with this place. Dip and acrylics. One of the owners has come and introduced himself. He cares about his employees and customers. All of my friends and family come here.

I’m new to this area and have been shopping around and trying all the different nail places. This one has one has my business. They do an excellent job and have great attention to detail, no matter which nail tech you choose.

Mae or My whatever the lady in the front name is very rude. She pawns you off on other people, and just has an unfriendly, pretentious vibe. Ivy is nice and good at nails but overall I would suggest you skip this place, superior customer service is non existent here👎👎👎

Today was my first visit to Maxiam and won’t be my last! I have lived in Texas for a year now and this was by far the best nail salon I’ve been to. Not only is the salon modern and very clean, the staff is very friendly and provided great customer service. Alan, the technician who did my dipping powder, was very friendly and did a great job. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the technician who did my pedicure, but he did an excellent job as well. Maxiam will be my regular salon from now on.

I was greeted with cheerful smiles and was offered complimentary wine. I didn’t have to wait long to get seated for a pedicure. My nail technician, Andy, took his time; overall, making my experience very relaxing. I loved the hot stone massage included in the classic package, too. Love this place! Officially making this my go-to nail spa.

My friend and I went here to try out the new nail salon in town. It was wonderful. The customer service was on point and the staff were very friendly. The inside is clean, modern and fun. The massage chairs seems very high end. You can tell the owner invested a lot in this salon. They also served fun cocktails off their menu which were colorful and tasty. I was very happy with my pedicure. I am definitely going back.

First time I came in, the nail place I usually go to had a long line. I asked to get my acrylic nails off. They were really sloppy with the drill thing and it hurt a lot! After I was done even though they were just my regular nails they were awful. I had shavings and dust all over them. And some sort of sticky thing. Would not come back👎🏻

When they have the right people do my nails if it comes up fabulous, when they don’t not so much. Very friendly employees and the free drinks are amazing! The Vietnamese iced coffee has got to be the best tasting Vietnamese coffee I’ve ever tasted. My go to nail bar for sure.

*UPDATE* - 1st review was 2 years ago – today is 2.8.2021Came in this past weekend and we were nit-picked $5 per request other than basic nail application and squared off. Seemed to be a very difficult task for what I was wanting and defiantly PAID for it. Was charged to “shape” the nails but the girl could not shape them right after 3 checks. I asked for help from my nail tech to find the right color I was looking for and she told me “can you just pick a color?” REALLY???? HOW RUDE I used to love this place – went every 3 weeks and then Covid hit….. 1st time back and they are not the same. Take the overcharges and give to you girls as a tip - I certainly did not!!! Won’t be going back.*OLD REVIEW* The people were so nice. Very attentive and very willing to make sure I was happy with what had done. I tried a new kind of nail and they told me step by step what they were doing. I also had a special request on how to handle my real nails and they did a wonderful job being very careful. I will be going back for sure.

Ive been going to Ms Nails and Spa in Euless for years. I still go there. I was in the area of Maxiam and needed a pedicure so I decided to try it out. The salon is big and nice. They offer you a menu for beverages. There prices for pedicures are expensive. I decided to treat myself and try out the Relaxing pedicure for $45. From the moment I sat in the chair till I left, 23 minutes. I felt like I wasted my money. The young man did a rush job, very little massage, hardly did anything with the cuticle. Very disappointed. At Ms Nails for a pedicure worth $45, you can count on 45 min or more of pampering. I did learn my lesson...if you already have a nail salon that does a great job, stick with it. I certainly will not be back to Maxiam.

I feel like I have tried all Grapevine / Euless nail salons over the past 6 years of living here and this is by far my favorite! Very Happy Loyal Customer here :) Now just waiting for them to re-open after this covid madness

This was my first time going to Maxiam Nail Bar, WOW what an experience. I came in with a vision of what I wanted my nails to look like. The fabulous lady at the desk I explained it all to her (it was a lot) she happily went over it with me, and seated me with Allen. OMG!!!!! I explained to him what I wanted, she came back and explained what I wanted and he executed it FLAWLESSLY!!!!!! The bartender was nice and the mimosa was delightful, it was a very fun, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. Before I left, Allen and the lady told me my satisfaction is guaranteed and if anything happens they will fix it, no one does that anymore. I was blown away.I just moved over to this area and I have found my new nail spot! Thank you so much!!! :)

First time I went the girl did my nails pretty good but they didnt tell me about an additional charge until after I said something. Some of the nails broke after about 1 and a half weeks or so. I tried it again, nails werent done as good and another one broke same amount of time. Most likely not going back.

I’ve been coming here since February and i absolutely loved it at first. I don’t think I can continue to waste my money there though. My nails are so lumpy from this last job. I look down and one of my nails is missing! I’m a flight attendant so keeping my nails together is important. I can’t rely on them anymore so I’ll be taking my business else where! People and environment are great but these last few jobs that I’ve gotten have not been pleasing!

Came for the first time with one of my daughters and loved it! The owner was there making everyone comfortable and my nails are awesome! Brought my othe daughter back Saturday. Prices are a little higher but it is worth it for the atmosphere.

The people were very nice. I enjoyed a complimentary wine.However, I had a gel manicure which every other time I have gotten one has lasted 2-3 weeks. This time the polish started chipping after less than a week. Also, the sign said everything was 30 percent off. Im not sure how an $18 manicure with 30 percent off ended up costing $25 before tip.

Absolutely terrible experience. I will never come back here and if I could give them zero stars i would. The man who gave me a pedicure barely said a word to me and the women who worked on my nails was very rude and kept pulling on me instead of asking me to move my hand slightly so that she could do what she needed. She was also on her phone during down moments when my nails were supposedly drying. Everyone seems miserable and uptight, and show very little manners or professionalism. I would not recommend. I am sure they are over worked, as my technicians both seemed to be rushing. Not worth $75 at all. Go somewhere where people value your business.UPDATE: Instead of the owner being apologetic he insults his previous clients. Check out his response to the negative reviews. He accused me of being belligerent, in which i assume he does not know what that word actually means. I don’t think sitting in silence counting down the minutes until i could get up and leave as being belligerent.

I loved the vibe of this salon. People were pretty friendly. It was clean. I loved the lady that did my nails - Yen. She was very friendly and loved the way my nails turned out. However not a fan of the guy - I think his name was kevin that did my pedicure. Nail polish is uneven. Overall a good experience and will visit again :D

Enjoyed a great manicure and pedicure- the staff was EXTREMELY nice! It was raining when I left and one of the gentleman even walked me to my car with an umbrella! Customer service could not get any better, also by far the best atmosphere- complentary bar list plus massive TVs! Absolutely love this salon, I have never been so impressed!

Edit:12-8-18–I got put with another person today, he does great nails but be aware, they don’t tell you a coffin shape cost $5 extra. I was made aware at the register, than any shape other than round or square is $5 extra because they have to “pay attention not to mess it up.” I didn’t ask for coffin, he asked me if I wanted and I agreed. No mention of upcharge! I didn’t even have coffin shape going into it! He got me on the upsell. Really aggravating.Regardless, Tracy is an amazing nail tech and person! Look forward to my monthly get together with her!!

Yesterday I came in to get a pedicure and gel manicure for a vacation. The service was good in the salon but this is absolute worst manicure I’ve ever received in my life. It’s been one day and every single nail has many large bubbles under the paint and two have cracked completely. I’m so disappointed and embarrassed about how my nails look and I will not be coming back.

Best salon I’ve ever been to, hands down! Maxiam was clean, had a great atmosphere, & even better staff. This is my new go to!!

I had gotten my nails done here a week ago. The place was modern. Also, the reviews were very good. Although, very pricy for the quality. The people that work here seemed unorganized and pawn you off on multiple people. I ended up with two different nail techs. I ended up getting dip nails which I paid $70 for a full set plus a $10 tip. After finishing, my nails seemed to be okay at first but, as I continued to look at them I noticed that there were tiny Indentions and bubbles in my nails not just one but in multiple nails. Although, I did ignore. After the 2nd day I started to notice my clear coat was wearing off and started to flake off my nails. The 4th day my thumb nail broke off. I don’t get my nails done often so my natural nails are pretty strong. I also get my nails pretty short. I do feel like they gave me someone new to making nails. I am quite disappointed with how much I paid for something that only last less than a week. I will not return here. friendly people. Just overly priced for the quality.
