First time going to Luxe Steven did an amazing job with my nails. His suggestions were great. I hadnt had my nails done in quite a bit because of how horrible they turn out. I love how mine turned out today will definitely go back.

BEWARE!! Went for basic manicure & gel Polish- for 6 month following my nails peeled and ripped at the slightest growth. They line the wall with polish bottles that look as if its made in China & sent out to Salons too cheap to buy real polish. The ambiance of the salon is cold, feels like a warehouse missing product on the wall. (other than the toxic polish they use)

Nice clean environment. Friendly people great service. I love Gina, she does an awesome job and knows what I expect in a manicure and pedicure.

I work at a salon in the Roseburg area, and came up to Eugene for the day. My mom sisters and I decided to get a pedicure! They were so good about getting 4 of us girls in with a short wait time! Super clean salon, professional, and very friendly personable nail techs! All of our toes turned out great! Over all a fabulous experience! I definitely recommend this salon!

Jessica does an amazing job! Two weeks ago I came in for the first time ever and did a matte red set for V-day and today for my fill she did an amazing marble with a glitter and matte black. Im in love! This is my new spot for sure.

I came to Luxe Nails and Spas with my wife. It was my second time in this type of experience. Both have been very positive and I plan on going back again. I had a pedicure, my feet werent overly nasty but they werent very pretty either. The staff took good care of me and now my feet look sexy if I must say so. Bottom line though all jokes aside my feet feel great and the service was fantastic. I will definitely be back.

Did such a great job with my gel polish manicure on my fingers($20) and toes($20)! Took exactly 15 minutes for each so I was in and out in like 35 minute with gorgeous nails! The gel polish lasted almost 4 weeks before it started to peel at all

First time going to this nail salon, it was a friendly atmosphere. Everyone was very nice. My niece whom got her nails done, walked out very happy. Therefore I was happy.

The shop is always clean and the staff so friendly!They take walk-ins but I would encourage getting an appt.Steven and Jessica are the most kind and professional business owners. They are warm and simply wonderful.I typically get dip nail treatment and waxing and pedicures. They are fast and the best. Hands down the best nail salon I have ever been to! They do a magnificent job everytime Im in there! If I ever dont like how a color looks, or a nail shape, they are willing to fix it to what I am looking for! They remember me, no matter how long I go in between appointments, and are so welcoming everytime I walk in the door! If I ever walk-in without an appointment, I am more than happy to wait as long as they need me to!

Went in for a full gel set and Im so happy! They look amazing and they arent super thick. They definitely take their time to make your nails beautiful! On top of that they have wonderful customer service, very friendly! I would definitely recommend them!

I took myself, my wife, sister and niece in for all pedicures and I thought the staff was very nice and pleasant! The pedicures were just want we needed! They even gave us mimosas and my niece a soft drink! Great service

I have been getting my nails done for years and have been to a lot of salons in the area. I love Luxe because I can always expect the same experience. The salon is neat, tidy and extra clean. All of the techs are very personable and care for their clients. I always look forward to going in and the customer service is A+. If you are looking for a place to get your nails done or even wax services this is the place to go!

My nails are always lifting after 2 weeks. Have a good amount of color choice. People are friendly. But my 1st visit the guy cut my toe when he was giving me a pedicure because he was watching the football game instead of paying attention. They dont stay on very long!

Do not go here if you care about what your nails look like and how long they last. I just had THE worst experience of my life getting a gel fill on my existing acrylics. I have never been hurt so much, so often, with each and every nail - the tech was so unbelievably rough and abrasive. On top of that, I lost all of my length! I asked that the nails be evened out in comparison to one particular nail, and she ended up taking them all down even shorter than the one I pointed out. I have zero length to my nails and now have to wait for them to grow to get that back. As for the polishing, base coat was just thrown on haphazardly without coating the entire nail. I have never had a gel polish cure for less than 60 seconds each time but this time each coat o my cured for 45 seconds. I had to do so much work on my nails after I got home. The edges were rough. The cuticles were flooded on too many nails. And now, because I believe the coats weren’t cured long enough, they have a weird texture to them. I will NEVER go here again and will recommend my friends and coworkers go elsewhere.

The best place Ive found in town!

Pricing was outrageous- for example they charge you to cut your nails. Only one lady looked like she actually liked her job, the other two looked miserable. I got acrylics and they dont look very good at all. Definitely dont look natural and are way too thick. Overall not happy with the pricing or the quality.

I have been here one other time, and was not happy with the quality of the product or service gel came off after 4 days.This trip was due to another salon being to busy for us they made us our appointment at Luxe. My 5 year old grand daughter kept trying to talk to the lady who did her hands and feet the lady would not even look at her. I get a pedicure when I left my heals were still ruff. Worst my granddaughters polish is almost completely gone 3 days later. I will never go back. I feel like I was ripped off!!

This was disgusting! After a less than 10 minute pedicure, they moved my sister and I to the Manicure section while our nails dried. Someone then came and removed my sisters toe separator and put it directly on a new client that had just sat down. If that wasnt bad enough, they then tried to charge me for the bag of nail supplies - that transferred toe separator. Once I got home, I looked at the one in my bag - and it had a brown coating on it from multiple uses. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS??????

The best not cheap but i guess you get what you pay for. The Salon is clean and in style.

I wasnt going to write anything but its bothered me. The polishes were mainly off brands that you could get at any store. There was a massive ant infestation through the whole place and when I mentioned it they said they knew. All they were doing was sweeping to fix it, I was barefoot on that floor. I got the more expensive pedicure and it wasnt what I planed but I couldnt really understand her. The only difference was the mask. In between each step she stopped to take out garbage or clean. Asks for cash instead of any cars but I only had a card. I told her 3 times to do my sister and my service separate she said ok. She hands me a receipt for $90! She rang us both together and I pointed it out and she didnt know how to change it and told the person next to her I told her to do it together. I have my nails licence but I perfer hair so I no longer do nails. I got a cleaner better service at beauty schools than this with Polish lasting longer and a better massage. I would rather go to a spa (since I basically paid nice spa price) than even do the cheaper pedicure here.

Worst gel pedicure. Polish wasnt smooth and one toes polish peeled completely off before I left the place. They spent so much time fixing the mistakes on polish application that they never did a massage. Would not recommend.

Worst nail experience Ive ever had. I dont think the lady who was doing my nails actually knew how to do nails. She made the acrylic nail very thick and she made the base look very uneven yet still managed to take an hour and 30 minutes. The lady then asked for a tip and I said she could have 5 dollars because I wasnt happy with the results but she acted like she could understood me and kept 10 dollars. I dont recommend coming here at all. I would give it a zero if I could.

2nd time Ive been to Luxe and I have to say after trying many many different nail salons in Eugene and Springfield, this is the best Ive been to. Very clean, friendly and consistently great gel manicure and pedicure. Gel French manicure is flawless, they even use a pale pink base coat before the white tips. Pedicure was excellent. They really concentrate on callouses (I got the Deluxe Pedi both times, not sure if it is the same with the regular pedi). Seriously love this nail salon.

Very uncomfortable experience. I got a pedicure from a gentleman here, and was very uncomfortable. He created lotion art on my legs and wouldnt continue until I took a picture of them with my phone. One of his creations was a Swastika! At the end, he asked me to take a picture with him. I talked to the manager and she said she has never heard of the Nazis or swastika and he doesnt belong to any party, and if I could delete the picture...Yikes!

Not impressed with the services, a gentleman helped me and I felt rushed the whole time, what should have been relaxing felt like I was an inconvenience. After the rushed pedi he painted my toes, supposed to be gel paint however, paint was so cheap never fully dried and the paint came off one toe completely before I left the store. Also witnessed him fixing many errors while I was there as if its normal to do a terrible job. Overly priced for the crap services I received. Wont be bringing my business back there.

Walk-ins welcome? Went to get my eyebrows done which literally takes 5 minutes and the lady very rudely told me to come back they are too busy for the next four hours.

I love this place. They can almost ALWAYS take me at last minute. Part of the problem with people having to wait is the fact that they GENEROUSLY take walk ins which can throw off scheduled appts. Patience is a virtue people. My nails are ALWAYS beautiful and I get TONS of compliments. Thanks to kim. And pedicures are so fun. Everyone is professional and friendly. . Love my LUXE

Terrible. They were 10 minutes late for my 9am appointment. My nails peeled 2 days after I had them done. I asked for gel but she did acrylic. Terrible job!!!!
