The people working are really nice and helpful! I spoke to someone named Doug on the phone and he answered all my questions thoroughly and quickly! I recommend calling with any concerns or questions, and he will help you for sure!

The Patterson is a great apartment building located in downtown Eugene. It has 2 gyms which is really nice because one of them is for fitness classes which you don’t see a lot in normal college apartments. The other amenities are nice and the building is well taken care of!

Great location, clean and hospitable living spaces, and a great staff/maintenance team. I had a wonderful experience living here overall. The community manager was always accommodating and any need or concern that I had was addressed and taken care of with little hassle. Great community to be a part of. Definitely would recommend!

Checked out the accommodations. Doug Wilder toured us around and did a fabulous job explaining the environment and the positives that come with living. We are highly considering moving here. Hopefully all the staff are as positive and upbeat as our tour guide.

I love this property! It is a beautiful and clean space, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There are also a TON of awesome amenities, such as the lounge/game room and the study rooms. Couldnt recommend enough!

The Patterson is the perfect spot to live if you are attending U of O. So close to campus and amazing amenities. Kenna in the front office was so nice and helpful. We already secured Dylens (our son) spot last week!

Doug did a great job cleaning the rooms and recommended some great local places to eat. If you frequent this establishment definitely ask for Doug and you won’t be disappointed.

The lease by room with plenty of extra fees to be tagged on is a scam. a single unit costs more because it is the closest thing to privacy you can hope to find. They have no reduced rates for veterans as well as plan to shove you together with any random roommate they only care about you signing a lease and beyond that they added quite a few fake reviews to keep themselves up on rating.

I love living with Arena! I actually live in another one of their properties, The Patterson, but it has been an amazing experience regardless. The best part has to be the staff, particularly Melissa and Lindsey. These women have been extremely helpful, available, and communicative with the residents. They have also planned super fun events to get to know more residents in the building, such as Wine Down Wednesday and donuts and coffee on Tuesday mornings. Best management ever! Definitely choose Arena.

The staff here go above and beyond to make sure that their residents feel welcome and at home. I was really nervous about moving into my first apartment and was scared that I might be taken advantage of because I didnt know anything about the leasing process. My experience at the patterson has been better than I could ever imagine.They were super kind in helping guide me through the leasing process in the midst of the pandemic and always made sure that I knew what I was signing on. I felt as though I was best friends with Emily from the leasing office after one phone call, and felt safe with their updated COVID protection measures. I definitely recommend these apartments to any students who want genuine and motivated team behind them during their moving process, and all around wonderful caring staff. Thank you patterson!

My daughter absolutely loves living here! Its upscale and nicer than any apartment I lived in when I was in college. The staff is great and I know shes in good hands. I was really impressed with the professionalism that Noah showed to me and my family during the leasing process.

Toured at Arena District but decided to sign here, I was looking for a 1BR apartment and the ones here are quite nice. Its really nice to to have my own living space with my own balcony that I can watch sunsets from. If your looking for your own space give this spot a chance!

My friend lives here and she absolutely loves it. She was looking for her own apartment that she didn’t have to share with roommates and this place was a great choice. There are lots of amenities for when I visit. We love to hang out on the rooftop deck!

Living at The Patterson Social has been an amazing experience! The staff is helpful and welcoming, especially Noah. He always has a smile on his face when I need help or have questions. The building is super well kept and a quick walk to campus!

When I first walked into the Patterson all I could think was, WOW the building is stunning. I was warmly greeted by a respectful and helpful staff. Tapiwa gave me a tour of the property and I was able to get the studio I wanted thanks to him reaching out and being being straightforward with me. I would easily recommend anyone looking for quality living.

From the moment I walked inside of the building it felt just like home. The staff here are all incredible, especially Amelia who goes out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable in their new homes and put a smile on your face. So grateful to have found this place ❤️

I just finished my freshman year at UO and I was really stressed about where I was going to live next year! I toured a LOT of communities and The Patterson was by far the best!! They are furnished so I dont have to worry about furniture, there is a 24 hour gym, and its super close to campus! The Patterson has everything that was important to me and the staff is beyond nice! Mady was particularly helpful when it came to answering all my questions, looking through all the different floor plans, and answering my questions!

Nothing but good things to say about the Patterson Social! Its the perfect location, spacious rooms, and excellent amenities. It took me a long time to decide I wanted to live there, but the excellent customer service from Noah (the staff member) convinced me. Best decision Ive made!

Came to take a look at the apartments today... I was absolutely blown away by the hospitality, and professionalism that came from such a young group of people. Not to mention the apartments were amazing. I was able to speak with Autum she was so nice, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone in the Eugene area looking for a great deal.

This is where I signed for my first apartment. Tapiwa toured me and I was able to get exactly what I was looking for: Pet friendly and close to campus! I was first concerned with the price, but you can not match their level of professionalism and helpfulness to any other company!

After visiting the property, I was struck by the cleanliness and helpful staff. The rooftop deck has an amazing view of South Eugene and the Universtiy District. If your looking for a quality, clean apartment with great views this is the place for you!

I was able to find the perfect studio; the Willamette. Love the sound of the-water fountain in-the courtyard. Tapiwa showed me around and I loved the private gym!!!

SIGN HERE!! Staff are very nice and willing to work with you. I study physics at the University so I spend most of my time studying. I use the study rooms here all the time the high tech coffee machine in the lobby is great! I toured with Tapiwa who helped me pick a floor plan and got a nice view on the 4th floor! Lastly, I always feel safe thanks to the every door needing a resident to scan for access.

I love that the units are furnished and that i am so close to campus! If you go, ask for maddie! She is so kind and helpful

Im thinking of transfering to Eugene and I took a tour here with Amelia and it was great! Shes very easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable asking her questions when I felt intimidated by others. Definitely would go to her again!

DON’T EVER do business with these people, they are total crooks! This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! They took nearly $1000 out of my checking account without authorization. I immediately called to request they put the money back, and they told me that they would send me a check in 30 days! That’s theft! My daughter’s lease was over, the apartment had new tenants in it and they had already paid them rent as well. After I complained and threatened to file charges they promised to send a check. The check arrived a full week later and then they put a hold on it at the bank for another two and a half weeks. When the bank tried to call them they wouldn’t speak with them to release the funds. I have never experienced such horrible business practices.

I love how close to campus this place is. My girlfriend and I just moved from the bay we are going to be Juniors at the UO. I was excited when Tapiwa told me that the unit was completely furnished and included a washer and dryer too, saved so much money and time on movers. Highly recommend!

My roommate and I were apartment hunting and Maliq was very helpful. He made sure to make us feel welcomed and listened to what we wanted and needed. We are definitely looking forward to doing more business with The Patterson and Maliq; we would definitely recommend to a friend.

I came in for a walk in tour last week at the end of the day and Maliq was a very helpful leasing agent, he gave me a GREAT tour and got my application and screening done in the office all for free! I had my lease generated to me the next day and signed that day, this was the fastest leasing process Ive ever experienced. So thank you to Maliq and the rest of the Patterson Team!

Going to be moving in here in the fall, beutifull 1BR/1BA units. Really like the rooftop deck and gym. The lobby makes me feel like im in a luxury hotel, its a nice thing to come back to everyday. The coffee machine even dispenses lattes!

I had friends who lived here before, I took a tour for myself to see the building and Iiked how private the gym was, the security of the building and the parking garage. Theyre also pet friendly, my Corgi Jimmy loves the balcony! Ask for Tapiwa to give you a tour very helpful, signed the same day to get $600 special!

This spring Im transferring to UO and spent awhile apartment hunting. My experience here has been one of my top so far. I was showed around by Amelia and she knew all the answers to questions I had. Also, the roof top deck of this place is AMAZING.

After recently getting accepted to the University of Oregon, I thought it would be a good idea to get an idea of the local apartments for my later years in college.After getting a tour, I can 100% see myself living here full time. Surprisingly enough the apartments were arranged in a way that they maximized each foot, and there was still plenty of extra room! I walked away with each of my typically college student questions answered which was a huge relief for me.I would highly reccomend everyone to take a tour of this place if they are curious or debating this apartment building among the other choices out ther.

The apartments themselves are incredibly nice but that’s about it. Customer service here is incredibly lacking and there is little to no care in taking care of the issues residents have. I’ve been in the apartment for a week now and the landlords have yet to provide me with a working key to my mailbox. I let them know of the issue as soon as I found out and they quickly made a note of it and that was it. I came in 4-5 days later for a follow up and found they had no idea about the issue. As of right now I have important documents waiting in my mailbox that I still can not access. The landlord has had poor communication with me through the entire ordeal and has failed to comply with the lease agreement. Overall the staff here are incredibly unprofessional and don’t seem to care all that much about resolving resident complaints. I will not be renewing my lease.

The folks over at Arena District recomended that I also go on a tour at this property. The upper floors have stunning views of the hills south of Eugene and the rooftop deck is very nice on a warm day. If your looking for a studio apartment this is the palce to look!
