I enjoy it here. Cheap and nice sized apartments with spacious bathrooms. Our neighbors all seem pretty quiet as well. Paper thin walls in the apartment but atleast i can never hear any of neighbors. Probably not ideal for roommates. More ideal for a couple or family.

I had a pretty good experience living here. Nice size apartment for a decent price and location right by the trail. The only problem I have is that they never seem to answer their phone. Its hard to figure out when theyll be in their office available to answer calls.

This place is TRASH. manager rene is really rude and never in the office i have called to get things fixed and she NEVER picks up. shes horrible and dishonest. they need a new manger cause i’m moving asap. I would not recommend renting from here unless you want horrible experiences. homeless people always out here to going through garbage. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

All about location!! Nearby Dari Mart, DMV, grocery store, post office, gas station, bus stop, & pizza. The apartments are quite large with laundry hookups & a big bathroom (the built in shelves are the best). The grounds are green & full of trees maintained by gardeners. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved.Thank you Oak Meadows & Management

Decent prices for the size. All two bedrooms. Close to lots of box stores (target, lows, walmart) and lots of restaurants within a few minutes drive. Seems like everybody here smokes. Apartments all seem to have nice views of foresty area in the back, not just other apartments which is really nice. Lots of trees.

These apartments was built in 1996. Tenants must pay community fee every month besides monthly rent.

Trash cans piled up with trash next to the trash cans dog and cat feces all around it from tenants not willing to use other trash cans when full nor willing to open the trash can even when emptyhomeless going through it nightly and looking in vehiclesThe management needs to do its job especially for the price you charge for these places umbrella properties is the definition of slum lords no tenants should be subjected to this
