I would have gave 5 stars but I dont like the companys addtional charge for the extra cleaning and sanitation due to covid virus. Stylist was very nice and did exactly what I wanted done with my hair. As well as she was able to answer any questions I had regarding what I wanted done with my daughters hair and making sure it was done to avoid making it more difficult for my daughter.

My stylist was amazing Yarahia did beyond my expectations.

The stylist working there do not have any knowledge about what they are doing. Courtney the stylist who says she has been working as cosmotologist for more than 10÷ years apparently burnt my hair off leaving it so damaged by applying bleach and putting me under the dryer, she not only over processed my hair she chopped my hair 5 inches off when I had asked her to specifically only TRIM 1 TO 11/2 INCH . I paid over $ 200 non refundable for so called professional coloring . I lost my long locks plus cost me additional $300 in getting conditioning treatments and a proper very short hair cut from some place else with hope my scalp will survive this horrible damage . PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HAIR THE IDIOTS WORK THERE . I AM SO PISSED I WISH I COULD SUE THE SALON AND THE STYLIST 😤😤

You are better off cutting your own hair. It would save you energy and time.I usually go here when I need my hair cut and in the past its been acceptable (you get what you pay for), but this past trip was the worst haircut I have ever had.The staff was very unwelcoming and had me wait 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I left unhappy and the staff did not take the needed effort to change that. The entirety of my hair is lopsided and my bangs are completely crooked and choppy. The hairdresser should be completely embarrassed about the haircut she gave me. There was a whole piece of hair she didnt cut at all. Usually Im able to keep a positive attitude but I cant when I see my hair in the mirror. I would not recommend getting your hair cut here.
