I had my hair cut reserved at 2 pm on Friday 9/17 at cost cutter on Rotunda drive in Erie pa. When I arrived there was someone already waiting to get her hair coloring done at 2 pm. I was informed that someone called me to inform the change. There was no phone call made as claimed. I would not mind waiting for the hair stylist to finish the hair coloring. But, that was not an option made available to me. It was recommended either I have to go to the different branch which is on 26th street or by default had to get my haircut with another stylist working that day at Rotunda drive whom I was not familiar with. It was very confusing. So, I left the store feeling frustrated. Again, I would have been fine waiting for the stylist (whom I had asked for) to complete the hair coloring done. But it was not an option given to me. I am a very loyal customer of Cost cutter by the way. I always paid good tips. I have high regard for my hair stylist. I ended up getting my haircut at cost cutter on peach and liberty. That was the only option available that potentially could offer a 50:50 chance of satisfaction for me that Friday 9/17.

Although a little busy at the time everyone here was incredibly nice, even the fellow customers. Elizabeth cut off all my hair Ive been saving during quarantine and helped form it into a new style. I had a great experience here.

Every time I go in its either no waiting or very short wait. I have used several of the hair stylists and they are very good

A great place for a cut today. The staff were nice and accommodating for a walk in simple cut. This was my first time and Ill go back. They wear and require face masks, take appointments and products are on sale. The place was clean and tidy. Go check them out!

I have three small boys so it’s important for me to schedule in advance as I am usually flying solo. Got us right in, same hairdresser for all three so I didn’t have to tip three different stylists.

Great conversation. The business and its employees gave off a great vibe. They seem of have had great chemistry working together. A hand lent here and there to help stay ahead on a busy day. You dont see this type of teamwork on a championship sports teams. A+ 5 Stars, you name it. I cant wait for my hair to grow back to go again.

Called for a 1:30 appt the following day and when I showed up at 1:30 I ended up walking out at 2pm waiting for 30min. Hair stylist did more talking then cutting hair. People who walked in got to get cut before I did who’s been waiting.

I have been going to Famous Hair now Cost Cutters in Liberty Plaza for over 2 years now. The staff have always been Great! Professional and friendly! Shop is always clean, even before the pandemic. Prices are great for the services they offer. I highly recommend going to see Dan and his team!

My girl did wonder to my hair and face

I went in to have my roots colored. The employee spent over an hour putting the color on then had to process for 40 mins?? To top it off, as I am almost done processing, she decides to do a haircut. I had long finished processing and she is still cutting hair. I finally approached her and asked if there was someone else who could wash the color out. She said it would only be 5 more mins!! Are you kidding me?? Never again!

I highly recommend Dan...I would not trust any others there to touch my hair. If a female hair stylist cant make her own hair loom good, dont dont on her making yours look good.
