Service is crazy good! Called ahead about changing out my bad tire. Came in on a Sunday. Started working on it right away. Great price for tire.

Had them mount my HRE wheels & 4 tires. Have only good things to say about this shop. The person who greeted us (Hector) was extremely friendly. Really everyone we spoke with was absolutely a pleasure. I was worried about the tire pressure monitors because they’re really fragile but they swapped them over perfectly and the wheels came out flawless. Would trust this place with any high end wheels. Highly trust and recommend! Thank you guys!!

Employees here are friendly and always try to find a solution for your problem. They greet customers quickly and begin working immediately. Even at the the busiest times, someone will always be helping you. Great prices, great service. Never pushy or trying to get you to order tires or services you may not want or need.

This use to be a good tire shop not any more!! I came in for a simple patch and some guy kept telling all my side wall on all my tires are gone. I just tell him to just carry on with the patch and they said no we cant we are not after money and it is illegal to do a patch.I think this guy thought I was born yesterday or something first of all his eyes were blood shot red if any thing is illegal its him smoking on the job. That guy should be fired Ill never go back to pacific tire anymore. Tire house in Gardena is a much better shop!

My Experience Here is Good.The Staff is Very Efficient And Knowledgeable in They Profession.The Staff Inspected All My Tires and Determined Which Tires Could Safety Wait to Be Changed And for How Long They Would Last And Which Tire Needs Immediately To Be Replaced.They Selected A Safe Used Tire That Would Last For Six Months, I Paid For The Tire, The Staff Member Checked And Balanced All Other Tires With Air, I Tipped The Staff Member Who Helped Me Ten Dollars, Said Thank You Very Much for Your Excellent Service And Left. Pacific Tires of Lawndale is A Great Place, Sincerely Ray Spoon of Gardena.

Amazing! I am on a long road trip from Texas and I called so many places who couldn’t fit me in or didn’t have trailer tires. They had exactly what I needed and fit me in right before closing so I didn’t have to wait overnight. So thankful!!

I love this shop. I went to them a couple times for tire issues nothing major really. My car needed a tune up and I didnt know where to go plus I was afraid of being taken advantage of because Im a female not knowing a lot about cars. But I do know a little something. I asked God where should I go. I typed in tune ups near me and Pacific Tires popped up. I feel they gave me a very good deal for the work I needed done. I havent had any problems as of yet. Just went to get my tires rotated, this is where I bought my tires. There was not a line, but all the bays were full. It was pretty quick and in and out for me.

I have to say I always use to go to those local tire shops for a balance save a couple bucks but reliability is important . Every time those tire shops dont get my balance right I come to them and boom balance issue fixed. . Theyre a little more expensive but worth it . They are fast and they always have their machines calibrated . For now own I will be doing my tire issues with them .

Great service and prices! Way better than the large national chains like discount/Americas tire. I purchased a set of tires from Pacific Tires about 16 years ago, but since I dont live in LA, I had not been here since. I was visiting from out of town (Utah) and needed a new set of tires before my 650+ mile drive home. Came here on a Sunday morning, both because they were one of the only local tire shops that was open, and because I had a good previous experience. I arrived as soon as the shop opened and was assisted immediately. The shop manager was super helpful, not pushy at all. The price offered was straight forward and included all charges out the door. This was a breathe of fresh air as my experience with the national chains (Discount Tire) is the opposite. They installed my tires right away. I was in and out in under 45 min. I will come back in the future.

Went in for a wheel alignment, my mechanic had referred me to pacific tires. There was very little wait, the service was quick, the staff was efficient and the price was the best of all places I had called in. I will recommend this place for wheel alignment.

I wouldn’t recommend this place, went yesterday for a tire change and a rotation. They only ended up doing the rotation, my left rear tire needed to be changed only to find out that my left front tire needs to be changed now. Spent money for no reason, again would not recommend.

What a hidden gem in the South bay. Ive lived in Lawndale most of my life and I just came here for the first time. I was amazed just how fast and efficient the team was here. Super friendly staff and awesome customer service. I bought new tires $85 for my little car. But what really did it for me is that they offer free rotation every 3 miles so they can wear off evenly. I will be back for my next set of tires. Thank you!

This place was amazing! Needed two front tires, had a nail in my back rear tire and needed a spare is what I was told when I got my oil changed earlier today at another place! Went to Pacific off of a recommendation from a coworker and they said the same thing. Fernando helped me and his customer service was nothing less than amazing! He checked the one with the nail and the nail was small when he pulled it out & after inspecting it said it was fine and didnt need to replace it! He recommended two Used front tires that were matching and in amazing condition! 2 for $100! He also let me keep one of my front tires to use as a spare, which was amazing considering my spare was in terrible, Non drive-able condition. Overall spent $110! Not only top notch, HONEST service but such quick service (in and out in 30min) AND OPEN ON A SUNDAY!! Ill definitely be going back here for any services I might need! 15 minutes to patch a nasty hole in the tire of my SUV. Mounted the patched tire and re-mounted to spare. Some of the best customer service I’ve had at a tire shop in a long time.

Buyer Beware!!!!They purposely sold me a tire that had already been plugged and patched. After filling it up twice I Had it checked out. When I called them they ignored me and disregarded my safety concerns

Geez, this place is great. Incredibly fast service (for getting a nail out and rotating my tires) and incredibly cheap. You stand right next to your car while they work on it which was different but kinds nice. Ill bring all my tire business here for sure.
