I received a pedicure and acrylic refill. The pedicure was satisfying with a massage, scrub, but the cuticle trim was not the best. The shaping on my nails was not good, and my friend also had issues with the nail shaping and design she asked for on her natural nails. Very uneven and fat for my nails, and her nails were all different lengths and when asked for square shape became worse and less consistent. I wouldn’t even recommend for simple shellac. I wish I had the good experiences others had here because the location is convenient. Staff is very friendly.

I came in for a Gel change and manicure. They were very prompt in sitting me and had a ton of great colors. My nail tech (I think her name was Amy) was very sweet and asked if I’d like a drink. She did SO well with my manicure to the point I’m wondering if they’ve ever done my cuticles right at other salons. I just left so I can’t speak to how long they’ll last but I’m very happy with them. Super reasonable prices too. Cost me $30 for the new gel, removing old gel and the manicure.

I came in with severely callused feet in a lot of pain. The woman that did my pedi was very communicative and gentle. She really did an amazing job, I walked out with brand new feet! Definitely going back when Im in Denver!

They are always professional and friendly. I have lived in the area my entire life and have been to probably every nail shop around. I always end up back at XO. They are consistent and very accommodating. Scheduling online is a breeze and they always do their best to accommodate me as a walk in when needed. They always do a great job on mine and my young daughters nails and toes.

I was charged $45 for this. I mentioned them being uneven twice before I got tired of mentioning it. So I just let the round/square tips ride.. the paint was uneven and this was sped through. However, the color is amazing and the design isnt horrible so I wasnt completely disappointed.. but honestly for the price.. it should have been better.

I got a classic mani/pedi here yesterday. I’m new to the area so I’ve been trying to find a go to spot. The pedicure—great! They took a long time on a leg and foot massage—at least 5 minutes!The manicure—decent. Nice to get cuticles cleaned up etc. However, halfway through, another manicurist took over and was rather rushed. As you can see from the photo, the painting was uneven.It was still worth it to get my hands and feet cleaned up but the painting was rushed.Update: As instructed by the reply, I called the salon this afternoon as I was asked to follow up. The person I spoke to on the phone seemed confused and didnt offer me any insight or suggestion, attempting to make things right.

Ive been coming here for over 4 years and I love this place I always get the prettiest nails in the upmost respect. I have never once had a bad experience, and I doubt I ever will. Love you so much XO nail!

They over booked on their appointments making them super rushed. My nails look as though I did them my self there is polish on the skin around them and even a spot missed. Unfortunate because they were very nice and I think had they not been rushing to get to the 3 people waiting in pedicure tubs they could have done a wonderful job.

Fabulous service! Super fast! Very professional! All their shellac options are so pretty I almost couldn’t decide. I ended up going with a mermaid line so the glitter looks blue or purple at different angles. My husband got his first pedicure ever!

Didnt trim my nails, shape my cuticles, or remove hang nails. Dipped nails with extensions came out bumpy and nail polish was left around the edges. I understand I was the last customer of the day but I booked it an hour and a half before they closed, which shouldve been plenty of time to do a better job. Very disappointed after spending $100+ here. My appointment was Monday 5/18 at 5:30.

I love how clean, friendly, efficient, and reasonable they are. I’ve never had to wait at all when here; they go out of their way to not overbook, which is really appreciated. Online appointment system is a bonus!

I’ve been coming to this Shop for almost 3 years. And I absolutely LOVE THEM . It’s hard to find good shops especially me being considered “Boujee” I like my nails done a certain way but don’t we all and to have a clean environment ! Everything they use is new and out of the package. On a great note for them to get my mom out her comfort zone and being able to do her all natural very long nails is a big step . I started with Vincent then I start going to Susie and she has been doing a absolutely amazing job on my nails(as seen in the pictures/videos below) if I can give 10 stars I would. I WOULD definitely recommend this shop to any and everybody who asked ! ❤️

I had a terrible acrylic nail experience (at a different place) and she was able to get them off and did and amazing job. SUPER REASONABLE PRICES. Lisa did my gel acrylics, and Nina did my moms pedicure. 10/10 from us.

Do not get a design here. They are very nice but are not precise and do not give attention to detail. Just a basic manicure is done well, but anything past that is not going to turn out good.

Very nice staff very clean but I was very disappointed with my full set. Even when I kept telling her what was wrong she didnt correct it. For the amount I paid I feel ripped off and I find myself hiding my nails because of the comments I get from ppl that have seen them. First you can see one crooked nail, them the rest have a lump then go flat when I asked for curve. Theres also a sign that says %5 discount if you pay with cash, thats didnt happen either.

They were very friendly and got the job done perfectly. And my mother-in-law was sitting in the parking lot in the car with my son so that I could get my nails done for the first time since before my son was born nine months ago and he was honking the horn because he was on my mother-in-law‘s lap and they weren’t even annoyed by it. They just laughed with me and told me how cute he was and asked me how old he is and stuff. It is really hard to find a good nail tech and not spend a fortune. But this place had amazing prices and got the job done very well. I definitely will be back. You guys are amazing❤️

Nice people but they have some difficulty in communicating in English. Had a pedicure. They did good work and infact let me know which pedicure is right for me. I have very sensitive feet and soles but they were patient and understanding to that sensivity. I highly recommend this place. There prices are reasonable. The advantage for me is that it is so close to my office. Great place for manicure and pedicures.

I dont get my nails done regularly, but this is my third time here and all of my experiences have been good. The price is reasonable, Ive never had a long wait, even as a walk-in.Susie was my tech today and she did a great job.

Went here with my mom last week hoping for a great experience from seeing how many stars it got. The people were nice, gave us a bottle of cold water while getting our pedicures. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed with the service and results. They barely did the exfoliation on our legs and feet. It took them maybe 15 minutes and it felt rushed. My feet weren’t smooth when we left and still rough. I’m not a nitpicky person but I’ve gotten many pedicures and everyone knows your feet should be smooth and callous free even for a few days. Not a horrible place but will most likely not return.

Great pedicures, but most times I’ve gotten a manicure, the nail tech really rushed through it, so the result was sub-par. Dip and acrylic manicures from this salon also do not last as long as ones I’ve gotten done at other salons; they break fairly quickly and frequently.

I just had the best experience ever. Ive never been a repeat customer to any nail salon but I finally found the one! The staff was so incredibly nice. I went in on my lunch break and she got me out within an hour and I was grateful for her respecting my time. I got a full set of acrylic nails with shellac polish and they look absolutely amazing. I truly love this place and feel so happy to have found them.

Hannah did a phenomenal job on my wrecked nails. She fixed them up and made them look so beautiful. Honestly, this is the best set I have ever had. I would highly recommend this place. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Great tranquil atmosphere.

Staff was friendly and got me in quickly. Good selection of colors. I would not come back for a pedicure here as they wear gloves during the massage and it irritated my skin so badly I had to ask the tech to stop. There was also a good amount of paint left on my skin around several of my toenails. My manicure was better- paint is well done but the massage aspect of the mani was a bit half-hearted. I will continue to shop around the area for a salon.

Ive been going to this place for years. I got a kitchen job and havent gotten my nails done in over 2 years but today i went back to my usual nail guy Vincent. I have a fingernail that never grew back right and he always works with my situation and makes me feel pretty.

The staff was friendly and the environment was nice. But the manicure I received was terrible. I got a dip manicure, which I prefer because the are more durable than shellac and because you dont have to hold your hands under UV light, which is damaging to your skin. However, its been less than a week since my manicure, and its already chipped, cracked, and lifted off my nails. Other dip manicures Ive gotten have lasted more than 3 weeks. Either the tech didnt do enough layers of powder, or she shaved too much off while shaping the nails. Usually, these manicures are thick and sturdy, but the one I got here was thin and delicate. No wonder its already cracked and chipped. On top of that, the tech did a topcoat of shellac, which meant that I *still* had to hold my hands under the UV light, which is what I set out to avoid in the first place. Will not be going back, and am pretty angry that I have to pay for another manicure to fix this botched one.

I’m from out of state And the staff remembered me from the last time I was there. I am in a wheelchair and the staff always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. They always make sure that I am well taken care of. If I lived here this would be my go to place.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have never been spoke to so poorly in my life. The lady who was doing my full set was filing my nails so hard and fast that she gashed my finger open to where there was blood dripping all over the table. She then didnt apologize and got stuff to put on it that stung so bad and never once prepared me for that or asked if I was okay. Once I got to my car I saw that half of my nails were filed sideways and that there was paint all over the bottoms of my fingers. She also failed to paint the bottom side of my nails so they look clear when you look at them straight on. My nails are so poorly done that they go from narrow on my nail bed to wide at the bottom. They just look horrible. There is also paint on the parts of my nails that she didnt fill correctly. I couldve done a better job. She took 30 minutes to do a full set of nails when at other salons it always taken at least an hour. She only used 1 drill on them when other places use the drill at least 4 times. If I could find a way to post pictures of my nails on here I would.When I went back in to say that Id like my money back she starts yelling at the top of her lungs at me calling me all sorts of names. The manager finally voids my payment after about 20 minutes of arguing and as I start to leave she yells at me to never dare come back into the salon.I am absolutely shocked with how they handled an unhappy customer. I have never been talked to like that in my life. I never once got an apology from ANYONE and to be screamed at by an employee working there was something Ive never experienced before in my life. She didnt even get off her ass to come over and look at my nails.I recommend to NEVER go to this place. There customer service is horrible and they truly dont care about the happiness of the people they call customers. There are much better nail salons out there to spend your money at.If you still decide to go, consider yourself warned.

I come here exclusively for my dip and shellac nails. They do a fine job for the price especially. They have a wide variety of colors and I never feel like they’re rushing me.I usually go on a weekday in the mid afternoon for the best luck. I don’t think you should try going on a weekend without an appointment to anyplace if I’m being perfectly honest.

XO Nails & Spa is definitely the best nail salon in the area. Their web site makes it very easy and convenient to book an appointment, and Vincent is amazing. I love the wide range of services they offer, the great customer service, and the professionalism.

Quick and very nice job done w dipping power

My four year old daughter and I went to get our toes and fingers done. My daughter sat on my lap while my toes were done and when they were finished with me they moved on to the next people. I said my daughter wants to get her toes done too and they pretty much ignored me so I got up and went to get my nails done because I was not going to wait when we were first. I got my nails done and the technician that did my nails rushed and acted like we were an inconvenience. They painted my daughters nails and I had to remind them she wanted her toes painted too. I wanted her to have fun and us have a girls day and it did not feel like that at all. I walked out of the salon and I noticed my ring finger nail was started to lift. I thought maybe it wont lift anymore. It did. It was halfway lifted by three days and 8 out of 10 of my acrylic nails were 1/4 or 1/2 lifted already and it wasnt even three days! This is the second time I got acrylic nails there and they always lift so fast! I did not even bother going back to have them fix it, whats the point if they will lift that fast again? I am a busy mother and dont have time to wait and be treated unfairly. A huge waste of money! My nails looked horrible! I was so embarrassed! Never returning here again! These are absolutely the worst nails I have ever had done in my life!

I had my natural nails done they were so long an healthy. I came here because the reviews were good... I was there almost 3 hours, waited 45 min to to sit in a chair to have my toes done when then, the water got cold by the time someone came. The nail tech that did my nails made me feel like they were rushing and didn’t do well on my nails. They were uneven and I had to keep pointing out the ones that needed work. Yes, the staff are friendly but, the skill isn’t there.

Winston just did my full set acrylic today. He was fun and professional!. He did a great job! The salon is very clean and comfortable. Not super crazy busy or loud, like others. I loved it there! I will be back!

Don’t clean their tools

I have been to this salon several times over the last few months. When I first went I feel they did a good job and always left happy. Nothing has changed, the staff is the same but it seems like once they know you’re a reliable customer they stop trying. My nails have looked horrible. Bumpy, uneven, the old color still on my nail before they paint the French. Also my nails were natural and strong and after a few manicures here my nails are paper thin and all broken. I also never fully understand how I’m being charged, even after asking for explanation. I don’t think this salon is worth going to.

This was the most horrible nail salon I’ve ever been to. At first they are welcoming and friendly but their actual skill is lacking somewhat. They didn’t even soak my nails or take off the entire dip nail before, horribly uneven filing, and when the re-filled with new color, it was on skin, not even, (because multiple nails were also not even, width and length). No cuticle trim, oh excuse me, they did after my nails were done like they had forgotten. They look like a kid could’ve done them. Not Impressed at all.

I took my daughter in as a walk-in, and once we walk in, they took us right away. NO WAITING!!!. There staff are friendly, and very, very polite, and their work is AMAZING. I highly recommend this salon. If I could I would rate them higher!
