Saloon was quite and clean enough.But sorry to say that my nails started to peel off from the first day. On day 3 my nails gel polish were completely peeled off. There was no difference between gel and regular polish...

Patty did a great job on my nail extensions. She was very thorough and tried to make sure I was satisfied with every step. She is very friendly and willing to provide suggestions to make your nails look great!

I went there to get my nails done on Friday for my sisters bat mitzvah weekend. The person I got had absolutely no idea what she was doing and kept messing up the design even thought it was one of the designs on their little board. She miss many parts of my nail and even right after getting them done it looked like my nail had grown out since getting them done. Then, not even 24 hours later they already started to chip even though I made an extra effort to not use my fingers. First the tips started to chip then a whole chunk came off of one of my fingers. Very disappointed.

Love this place! Got a mani and pedi with my mama and the ladies were so accommodating and sweet. Patty did an awesome job with my gel manicure and I will definitely be returning.

At 2:00 pm I called for an appointment to have a gel filling and was told to come in at 2:30. As per Michelles instructions to arrive on time, I walked in at 2:25pm. Seeing that she was busy, I asked if I could start soaking the color off myself... I was asked to sit. It was 2:45 when I sat down at Michelles station. Similar to a C. Louboution shoe, I paint the underneath portion of my nails. Never seeing such design, Michelle lifted my hands and scoffed in disgusted, I had to take off my own nail polish because she dont do that. In that same second, I asked what her name was... twice. She would not answer... Instead, she continued to speak underneath her breath. If it wasnt for a client leaving and saying Good Bye Michelle, I wouldnt have known who or what she was. A few minutes later, she nips my finger with the machine forcing me to pull my hands away. Considering I want her best work, I say: Michelle,are you okay? Do you need a break?. Her response: Please dont worry. I am professional.Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I accept her response. Trying to move forward, I ask Michelle, is your name right? So Is this your nail salon? Not sure, if my question made her ears bleed but I received a very strong evil eye. Suddenly, she says:I dont like to talk. Let me work. Please. Im busy. then has the audacity to turn to her colleague and began talking. I could not believe how disrespectful she was being. I didnt except that kind of treatment especially from a well decorated and clean nail salon.I should mention that she was not clear about the prices. When I called she said it was 40 dollars for color gel refill and 50 for french however, the prices changed after we met. When she was done doing a terrible uneven, bumpy, misshaped refill, she asked What color?Without thinking too much, I said No color, just French Please. Michelle literally yelled No! Not today, I got no time. You got to call for french appointment. OMG! As she is getting up to handle someone elses transaction. Shocked by her rude behavior, I asked for the total which she rang up as 54 dollars. She claimed to have fixed two nails that ever clearly not broken and she didnt even paint my nails. I would never recommend Ms. Michelle to any of my loved ones.A total disgrace.

Great gel manicure today! I will be back!
