Fantastic business! Got stuck in flood waters, and Jenny was the first person I talked to. She was calm, sweet, and beyond helpful. Timmy came to tow the car, was also very kind, and graciously dropped us at our hotel. They fixed the car in a very quick and timely manner. Upon picking up, Johnny was gracious enough to give me advice on what I should do, and insurance. Overall, could not have been a better experience. Highly recommend this company! Needed a car towed from off my driveway for weeks because the owner kept parking however he felt like despite his specially made parking stalls and warning sign of being towed if parked anywhere else. This seems to be the only place that I found locally that would tow off a residence. I explained the situation to the dispatcher and she was professional and very informative every time we interacted. Took less than an hour to get here, which is fine given that it was close to midnight. I’m just beyond thrilled to finally get it done and that they were super discreet with the tow.

The worst. Wrongfully towed my car multiple times living in a complex Im allowed to park in. Recently towed my car while we just got to the spot and man said there’s a “fee to drop the car… but it’s only in cash” 125 dollars this fee.this whole business is a scam. They’re open 24 hours but make you wait until the next day to charge you extra.. these prices for getting your car towed seem to come out of thin air 125 to put in this guys pocket ? Sounds real shady to me. This company needs to be shut down.

Pats towing wrongfully towed my vehicle, wouldn’t let me get it out the day they towed it and claimed they were “closed” just to get an extra day charge from me. Women at the office were extremely rude and not helpful. When I got my vehicle back it was scratched and had a flat tire that was obviously their doing and they argued the fact and told me there’s nothing they could do about it. When I went to get my tire fixed there was a nail in it. I posted a review earlier and they deleted it. Very unprofessional and shiesty, a bunch of crooks.

It was a busy night for them and they did their best and got to my vehicle in a timely manner..they were very accommodating...I am happy to know they are an AAA affiliate..

Great service, vehicle had mechanical issues and had to be towed at a fair price from where I was. Great people who took care of me, my car was also fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend these people if anyone needs any services.

It is so hard to find quality mechanics and repairs facilities that will take the time to discuss and remedy any situation you have with a vehicle. If you find that, compare it to Pats towing! These guys are the best! Helpful, considerate, and really a joy to talk to. The cost was far below my expectations, and I cannot think of a reason to go anywhere else.

Our car broke down on the way from Poughkeepsie. We called AAA and Pat’s showed up within 20 mins. That’s the fastest service we’ve ever gotten. The driver was friendly and got our car towed home quickly.

My Jeep was in a fender bender, Pats towed it promptly, did the body work, and got it back to me very quickly. It actually! look better than new when they were done! The best around, no question about it.

My motorhome tow car (Jeep) had a dead battery and would not shift out of neutral on transfer case. Maurice came to me and jumped the battery. We charged the battery then disconnected the battery terminals for 10 minutes (to reset electronic transfer case shifter) then shifted transfer case out of neutral successfully. Saved mucho time and money-jeep dealer wanted to tow it to shop on a holiday weekend. Great save!!!

This company tows 700 plus cars and trucks a month... With that being said not all tow are consensual, so not every one is happy about there tow. In the past pats has always been 100% in helping me out I would trust them with anything that needs towing!!!!

We were in a horrible accident on 84 with 6 other cars and a tractor trailer. Pats towing was on call and towed our car. They have been nothing but kind and compassionate in helping us to deal with this terrible thing that happened to us. I highly recommend.

Do not use these people!! What a bunch of dishonest crooks. My employees car was towed from the Newburgh mall because security forgot to cone off an area. They towed on Saturday morning. When we went to get it they were closed on sat and Sunday with a $75 per day storage fee. Pretty clever! $360 for towing and $150 in storage for a total of over 500 plus tax (of which you know they are not paying when accepting only cash) When we went to pick it up they told us they only accept cash for towing. Pretty clever again. Very poor dishonest business practices

I couldn’t have had a more unpleasant experience. The level of nastiness went far beyond poor customer service. From throwing of ID, to underhanded comments, slamming of drawers. Maybe these women where having a bad day but it sure is no way to run a business
