Geno faded me up and he NAILED IT. The experience was incredible from start to finish. He was professional, prompt and the level of cleanliness throughout the salon made me feel at ease. I was very impressed with the additional protocols the barber shop has implemented. My temperature was taken at the beginning and social distancing was maintained which I appreciated. Kelly and her crew are amazing, my hair has always given me issues with how it stands up before finally laying back down and they have always cut it to the perfect length to help me control it. The owner is great! And her dog too! I got a messed up haircut from someone who doesn’t work there anymore and she totally made it awesome and even offered a refund. But the work was great so I thought she earned it and I refused the refund.

I had an appointment with Kellie for yesterday morning at 9. I was there early for the appointment but the door was locked and the business was dark. I waited outside and finally at 9:15 the door was unlocked but Kellie wasnt there. I waited until 9:30 and left as there was no communicate from the employee that was there as to when or if she would be in. I have used Kellie in the past and she does an outstanding job but to just not show up and no communication is unacceptable.

Worst experience possible. Asked for one inch to be cut off and they cut off 4. When asked why and what happened to all my hair I was told that “That’s what we had to do to make it even” After being extremely upset I still paid my bill when they offered me a free haircut next visit. I have since then Been called and was told sure come on down to be called Back and be told that no only the Manager can cut your hair and she’s not available and when asked for money back same excuse I do not recommend this barber shop at all took my chances and this is what I got.

Great place! I was tired of going to random places around town trying to get a good haircut. They did an awesome job on me and my son. Quick, priced right, and friendly staff! They have earned my business for sure.

I went in with a vague idea of how I wanted my head to look, but didnt know how to put that into words. After explaining to Mayra and showing her some pictures she was able to adapt that to my head shape in a way that turned out amazing. Very good experience and atmosphere and I left looking better than ever!

This is my 3rd or 4th time going here and I guess I’m a little particular about my hair, but I’ve had a lot of haircuts before and haven’t received the problems I encountered this time. The first few times I had a woman named Michelle (pretty sure that’s her name) and she did a phenomenal job. 10/10. This time I went in and had Hannah. I explained to her my normal haircut I’ve received plenty of times but I never know which guard I get on a part of my hair. So I ask to try one thing and take it down further if it doesn’t look/feel right. She seemed fine with this. Haircut goes on and the sides are finished and she asks me about the length and I ask her if we could go a little shorter to which she audibly sighs, shakes her head at and shrugs her shoulders. Felt a little rude to me, but whatever. I say take it to a zero which (not being a barber) I thought was the right length. She quickly goes over the sides again, in about a minute almost just rushing through and I feel it and it doesn’t feel much shorter, this could just be my misunderstanding of guard lengths which is valid, however I’ve always had barbers work with me to get it where I wanted. When I expressed that it didn’t feel much shorter, she argues that it’s a zero, again it could have been but just keeps sighing and shaking her head. Now, in a service world I believe it’s always best to work with the customer to where they will be happy, especially with anything cosmetic. She did not want to offer a solution, but rather argued that “this is what you asked for”. Granted, I do NOT know about guard lengths, but come on, not everyone that comes into the shop does and the barber should be willing to work with this. Instead of offering solutions or trying to work with me she just dragged her feet and argued this is what I was asking for, where I believe instead she should’ve helped me understand maybe more of what I was looking for as I was clearly unable to articulate it not having the same cosmetic training as she does. I excused myself because I didn’t want someone with her attitude continuing to cut my hair. I insisted on paying and still tipped, but the entire situation was very unpleasant and left me with a very bad taste in my mouth which is unfortunate because I have had zero issues here until this point. I guess bottom line, get your haircut here, but I would NOT recommend Hannah in the slightest. Everyone has a bad day, but this was inexcusably rude.

I got a really good cut as a walk in customer. Dave was really amazing! Ive been there once before and the woman that works here doesnt really like walk in customers so be aware. Other then that it was a great visit.So I came in today and I got a great cut from the owner. I can see what and how she has problems before and even now. The owner is good people!!!! While I didnt get that before I get it now.Love this place and the people!!!!!!!!!!!

Coming from a guy that always either buzzed his own hair, or paid the least amount possible to have it done, I know now I was missing out. I always leave here with a cut I like. They go the extra mile with the straight razor.I take any barber thats available (I dont usually schedule appointments - busy guy), and Im never disappointed. Im a client now.P.S. This place is incredible! I started getting my haircut here about a year ago and I will not go anywhere else to get it done. Cat and Kellie are the two that I go to, finding someone who I could trust to cut my hair the right way consistently was hard but I’ve finally found it! I booked 3 haircuts here and every time it was a bad experience. Twice I booked with one person and got a different person and the second time she messed up the back badly, so she just didnt show me what it looked like. Third time I had to wait for an hour after my appointment before I was able to start my haircut. Chelsea was good but is now no longer there. Nice looking shop and good location though.

Ive been here about four times now. Great haircuts. Friendly staff. But the online reservation system is not so great. Twice now I have made an appointment online, received the confirmation email, and gone in only to be told my reservation wasnt showing up. I even showed my confirmation email and it just wasnt on the computer, then I have to wait as a walk-in. Book appointments over the phone and everything else is great.

I just wanted to say after having a situation, and resolved within a day that this store does its best to really work with there customers. I strongly want to say the store owner is very professional at what she does. Really thankful for her kindness and cooperation. Couldnt ask for anything more. Thanks again.

Heather Martinez is fantastic! My 15yo daughter is a very picky person when it comes to hair. She had length to her waist and needed a cut badly. She showed me a picture of the cut she wanted and I immediately knew Heather would be the best. She took the time to address her concerns and listened intently, then after she got a good idea of what she wanted she says I have an idea of how to cut it but youll have to trust me. After she saw the mirror it was instant smiles! She was floored by the job she did. She gave her tips on how to style it going forward and when my daughter showed my her hair and it was beautiful! It looked exactly like the photo she gave me. I have found my daughters favorite stylist. I suggest you give her a try and you wont be disappointed.

Kellie is fantastic. Provides consistent, and excellent service. In a very relaxed and no pressure setting. I was originally paying $45+ at GQ Barbershop prior to being a client of hers. Overall a better better haircut and I always leave satisfied. I would highly recommend calling and getting in to see her.

When I went in to see my Barber. All I heard was people talking about drugs and having no respect for anyone it seemed like.
