Wow where to begin, I have been in El Paso a year and half and have had a horrible time searching from someone to do my nails. I have been to 5 different salons and every single one has been a nightmare! I was referred to Tiffany by a friend and I am so grateful to have finally found someone who cared and made my experience so personal! I had my own personal time scheduled and she was VERY detailed and such a friendly person. She took the time to listen to my concerns and recommended things I can do to care for my nails. Oh my goodness. Ive gotten on my familys nerves yet again about my beautiful nails and the wonderful experience Ive had yet again. Tiffany is a very professional and knowledgeable nail technician with an amazing spirit and a knack for the latest trends. She is very patient and the customer service is outstanding. The facility is very clean, calming and when you walk in you feel at home right away. You definitely need to try the pedicures too (definitely another amazing relaxing experience). First off it’s not often that I do anything to my nails . I’ve tried numerous shops around El Paso on my toes. Every shop that I’ve been too was okay but this time at Tips by Tiffany Boutique was everything .The shop was clean the atmosphere was inviting and it was an intimate session with Tiffany I felt the love, and care that she took with my nails and my pedicure, did I mention the cleanliness of the shop spot on . Absolutely will be coming back to her for the duration of my time here in El Paso

Zee the technician has done creative nail work with me for several months as I combed El Paso for professional, skilled, and relaxed personal care. She receives a 10 for her personal care and techniques. However, the establishment as a startup is very claustrophobic, where the smell of acetone and other chemicals to include Clorox when used burns your eyes and is not vented welll. Although Zee is worth waiting for the horrible experience of my last visit will not soon be forgotten. There is a grace period stated in booking appts online of 10 minutes where you are not charged if running late. Over that period for example, 5 more minutes you pay $5. As well as other criteria for rebooking or cancellations in 24 hours. Here’s the problem the assistant did not have a problem pointing out I owed and letting me know in the store where even the technician told her $5 would be the charge. She decided to tell us she was going outside to talk too the owner and then related the owner said, “$25 I was upset and confronted her that if we misread their policy it needed to be fixed and clarified for the only reason I came and brought someone else for service was because of Zee. The lady wanted me to schedule an appointment for the next day and said, the she would apply $25 for a reschedule fee. Thought about it, considered it, and did not return. Caring about others does not exclude caring about me. #beingshreweddoesntkeepfaithfulcustomers
