I love this place. It took some time to find a place I trusted. Great customer service and pricing.

I was REALLY excited to try out this nail salon because I am stressed (lol), and my previous nail salon has gone down the drain.So, I came in with really high expectations due to all of the great reviews, but I left feeling kind of meh. I got the citrus pedicure for $40, and it barely lasted 30 minutes. I thought the buckets were a good idea because I really appreciate how clean the salon is, but with how it is set up I feel like the client has to lift their feet a lot and the poor nail tech is crouched over uncomfortably.I didnt bother to check my nails when they were done (my mistake), but I came home to two areas like this! I drove 30 minutes to this place, and I am not going back to have them fix it, not worth the gas. I fixed it with some blood red polish I had at home... but come on, the last thing you want to do is come home and fix your pedi you paid $47 for.

I went in, after looking for hours for a highly rated nail shop that offered hard gel sets, with a terrible acrylic set on. Priscilla was not only gentle on removing my old set but even with filing them to the exact length that I wanted. She even asked me the length with using a nail length measure tool. She moved quickly but not so quickly that you felt rushed through. She made sure to ask me everytime if I liked them and if they looked natural enough for me. With being in the service our nails have to look completely natural and cant be to long. If you are looking for a wonderful shop this is the one to go to. They arent to expensive either. A full builder gel set with tips is only 45.00. They do amazing work. I can not wait to go back 😁 It was all around a wonderful experience.

Such an amazing place, amazing prices, amazing people, and all around just an amazing experience. I promise I will never go with anyone else because this is literally the only place I trust. The one person I would highly recommend to go to would be Jess but I have gone to many other nail techs there and they are honestly all the best.

I went in for a gel set and loved the way my nails came. They did exactly what I wanted. The only reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars is that my appointment was at 530 and I didn’t get seen til about 615

I’ve been going to Jess for a while now and I am always in love with my nails! She can do everything! She is always willing to go above and beyond for me. I have gotten it all from acrylics to a simple gel manicure here. I’ve also had the pleasure to have Hilda do my gel manicure and I’m in love with the color she suggested. I recently moved to El Paso and I’m so glad to have found Polish Nail Boutique! The quality of the work is phenomenal and more importantly it’s a relaxing environment, which is plus since nails and lashes are such a big part of my self care routine! Speaking of lashes they offer lash extensions, which are done by Kate. So if your looking for one place to get your nails and lashes done this it.

I’ve been getting my nails done with Jessica for close to 3 years now, every two weeks. Her boutique and staff are amazing. Always accommodating and more importantly, the quality of work and service is always 110%. I get dip nails and pedicures and my nails have never chipped or cracked. Awesome place for nails! I’m never disappointed with their services. I have been visiting Jess for two years every month and will continue to do so. Their products are fantastic! My nails usually before in other places would last a week maximum before they would start to lift to chip and with the products that this business uses my nails last a month and that’s only because I change the color. I highly recommend visiting this charming nail boutique.

Let me start this review by emphasizing that i am not a picky customer... AT ALL...but i can admit I walked in to this boutique with higher expectations than any other place ive been to being that they are rated 4.7 and the wonderful comments i read (also, I drove from clint area and passed probably hundreds of other nail places).To begin i was not greeted when i entered the place and my tech NEVER introduced herself to me which is why i dont know her name. through out the whole service she seemed to be in a hurry and kept taking personal messages on her iwatch which i think is EXTREMELY unprofessional. through the service she did hurt me a couple times when she was filing my nails which i didnt say anything about because i understand it happens.it wasnt until she was done and i rinsed my hands that i realized the corner of one of my finger nails had been filed off. Not to mention that she had to redo 3 other nails because she missed the corners with the polish.My nails are uneven and im trying to understand how i have bulky texture when all i got was hard gel. it is not a clean job as there is nail polish around my nails and the polish is touching my cuticle on more than a few fingers. under the light i can see that it is bumpy and there are a few nails that have indentations on them (she was not even allowing the gel to cure properly with the timer). i wish i knew how to upload pictures on this to show the work that was done.She obviously knew it was a job that was not done well because she gave me a 10% discount when i paid.i am extremely disappointed and left trying to find a good nail place or person.I do want to add that the boutique is extremely cute and the cleanliness is great!🙂

Love this place!!!! I have been getting my nails done with Jessica for a while, her and all the staff are awesome. This place has great costumer service, clean and cozy. Impeccable work and up to date on trends. I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve been going to Jessica for a while now and I’m never disappointed! I try and go once a month and the girls are always so friendly and everything is reasonably priced! I receive so many compliments on my nails ALL THE TIME. I highly recommend coming here. It’s a cute and quaint location, and you can order food and beverages while you’re being serviced from the restaurants around.

I will say that everyone at this salon was friendly and the salon itself is very cute. I booked an appointment after finding them on Instagram. Their work looked quality and unique, however my nails did not reflect that. I think the young woman that did my nails was somewhat inexperienced or it could have been that she rushed through my appointment because her lash appointment was immediately after. I opted for hard gel, my nails were lumpy and different shapes. I had it removed the next day (at a different salon) because I’m starting a new job, and did not want to show up with the service I received. I paid $40 dollars including tip and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this particular place anytime soon.Also, the young woman that did my nails did not introduce herself so I’m unable to leave her name in this review.

I’ve been seeing Jess for almost three years now, every two weeks, on the dot! She transformed my nails and they’re so much stronger and healthier now, I’m addicted! It’s a cute place but the nail tech I had was super heavy handed. She was very rough and hurt me. The cuticle cutter she used wasn’t sterile. She pretended to open the package but they were the same ones she used on the girl before me. She seemed rushed the whole time which made my experience unpleasant.

This was an awful experience. Not only was Jessica late. She was rude the entire time I was there. I felt super uncomfortable the entire time when you go to feel comfortable all because I made a comment that she was 35 mins late. Didn’t even address me until I did. The service it self it was ridiculous. I understand being overwhelmed but it was embarrassing to have to get up and walk out of there. I will never go there again. The phrase you talk about your worst experience more then the good is the truth because I havent forgot the way she made me feel.

My girlfriend gets her nails done here and it has been the greatest experience she’s had ever in her life in a salon. This is by far the best salon in the entire galaxy and El Paso. Showed up to my schedule appointment and nobody knew who was supposed to work on my daughter’s nails. Waited an hour to be seen and nail tech took two hours to do a very simple thunder bolt design. Expensive and overpriced for the experience and quality. They chipped within a week.
