I really like how my nails turned out ! Nudes are totally in and this looks beautiful ! Shout out to Jayden for taking his time and making sure to perfect my nails. I really like this salon the people are nice and they always have something interesting to watch on tv. Will be coming back ☺️

Not a what I expected, I have been there 5 times but last time I had a bad experience

I had a pedicure done by a young man in his 20s, from the beginning he showed little or no interest in performing his job, he didnt clean and filed my nails, my nails were not cut appropriately, in general Im extremely disappointed with the service I received. I do not recommend this place at all. Then they get mad on why people dont leave a tip because I did not.

I was a walk-in for a mani pedi. Three nail technicians working, so naturally there’s a line/wait. I was told to take a seat at a pedi chair. Waited 20 minutes before they turned the water on. In the time between I sat and turned the water on, a group of three ladies walked in. Ive been soaking my feet for at least 25 minutes and the pedi guy has been doing the other three ladies’ feet even though they got here after me. If you don’t want to do my nails or are short handed just say so, but don’t make someone wait while you do other clients that arrived after. Customer services needs major improvement.

Ernie, ernie, ERNIE!! Babygirl never does the same design twice. She always keeps me feeling new and fresh. I always look forward to our visits because shes just not my nail tech she became my therapist. Its been a great year

Very unprofessional. Blonde, older lady (owner) is very rude. Asked for her help because I was not happy with the gel color provided. She seemed VERY BOTHERED and laughed sarcastically at my request. Instead of staying and getting it fixed by her I told her I’d go somewhere else which she seemed to have no problem with. I would think she would do any service to make a customer satisfied with what they are paying for. Very mediocre work and terrible customer service.

I walked in to see how much it will be and all they did was give me there attitude and being very rude will not recommend going there

The main lady is very rude and always seems to be in a hurry. She left my nails so clumpy by putting too much nail polish!!! As same with the pedicure she put too much clear polish .

The overall atmosphere was okay. But Ernie is amazing. She was super nice and my nails came out amazing.

The service was fast and while the staff might not have been that chatty, they did a great job with the services.

This is not your regular nail shop. Very casual, great customer service, friendly but if you dont like uncensored music or conversations this place is not for you. The salon is clean and nice and has a large selection of polish. Great prices. I personally wasnt happy with my nails at all done by Judy, but I liked how everyone elses turned out with the other techs. Id recommend Jess, Destiny, or Ernie if you want dope nails done. Victor did a nice pedicure as well and went above and beyond to try correct my pedicure (I wasnt his client) that never seemed to dry even after being extremely careful an HR after I left. I think it was just bad polish. Oh well Id probably try this place again with a different tech.

Overall nice work and reasonable prices

I did my nails here for my graduation and I was actually very happy with them. I told them I was in a hurry and in less than 10 minutes they had done my nails exactly as the picture I showed them. So I definitely recommend this place, at least to do your nails. Also they have very reasonable prices unlike other places.

It was an okay place, I was charged $40 for acrylic gel nails. The younger girl who did them was nice but not the best at her job. She glued one nail slanted, noticed but didnt fix it, put some glue on my fingers instead of the nail and never bothered to clean up. For the price, I will not be going back and advice anyone else to avoid the younger girl.

I actually really love the way the man did my nails despite all of the bad reviews, in fact Im glad that I didnt read the reviews first otherwise I wouldve never given them a try!!! I think my nails are just absolutely gorgeous! So for all the people that didnt like their service I really think that they should give them another shot.

Perfect nails, quick, cleaned my cuticles and everything

First time to this nail salon. The place is a little worn out, and the nail color selection is not all that great, I believe the two employees that were there didnt speak much english, but I have to say that the gentleman that did my pedicure did a good job. The young lady named Ernestine makes it joyable. She is very friendly.

I go there to get my eyebrows done and I leave and they are two different shapes and the arch is all wrong .. I asked her to CLEAN them and she completely made me a different eyebrow I will never return .

$40.00 for gel Polish only, and a terrible job on top of that. Wrong color, filed the hell out of my nails. Wont go there again!

$27 gel manicure for a 30 minute service. There was clear coat on my skin, bubbles, and no oil placed on my cuticles. This place is dirty, clearly overpriced with no sense of customer service.I’ll just stick to the ivy hair and nail salon even though it’s a drive for me.

The place smells like dog food. The lady who did my nails was rude and she didnt even do a good job. 2 says after getting them done. . The gel Coat she used started to peel off and started to crack across the middle! Total waste of money

Horrible service, The spa is very dirty, They do not use disinfectant liquids for their work material,They use the same files of nails and the same files for the peducure with all the customers, they dont Disinfect or clean the Footbath Between customers The towels they use are dirty and musty..

They don’t know how to do nails, mine broke in the matter of a day . they didn’t even do the nails I wanted . don’t come here .

Worst place ever . I got charged 45$ for a horrible job . I walked out crying . My nails look so out of shape, very messy and so thick !!! Lesson learned this was just so upsetting for me . I don’t know how to post pictures on here or else I would !
