This place is first come first served and its like that for a reason. Nice clean set up and they did a great Job on me and my spouses feet. The Massage chairs work and the employees are fun!

I love going here. Dan, Tina, and their daughter are always so welcoming and as a customer, I appreciate them knowing me by name even when I call on the phone.Dan does my nails in a way that shows his true skills. They are always straight and nothing less than perfect! Tina and their daughter are wonderful with providing me relaxing pedicures.I love that we can all hold great conversations and can relax.

Cut into my cuticles three times and drew blood. Nails were different on each hand. French tip curved a bit upwards on left hand but slightly downward curve on right hand which is natural. Tech was in too big of a hurry to do a good job.

Love this place! Tina usually does my manicure and pedicure! But everyone here is great! Prices are affordable. I have been to other nail salons before that cost a lot more and don’t do as great of a job as T&T. Definitely an overall clean and wonderful place to go! And I love the massage chairs!!!

Ive come to this salon twice and Ive loved it. I dont know why I keep trying to go to other salons, Ill just be coming here from now on. The nail technicians give you exactly what you ask for and even when they get busy theyll give you a realistic time youll be waiting, they dont just turn you away like other nail salons do.

Walked in after calling to verify they did walk ins, they had me wait for a good while then they finally sat me on the pedicure seat, instead of having me wait with the water turned on and my feet dipped in they just sat me at the chair wanted me take off my shoes and just have them sitting up on the board and waited longer. Then a pair of women came in that seemed to know the pedicurist and she went ahead and sat them right away and started the water on them. I simply walked out.

Horrible customer service. The nail tech yelled at my mom, was on the phone loudly the whole time during the apt, kept going to the back room to talk on the phone, and didnt want to do the shape my mom requested. My mom asked if she can get her nails less chunky and straight very kindly and casually since they were bulky and in different directions, and then the nail tech yelled at her saying they dont do nails like that and gave my mom an unnecessary lecture about nails. We then left the place due to the treatment, even paid even though they didnt finish the job. When I told the nail tech she shouldnt yell at customers and make them wait on their calls during service, she dismissed me and said she didnt do anything wrong. Never going there again.

Got my first pedicure & wow the girl did an excellent job,the only thing was I wish I would of gotten a longer massage on my feet, that felt great!

Absolutely loved this nail spot. My bestie, her 6 yr old daughter and I came here as walk ins and were serviced immediately. It is EXTREMELY clean and they have gone above and beyond any nail salon that Ive been to during covid. Each chair has a plastic barrier separating you from the nail artist. This include the pedicure chairs as well. Everyone is required to wear a mask AND they take your temperature as well highly recommend this spot if youre looking for a nail salon.

I will not be going here again. They told us they could take us right away then sat us in the chair and we waited 30 minutes before they got to us. My daughter was getting a fill and she had to wait an hour! The lady that did my mani and pedi only spoke Spanish. Then she cut me a couple of times. I will definitely find some other place to go. 😡

I got there as soon as they opened, they sat me in the pedicure chairs but I was there waiting for a while. These 2 clients walked in and they started working with them right away. My pedi came off completely and I waisted $80 for nails and pedi. I was there for 3 hours!! Worst service ever.

I have 3 nail salons that I frequent. Which one I go to on a given week depends on where I am that day. On January 11th, I chose to go to T&T, as it is less than a mile from my house. Please read this review before you consider going to this place. I have been here at least 6 or 7 times, and even brought my mother when she was visiting from the Philippines. Its always been OK service here...nothing special, but I never once felt that I would never come back to this place, much less write about it....until now. I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure (no gel, just regular polish). Though there was no one waiting, I noticed that one tech was working on 2 pedicures at the same time, and the 3 additional techs all had someone at their stations. But the tech closest to me said she was just finishing up and would take me to the pedicure chair in a few minutes. 20 minutes later, I decided I could just come back the next day, as it did not seem that they would get to me any time soon. As I got up to cross out my name from the list, the same tech snapped, No! I take you now. You in a hurry or something?. I said I wasnt, but that she told me a few minutes and it has now been over 20 minutes. Turns out the lady she had at her chair snuck her 2 toddlers in last minute so that they could get color on their nails, for fun. Still, I made the regrettable decision to stay, and that same nail tech started up the pedicure chair and told me to have a seat. Now, as I said, I have been here before and never had a problem with the seats. She put me in a chair that did not come forward enough, and I am 410. I let her know this, and she said, No, it OK. Just sit. My toes barely touched past the basin. 15 minutes later, that same tech started to work on me. Everything was normal, then she started scrubbing my heels with that tool that they use to scrape the dead skin - looks like a cheese grader/shredder. She said, You come forward more. I reminded her that the seat was already as far as it could go and if I could be put in another seat that came forward more. I even pointed to the one Ive used before. She declined and pulled me towards her using my feet! At this point, I most of my body was parallel to the floor. Yes, I was basically laying down, and my butt was over the sink/basin. No real support or leverage. She began scraping and, of course, she cut the top side of my left foot. The top!!! Why would she be scraping the top of my foot?? I yelled at her - OUCH! What are you doing? There is no dead skin on the top of my foot!. She says, Oh, so sorry. I dont know how that happen. Blood was seriously gushing out. Everyone was staring, and the cut stung so badly. I sat up again and told her she was done with that part. She finished up and 10-15 minutes later, I was at her table for the gel manicure. Long story short, more cuts around my cuticles, more blood, and she let the gel polish bubble up, so I left with tiny bubbles on some of my fingernails. I left her a very generous tip of $15, which was 20%, because she had after all, completed the work. And she is not a new tech. She has been there since I started coming in, in early 2018. I am attaching the next-day pictures of my foot with the cut, and also the pedicure that she did. She only polished half of my pinky toenail. She had glasses on, but I suspect she is having trouble seeing and that was the reason for the cuts and the poor polish work.***Update*** Please check my Yelp or Facebook reviews, as Google will not upload all of the pictures.

Tina is wonderful. She cleans the nail correctly, she also takes her time and does the pedicures and nails so nice! I’ve been going to T&T nails for over 7 years and it’s always the same wonderful service. Consistently clean, efficient and honestly I’ve never had issues. Will continue to come back!! Definitely recommend!

Best spot in town for a pedi

Please read my review. This nail salon is a big disappointment. I went there last week saturday and the nail tech did an absolutely horrible service on my nail. She cut it too small, then too thin, and eventually layered it with acrylic powder to cover the flaw. No apologies or anything, and she even tried to justify the mess she made. The older lady cAme by to inspect the mess the nail tech did, and asked if I wanted to take it all out, 10 minutes to close of the store. I told them not to worry because i was already over the mess they made. I paid the full amount of service, and 3 days later the artificial nails on my index finger, pinky and Middle finger all came off. I am so angry I gave them a chance after the reviews advised not to. Terrible service!!!

First time coming here and I loved it! Yvonne did my pedicure and she was great! They really do take care of you and do a great job! Tina is also very nice and did an awesome job on my friends pedicure. Very clean shop and they are taking the precautionary measures!

This place is by far one of the best salons I have been to!!! I was in town visiting and wanted to get my moms nails done! Their service was great the wait time was not long and the nails came out incredible! 80 for both of us and I got accent nails as well!!! Definitely recommend to everyone!!!!

I told the lady what color I wanted and what shape, an older man was up next to do my nails. I explained to him what I wanted and showed him a picture it was also a display they had. How I wanted Them were an ombré, beige at the bottom and a highlighter color on the tips and one nail plane beige on both hands. Then the lady overheard and said if you want one nail different color it’s an extra $5, I seriously laughed at her... Yeah they were just trying to rip me off! I’ve been doing my nails for 17 years I’ve never had anyone charge me extra $5 for one nail color different!! He then started doing my left hand and I asked for a beige right, well he then put a dark dark brown as the beige. I’m not one to say anything but I had to tell him “I am not going to pay $60 when I told you and showed you exactly what I wanted” no joke they were so ugly!! I wasn’t going to have them do it anymore but they said they will have someone else redo them. Janette was a very very nice girl that ended up doing exactly what I wanted! I wouldn’t recommend the place WHAT SO EVER because first they tried ripping me off and they didn’t even do the nail color I wanted and the lady was blaming my nail saying that “that’s why it came out dark”🤨 but if you’re wanting them done there I recommend Janette!

So I asked the guy to just put acrylic over my own nails and color. He charged me $45. The time before that I was charged $23 for just color. $45 and he didn’t even use a tip on my nails. That’s usually what they charge for French tip. I felt ripped off.

Love this place! The pedicure was very relaxing and the tech made sure I was always comfortable. Also had my nails done by Tina. She did an amazing overlay french tip. Tina took her time and made sure they came out perfect. The place is VERY clean and sanitary. There are two very cute panda bear pedicure chairs for your little princesses so they can also enjoy joy a day of relaxation. Thought this was great since Ive never seen another spa do this. Will definitely be going back and also taking my girls. Highly recommend!

Saw this salon while driving around shopping. Had a little time left so I went and got myself a manicure. This salon is really amazing! Smells really nice and very spacious.The techs work here are very friendly and sociable. Didnt had to wait long till a nail tech came and walked me to her station. She was very gentle with me throughout the manicure. Not once did she pierce my skin while removing the cuticles from my nails She also comply to all my requests without a single problem. When she was done, I was in love with how beautiful my nails looked! Definitely coming back here again!

I had a great experience! The owner was extremely friendly and polite and we had nice conversations. The gel manicure looks lovely, and the gel pedi also. Both were meticulously and precisely done, and all of my calluses and ingrown areas and cuticles were treated with care. I loved the exfoliating scrub up to my knees! It smelled amazing and felt great. The shiatsu massage chair was EVERYTHING!Very spacious and pretty room - I highly recommend this salon.

This is from an experience from one of my girl friends.Tina is very rude, she does not have any sort of customer service experience and she yells at her clients. She rushes her nail techs so she could get more clients in her chairs. I would not recommend this place for nothing!!! I do not recommend this place at all!! I will never go back, the customer service is horrible, they take forever. I was in there for hours for my nails and my two daughters nails. They do not know how to respect your time.

I went in for a pedicure. I called and made an appointment but I ended up waiting for over an hour. When I went in, there were only 3 technicians and 3 people waiting for their turns. I wish someone would have told me to come back later or at least had a decency to tell me how long of a wait I was expecting. I understand that people are loose with time here in El Paso but this is why I make appointments.

The place is clean, the people are friendly but their job was less than decent. I got a pedicure there and the lady asked if I wanted to Cut the nails, I said yes. She cut them way too short and we’re crooked. I mean, come on? Almost all the nails are crooked and look slanted. I’ve never seen anything like that before. She cut the sides of my nails very painfully, she scratched the side of the top of my foot with the pumi bar and left it very red and irritated. I mean, that was the fastest most painful pedicure. Not to mention expensive. I will not be going back again and I do not recommend anyone else going there either

Pretty great, I really like coming here. Usually I go to a place and never go back but Ive been back a couple of times. I actually got my first fill in all the years Ive gotten my nails done. Pricing is average prices. I recommend just spending the extra $10-15 on gel nails otherwise youll be there a lot longer than usual. And even then they still arent dry, which isnt their fault of course, its the 3 coats of nail polish you have to wait to dry. Highly recommend this place, they take their time which is what I love in a nail salon.

I have never walked out of a nail salon before until today. Walked in to an almost empty salon. There was one lady sitting down but to be honest I don’t know if she worked there or not because all she did was turn smile and then turn back around. Stood there waiting (while hearing some ladies having a conversation in the back) I decided to leave, not only because After about 5 min no one came out to greet me, but also because it smelled kinda weird in there as well. Only after I had got my son, and myself back into the car and was already backing out of my spot did the lady come out to the door to wave me back in. At that point it was already to late.

Wow this place is really a gem. I am often in El Paso to visit my parents and I have been trying to look for a decent place to have my nails done. I love how they organized the place and putting the nails chair for kids, this would be a fun place for my niece and me. Very clean and well lit. Techs are very nice and professional. They are also very easy to communicate with. I had my own annoying and confusing requests but the lady who did my nails today did a really good job. She took her time and did not rush through steps. Very gentle and patient. My nails now look incredible with beautiful coat and perfect shape and length just how I like it. Sanitation procedures are strictly followed. Highly recommended !!!

Went in for a simple gel manicure. Had a picture of exactly what I wanted. It was basically a mani with 3 different colors used on different nails. Nothing extravagant or hard to do. The guy didnt want to do the look I requested. I then told him to do all the nails one color except the ring finger. He told me he had a better color for my skin tone. He basically wanted to change everything I requested. Im paying for what I like, not for their opinion. It was so uncomfortable. I will never return there again. Ill go somewhere else for my manicures.

I have been going here for a couple of months and never had any problems. I always thought they were clean and when I have gone it hasn’t been too busy. Well I went about 3 weeks ago to get a pedicure and almost immediately I started having pain on my toe nail. I went back about 2 days later cause I thought maybe they had cut the nail wrong and asked if she could just cut the ingrown nail out ( the owner of the salon). She was so rude and had me sitting there for an hour all just so she could tell me at the end that I had to go to a doctor. Well here I am almost a month later and I come to the doctor and I have a really bad infection. Doc told me it’s probably that they don’t sterilize their equipment correctly. I am so upset because this is all my time and money all for going to some dirty pedicure place. STAY AWAY if you don’t want to te infected by their dirty equipment.

I went there today for the first time. The salon has a clean, calm environment. The man greeted me in a friendly way. When it was time to get my service done (pedicure) the lady who did it was friendly but she talks a lot. Normally I dont mind this but it started interfering with her finishing my pedicure. Then, more customers started coming in and all of a sudden I felt very rushed, which I did not appreciate so I probably will not be returning.

I read many good reviews to this nail salon, that I stopped by for my first visit 2 days ago and they were right! Staff was friendly, professional and did a beautiful job on my nails. I am very satisfied and will absolutely be returning again.

The lady that did my nails was incredibly rude! I believe she is the owner. She was talking bad about customers and even one of her own employees. She was rough and mad at me for not relaxing my hand while she was filing my nails. I was getting stressed out and just wanted to get out of there! I will NEVER go back. I dont wish any bad business on anyone but I think that the owner needs to work on customer service.

The decor is very misleading. I walked in expecting more than I got. The price is very reasonable but Id rather pay more than get the quality of service I got here. I paid for a pedicure and gel manicure and neither lasted more than a week. They dont use sterile tools, they dont place plastic protectors in each foot bath,and Im pretty sure they just reuse the foot pumice on everyone including the callus scraper. Quality of nail polish was very poor also. The owner is very abrasive and rude. Here the customer is not always right.

Went in for a Pedicure and came out with two ingrown toe nails. The sweeping started immediately after the pedicure. The woman who worked on my feet also cause bleeding on the side of one of my big toes. Very painful and now both of my big toes have in grown toe nails. I would look elsewhere for you predicate needs

Ms.Olga was really nice with my grandmother she was very gentle however Has for me the gentlemen that did my pedicure was really rough he seem in a bad mood and he hurted my toes not good. Even do you have hard rough skin and had an ingrown nail it doesnt mean that you gotta be rude and hurt the customers even do the technician has experience they should make you feel comfortable at all times They need to sanitize their nail clippers cuticle nippers and any other devices that they use on every customer in front of the customer I would only recommend to see ms. Olga because she has very gentle hands 👐 she was so careful in not hurting my gramma.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Went in to get a pedicure after waiting an hour they did not clean any tools they used on the girl next to me (was not a100% sure until my friend that I was with told me that they dropped an instrument on the ground and kept using it). They sliced my pink toe really bad with a cheese grater type instrument. I wasnt sure at first what happened I just knew it really hurt. Then the pain wouldnt go away I looked down and blood was all over the towel he was trying to make the bleeding stop then he stuck my cut toe in the dirty water and it filled with blood. They hurried to hide the bloody towel before other customers saw. All they could say was oops sorry. And still made me pay full price for my pedicure. I had to go to the er and they had to give me a tetanus shot and antibiotics. Wish I had a way to post pictures of what they did.

Horrible place I would not recommend anyone go to T & T for any type of service. Horrible customer service in every way possible. In addition purchasing a gift card at this nail salon is a scam. There is a 2 month expiration that no one is advised about in advance. Don’t go here and waste your time or Money.

I had been wanting a pedi but didnt want to go by myself, so I dragged my husband with me and we absolutely loved our experience! Both ladies were so sweet and did such an awesome job on our feet and nails. It was a relaxing atmosphere.

I have been coming to this location for the past 6 months and every time I go in for an acrylic fill I get charged a different amount. I have questioned it the last 3 times and I always get a different excuse. 1. Your nails are too long 2. Your shape is not square, you have oval shape it requires more work 3. The nail polish you requested is new. This last time the girl that always does my nails was over booked and I had waited for an hour so Tina offered to help me. When she was done Tina charged me an additional $10 for replacing one nail that she broke off. When I questioned it Tina replied that I needed to pay whatever amount she told me. I sure let her know how inconsistent her pricing is and that I wont be returning here again.

Walked in was told 20 minute wait, 1 hr later they took my daughter and it took them another hr+ to do her nails. I told them I had somewhere to be at a specific time and they didn’t seem to care, kept getting up to do other things Asked for a fill and they decided to take her nails off and do a full set without even asking if it was something we wanted. If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t recommend.

I just had the WORST experience at tnt nails, I was a regular client with Tina, and today while going To Redeem my gift card she said it Was expired, according to her it only had 2 months to be redeemed ! This made me very upset since it’s money that my husband had given me for our anniversary. I am not going back and don’t know of any other place where gift cards expire so quickly. PATHETIC !

Spring break wanted to take my little ones to get their nails done. Thought wow good reviews, oh look they have two children chairs. Nope wouldnt go there again. Took 1 1/2 hours to do three pedis. Eight chairs running with two workers and finally a third comes in. They have no patience with children. Kept asking mine whats wrong? since she fidgeted and then come to find out she was pinching her toes to steady them while she painted. This gets me upset! Ill take my business else where.Also, I didnt see any packages being sterilized in the autoclaves or busting sterile packets open. I watched the lady that used the cheese grader looking thing, walk over to the sink spray with something and then scrub it. Hope this item isnt gonna be used on someone else without properly being sterilized.

Wife and I just got pedicures. Amazing, they actually removed my ingrown toe nail that the Army wouldnt do. I highly recommend this place. Good prices too!

First time Mom and I went in to T&T for a mani and pedi; Mom got an excellent job done by young funny gentlemen. He made her feel at ease being her first time at a salon. In my case my nails, toes and fingers were massacred by the main lady there (manager maybe). Ouch! I would tell her, she just said Its okay Ive done many nails, no worry. To much in a hurry not gentle. I will not return.

My toes had some pressure from a previous horrible pedi, I thought I had an ingrown nail. Johnny was amazing he took care of me and it turned out they were just tucked cuticles from the previous place.And the prices are so affordable....Best pedi ever!! Thank you 💖👣💅I will be coming back for sure.

I had asked for design on my sister and my nails before we even started the mani and pedi. They told me it was possible to do that design before starting the whole process. When they got to the applying the color portion, they said they were not able to do the design. It was a simple design. The main person, the one that also makes the designs, kept arguing that the design I wanted it was for long nails. The picture I showed her was clearly short nails. Its simple, if you dont know how to do it, just say so. Do not try to look better with the other costumers. Her attitude and her lack of work has stop me from going there... People look around I found another place with so much better experience and better prices...

Wouldnt go anywhere else. Tina and her family are the sweetest and hardest working people in the business. Only nail salon in town where they take their time and do the job right.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!! Went in for a pedicure, besides the fact that I waited almost an hour on a practically empty place, I asked the lady not to cut my nails just file but some how she cut the sides of my nails to give me a new shape and literally pulled out my nails from the sides, I’m in so much pain from my feet NEVER GOING BACK! And to make matters worse I’m 100% percent she used the same cuticle cutter as the girl that was next to me!

They speak Vietnamese to each other and it makes you feel uncomfortable... even after I said it was rude they still continued to talk saying o we no talkie bad. What does that mean? It was a horrible experience I would NEVER recommend this place.

The pedicure was ok, however owner-tina not so nice. I got the gel nail polish, my nails were not fully coveted. I got them sat, today wed... already look like crap... definitely do not recommend. Online pricing is wrong.

We came in town for a family event and based off the ratings this place seemed to be the best closest to where we were! Wrong dont let the reviews deceive you. It took 1 hour for them to start our nails the whole place was empty not one other client was there!! And $45 for a basic mani pedi! Were from DFW & it doesnt even cost that much there!! They used a drill on my natural nails big nono!! They should have used a ridge filler.

Place is clean and staff is friendly. I went for a simple gel color change on my acrylics the guy did like 4 coats of polish they look horrible . I regret it so much .. 2 days later they started to peel off ..
