My mom and I went to get pedicures. They were being snarky about the whole experience. My mom has an injury on one of her toes and he nail is bruised and when the man asked what color she wanted, he said clear? With a laugh. That was very unprofessional. When we got home we noticed her nails are cut so bad. They just needed to be trimmed and some were even pointy. Will not return for sure.

Went for a pedicure, manicure and fill-in. Pedicure was decent. The young lady didn’t speak any English so she couldn’t answer and of my questions. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and she just handed me the plates filled with nails. Requested a manicure with my fill. My nails soaked in warm water for all of 2 mins before she started with the other tools. Another gentleman finished my fill and told me to wash my hands. No hand/arm massage, hot towel or lotion applied. I was going to check out and had to ask the lady what’s included in the manicure. I asked for the lotion along with the hand and arm massage, and she puts lotion in my hand. The lady who was checking me out is the same lady who didn’t speak any English so it was quite difficult to ask her about the what the manicure entailed. This was quite annoying. They also overcharge for the services. Won’t be returning here.

Never coming back here again. I’m usually not the type of person to leave negative reviews, but I have to in this case. First time I came here, I hated the nail job they did. The color was extremely off, as well as design. Just came here today a second time, and absolutely hated it. They didn’t match the colors I wanted at all, when the man was drilling my nails, he was drilling so close to my fingers that it was starting to burn. The shape was completely off, acrylic was not placed evenly, which resulted in my nails looking chunky. My mother got a simple colored coffin set, and they left hers horrible as well. You couldn’t even tell what shape it was, one nail was not placed on straight, another was completely chunky. Definitely would not recommend unless you’re just getting a pedicure. The pedicures were alright.

*UPDATE*Called to complain and they kept saying come tomorrow, and told my girlfriend and I that they guy who did her nails had Covid!!! Also they hung up and were extremely rude.Took my girlfriend there to get her nails done. She brought her own dip powders and said they were bad. They didn’t even ask what nails she wanted and she had to stop them from putting on wrong ones. Not even 4 minutes after we left 1 nail completely broke. Not even 24 hours afterwards more of the nails fell off. Extremely unprofessional, some of them didn’t wear masks and they were hitting on our friend in the middle of all this. I’m the end it was 50 dollars because we brought bad nail dip powders.

My mother went to have a new set of nails and came home so disheartened and upset because of the service she received. She said that the nail tech who did her nails insisted that she change her color because it was too light and it would NOT look good on her. And eventually the nail tech ended up saying that she needed to hurry up and pick another color because he didn’t have time to wait on her...What else do you have to do as a nail tech but wait on your customer and ensure that they are happy with the service provided?? Not only is this rude but its extremely unprofessional. If you don’t want to work then don’t go to work!!! Don’t you dare tell others what is best for them if you don’t know what is best for your own business.We will NEVER visit this location again. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy have ensured the loss of two potential customers.Disgusting service and personnel!!!!!!!

Wow the new owners that took over Foxy Nails!!! I’m speechless!! Got Acrylic and Peter did them so good!!! They are perfect!!! Sky’s Nails is my go too from now on!! I used to go to Northeast nail but they are to expensive and it’s a hit or miss sometime they do good most of the time they don’t. Go to Peter you won’t regret it!!

I found this nail spa after using a different place who originally applied my set of nails. The first set wasnt applied correctly and was lifting. I used Sky Nails to do my fills and they looked beautiful. Two weeks later when it was time for me to get my fills done and there was no lifting and the fills look beautiful again. I know were my new nail salon is. I highly recommend Sky Nails to get the job to look beautiful and no lifting 😍👌.

$40 for nails and $10 for “manicure” that includes only cuticle removal. Worst pedicure ever. Did not clean under my toe nails or around. Only removed cuticle. Did not use lotion after he painted my toe nails. Was rubbing ONE foot with gloves and no lotion (that hurt). Charged me $15 extra to add acrylic to one toe nail and $15 extra for gel. Don’t waste your time. I always pass by here thinking to myself, it’s not as packed as other places, let me give it a try. I SEE WHY. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Seriously. Don’t go over there and get one foot rubbed w gloves on and get strawberry burnt.

I walked in to get my gel nail polish removed on my toes. He wanted to charge me $40 even when I mentioned I wouldn’t be getting nail polish after the fact. He brought it down to $30. He cut my cuticle and I was left bleeding. All he did was wipe it with his bare fingers. It continued to bleed throughout the process. He then clipped my toenails way too short and crooked. My heals and bottom of my feet were left rough. I don’t recommend going here. Also no AC was on. I left the seat covered on sweat

My nails look like if a little kid did them. I got acrylics done in the matter of 15Mins someone else finished my nails and she made them look horrific. I asked her to fix them and make lines straight and she said she was going to do another coat YET never fixed the lines to make them straight.I had residue on my nails I had little drops from her putting to much gel at the end on edge of nails and I had nail polish all over my hands. She then later told me to go back. But i will definitely never return. If I could give this place a0 I would.

The guy talked very poorly about me to his coworker right in front of me. Didn’t even finish doing my nails and started on another customer. Will never come back.

Walked in and was immediately greeted and sat down for a pedi. The massage was super light handed and I felt like they were sleepy. It happens sometimes.Side note, the guy that painted my 9 year olds nails was super patient and told her if she stopped biting her nails he would make it extra fancy next time.Good, clean experience... but I would rather have a great massage and sacrifice the time on the polish.

This place was good but is slowly declining. My cousin and I went on Sunday and the girl who did my Mani and pedi was a little rude and did a horrible job. My gel mani was done sloppy. Left exposed bare nail and when I addressed the issue she didnt even correct it right. Added more coats and some of the nails were thick and bumpy. Didnt even clean off the excess polish around the cuticles. She did some touch ups on my pedi and now my toe nails are two toned. Such a nice place with mediocre work done

Atmosphere was relaxing and there was only a person leaving when I arrived. Come to find out the hard way why there was no customers. Im on day 4 of my manicure and it looks like day 21 of other places (on average). Polish is flaking off. Also, 2 of my nails were broke prior so I asked to get 2 fake tips to blend. They were uneven super thick (they used to much of the powder and didnt smooth it out) i had to take an Emory board on my own to try to shape it some but was impossible. He also cut my cuticles and skin until it bled on at least 3 nails.Will not go back here. Next time will try the nail shop at the bottom of the parking lot.Also, they were playing inappropriate things on the tv for a business. Alot of moms go into nail shops and alot of them bring their kids. Granted it was kind of a documentary/educational on a culture that lived in the rainforest but everyone was totally nude with no sensory and it was like that the entire show. Not professional or cool to be in an open public business. #uncomfortable#

The guy who worked on my nails was weird. His nails were dirty, didn’t wash his hands which would’ve put me at ease. Tried to set me up w the other guy working there, talking & laughing in their native language, It was awkward. I was glad when other women showed up. I never do my nails, just wanted a pick me up for a job interview. Went across the street to wash my hands after wards.My nails turned out cute. But don’t think I’d go back.

Super Slow and expensive for there bad work. I went in at 12 and left at 3pm so upsetting when there were 4 people and 5 employees. I paid $35 for gel manicure and on day 3 they started to come off!

I got DIP nails done on Friday and initially it looked good. By the next day many of the nails were cracked as if the procedure wasnt done properly. They are also overpriced..for $40 I expect the nails to last more than 3 days.

Nail tech was very rough on my nails, I literally thought my whole nail was going to come off. Was also rude. The shape was very sloppy.

This is my second time coming here and I will not be coming back. The service I received was subpar at that. My nail tech rushed through everything, didn’t massage me at all..not even enough to rub in the lotion. When I asked her to cut down one toenail a little bit shorter she threw her hands up as if annoyed. Once finished she didn’t say thank you or a word and just began cleaning up while I was still in the chair, then went onto the next customer.

If I could give this place a 0 I would because honestly how can you paint someone’s nails without putting on your glasses and then charge a ridiculous amount. Please do yourself a favor and don’t come to this place. Your better off with press ons.

The man did a good job on my nails

The man who did my nails left me alone for 20 mins while he went to go smoke outside and eat in front of me. He gave me a shape I did not want, the shape was supposed to be coffin, it did not look like it all. I was nice and didn’t say anything. The acrylic powder was all over my cuticles. My nails hurt and they are lifting after two weeks!!! l.IVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM ANYWHERE ELSE. I paid $50 for my set. I do Not recommend this place.

Is definitely a bad experience with them, I went there to change my gel, and the guy who assisted me was very rude and unprofessional, he got mad at me because he didnt removed gel right and I told him, and he TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE PLACE, He puts me out, and I didnt leave and he kept talking with his co-worker about it, and he told me whoever did my nails before they did wrong, and I told him that is why I am there for him to fix it because I didnt like the other color, and I got really mad, and told him to stop and charge me for whatever he did so far, I dont disrespect people or talk bad with people. He went really far today. This place is a GARBAGE 🗑

DO NOT GET LONG ACRYLIC NAILS HERE. The man who did my nails was watching tv the whole time he was doing my nails and kept tugging my hand aggressively. I asked for a decent size coffin nail and came out with short almond shape nails. Still paid full price and took them off within the next two days, with no trouble. Amazing place! Victoria is an awesome nail design and toes too! She did a great job massaging and designing my feet/toes! Everyone is very polite and professional! I highly recommend this nail shop! It’s also very affordable and well maintained! Everything you could wish for and I know, it must sound too good to be true but I’m telling ya, the service is incredible!

First visit was great my daughter and I had our nails done Jenny was very kind, but got up several times to wax eyebrows so it took a long time. Went three weeks later for a fill and Veronica did my nails she did them short just like I ask, but when ask to do some design on the nails I received a few swishes of color and was charged 60 dollars for a fill and swish of color. Took my daughter back for a fill two days later and asked for the acrylics to be short since she was in cheer and Jenny refused to make them short cost with color only 50 dollars and she had to go home a cut the nails short.Not worth going to this business. There are better places out there.

They but my nails and the man who did them put my name on the ring finger and on the aother one he drew somethign wired and he was been rude to us and he even wanted his tip and he went outside and smoke and he ate mcdonalds in front of me and he was asking me wired question and i felt super wired about it

This was not my first visit to this nail spa. In fact it was my third. Wasnt particularly impressed with my first two visits but the location was convenient. This review is on a particular nail tech whom I believe is the owner. The first time he worked on me it was for a fill. Nothing major. Came out fine. I should mention however that he did not do the original set. It was done at my tried and trusted location at the Fountains. This time I came in for a new set. It started out as any other visit before. He began buffing my nails, choosing the tips, and then proceeded to apply them. I noticed that on one finger the tip was not glued down properly. It was applied at a 45 degree angle, is how i could best describe it. There was a very obvious gap between my natural nail and the acrylic tip. I asked him if he could redo it. He attempted to dismiss my request saying that the acrylic would somehow fix it. To which I said I did not want to have it fall off and have to come back just to be charged to fix it. He huffed and proceeded to aggressively pull the tip off of my finger before I pulled my hand back and asked him to use the nail clippers. He continued on with the set that which you can see is a despicable one at that. I will NEVER return to this establishment. I will also be contacting the BBB.

Pedicures are fine, but stay away if you want acrylics. I went here because my usual salon was closed. Big mistake.I asked for natural looking nails, showed the tech a picture, and he said no problem. I knew something was up when the tech did not clean any of the dirt from my nails. He didnt trim my cuticle, nothing.. he slapped on the acrylics, did a hasty trim and file, and started to gel them.When I asked if he could make them shorter (for work) he said they would look bad. After I insisted, he filed them shorter left them terribly crooked, and gelled them. When I pointed out all the dirt he left behind under my nails, he said thats normal. I insisted he remove it because I couldnt get it out myself. He took the drill and started drilling under my nails and nicked my skin! When I pulled my hand away from the pain the tech next to him said I can use a brush and bleach to get the dirt out.I promptly paid and left.The tech rushed, left my nails uneven, dirty, and gave me serious attitude when I asked him to fix his mistakes.Never again. I do not recommend this place. Go to Northeast Nail Spa instead. Theyre right across the parking lot and do a much better job.

You have to come here and see Victoria the Queen. She is the absolute best in the world. Very attentive, professional and creative. Also very pretty and kind. She does EXACTLY what you want/need so its a win win with her!

Was my first time coming to foxy nails after having bad nail experiences everywhere else. And I was really satisfied with their services and prices. Really friendly staff Victoria and Kevin, fully staffed with no wait. I highly recommend coming to this place:)

AVOID THIS PLACE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! I wouldn’t even rate a 1 star but had to only for the review!!This is by far the Worst place I have ever been to. They won cut my nails when I only asked for them to file my nails. When it came to the nail polish they just wanted to dab nail polish on my nail without spreading it out even then he got very upset when I asked him to start from the top to the bottom and spread the nail polish because when it’s white it looks lumpy and I only wanted one coat and not two coats. He then got extremely upset and ripped out the tow individuals and gave me my shoes in my hand and asked me to leave in his language and really yelled and made a big scene with every other customer that was there. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

This place is the worst. The tech was to busy watch tv to pay attention. He didn’t even clean my cuticles and when I brought it up he said “ what do you expect for $35! His job was sub par and I even have pictures. I told him to take off the nail polis that was lumpy. He was saying something in his native tough, probably cursing me!

Excellent service, terrific staff members, both men and women, who truly provided that nail maintenance Ive been longing through decades of experience with other nail salons locally and overseas. I am honestly impressed by the results and will be continuing monthly nail maintenance here. Thank everyone for their great service.

We came around 7:20 for three full sets and one wax. They were really nice and actually worked overtime just for us to be finished. Great place for nails and wonderful people overall.-Will definitely come again

I asked the man to give my daughter a $15 manicure and a $25 pedicure. He charged me $70 —saying that gel polish was more expensive. He didn’t seek my approval before adding the charge yet forced me to pay it anyways. This will be the last time that Foxy Nails ever sees me in their store. It’s a shame since I used to be a frequent customer. Buh-bye! There are many other stores that won’t tack on hidden charges. Avoid this store.

Edit from my original rating...We went here for my birthday and the lady I had was great except she doesnt work there regularly. Since then my friend and I have gone to have the last few visits really suck. Not worth it ! Wanted to treat my mom and me to some acrylic nails the place looked nice and decent so I thought I would give it try, first the guy didn’t ask me how long or short I wanted them, THANK GOD I wanted them short cause he seemed to decide that for me! Second he was extremely rough! Third when it came down to my moms nails they wouldn’t take into consideration what my mom wanted they just listen to the color and decided that my mom wanted them longer than she did . The guy had said if we both got gel he would leave them for $35 each well some how only for acrylic nails simple no gems or anything I ended up paying $90!! Not worth it !! it seems like you can’t even speak up because they fight what your saying or how you prefer things!

Way to expensive for the quality. The place seemed clean and nice, so I thought Id try it out. My pedicure turned out great but the full set I got got my wedding was mediocre at best. I chose ombre style and I generally dont like really long nails. I kept asking him to cut them down but they suggested that of I went shorter they would not look right. I caved but when he was finished you could still see the bed of the nail closest to my cuticle making them look like they grew out a little. It had already been two hours and I needed to get going. Everything totaled 100 dollars which means I paid 50 for each service which did not match their price chart. I wont be going there again

First time come Foxy nails on the northwest side of town. The place very clean. They have a lot of professional employees. Victoria did my nails, it came out beautifully. Great customer service. Highly recommended this place.

I went in & asked for acrylic with glitter. They said they would charge me $30. When Im at the register the lady said it would be $40!! & to top it off, she hurt my cuticles so bad they bled! People are so rude NEVER come here, work is messy & Overly priced

The worst nail salon I have EVER been to. If you like bad attitudes, sloppy, and rushed work this is your place! My first encounter first was with the nail tech to the door his arrogance and the way he speaks to customers are completely unsatisfactory every customer is lady, he was loud, and boisterous, says his work is “perfect” ....FAR FROM PERFECT. The nails were crooked and gel lifted within days.I returned and saw Victoria, she made the corrections but my next visit she shaped them horribly and said it was my fault lol. I told her I didn’t like it and as a customer I have that right... she began to raise her voice, but with a smile (I’m noting that because she said she was smiling🙄) I told her she didn’t have to raise her voice it’s not what you say it’s HOW you say it. Needless to say I will NOT be returning to this LACK OF a business establishment during my tenure here at Fort Bliss. Most unprofessional and sloppy work I’ve ever seen.Go to Northeast Side on the other end of the shopping center. Patient and professional and take their time and do great work. Additionally you get a frequent purchase card after 4 visits you get $4 off next visit! And they have the new nail dip powder very nice!!

One of the guys there YANKED my hand in an angry manner while he was removing my acrylic off my nail. He got angry and pulled my hand and was shaking his head all because I asked if he could remove some acrylic that he missed. My nails are very thin and he kept burning them with the dremel nail file which is reasonable but when I would let him know any sign of pain he would shake his head and still go over the sensitive spots like he was trying to do it on purpose! Honestly horrible experience I feel angry for not standing up for myself. Please dont go here!

I found Victoria who used to work at northeast nail spa! She’s now at Foxy nails across the parking lot. She’s the best what ever you want done she can do it! Patient and listens to what you want! I love her!

I decided to give the benefit of the doubt going through the reviews. All I wanted was an eye brow wax, which I got. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because my eye brows turned out ok. I waited almost 30 minutes for the one lady who could do eyebrows to finish with only 3 other ladies...which seems way to long to me. Then when I try to pay with my card I was told the card machine didnt work and they only took cash.....not only did I not have cash on me,but she let me know after everything was done, not before. I had to go out of my way to the shell gas station to get cash. Anyone could have easily got in their car and left without paying, but I didnt want that bad karma. In my eyes that was very unprofessional. Wont be going back.

My husband had purchased a $35 gift card for a pedicure to give to me. & the lady was extremely rushed I think it took about 20min there was only 1 more person, so no need for the rush! I had chosen the deluxe pedi which is $35, which comes with a massage and etc..I still had to pay extra $15. She left my right toe nail crook it. My husband was soo disappointed 😔 he just wanted to do something nice for me and they didn’t even care. Never again!

Did my nails completely wrong. I asked for coffin and they said no to keep it squared, then they made the nails all different sizes. Also they cut my finger twice! Then charged me extra for paying with card. Hurried me out of there and closed the door quick once i left. Horrible service ladies!!!

The worst place in El Paso to get your nails done. The first time I was here was about a year ago when they first opened. I wasnt happy with the results the first time but thought after so long maybe itd be different. When I went in this second time there wasnt any customers. When the lady started my nails it was rushed. Then one of my nails were glued crooked and I pointed it out and she said it was just how my finger was. I kept insisting for her to redo it until she finally did. Then when she started to cut them I told her I wanted then long and squared since the first time I went I got coffin tip and they were all different sizes. She did my nails short and I was like no excuse me thats too short and u can tell she got bothered and started talking about me.she started to redo them and may I add that NOTHING she was using on me was sanitized. She cut me multiple times and said it was because my skin was dry. There was a lint on my nail which she blamed me for, the Polish wasnt completely covering my nail which I was also blamed for and my Nils came our lumpy, short, different shapes and just hideous. Im so unhappy and I cannot wait for this place to get closed down.

Terrible experience!!!! I spent $40 for my nails to come out worse then when I went in. It took the nail tech 2 hours to complete the job. My nails are different lengths. The gel polish left blotches and he had to do at least 4 coats. Paint on my skin. Acrylic is uneven and not natural. I explained to shape and he decided to do his own thing. I’m sorry I’m extremely picky with my nails and especially if I’m paying over $40 to have them done.... I ask for a polish change he said $20. I will neverrrrr go back to this location. Terrible

Im a military spouse from out of state and foxy nails is just wonderful I absolutely love it. After trying to find a good place to just relax and get my nails and feet done this is by far the best in El Paso. The staff has been very professional considerate and caring every time I have come here. Victoria is wonderful and does exceptional work. I will definitely keep coming back.

Very disappointing. First off COMMUNICATION IS KEY to anything and the especially customer service. I walked in and off the bat, it was a Can I help you-go pick out a color immediately following three ladies walked in and the welcome was very different😡 we all wanted pedicures.There were five seats open. Needless to say They were serviced and well I left. No communication and a lady sitting in the chair of VICTORIA POINTED OUT I was there first and she blew if off. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Victoria is awesome its been almost 2 weeks and my nails are as good as they were the day got them done, there just grown out. Foxy nails have new employees more pleasant then the old ones i.am.very pleased with my.service there Victoria and Kevin are great

I will never go back and will go out of my way to tell people to never go to this location. When you are in the customer service industry, its expected that try to treat your customers good. The manager yelled at me and got hostile because after being so rude and making unnecessary comments about my feet, I finally told him that if he didnt want to paint my nails I would wait for the female manicurist. He actually slammed the nail polish he had in a drawer and slammed it. I should have walked out when he made a scene earlier with another customer that walked in saying that she was charged extra on her card. BEWARE!!! I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect out of no where.

Is definitely a badd experience will not go there again.

Just got my nails done and I love they way Victoria did them 🙂 Go to foxy nails and ask for VICTORIA she is good at what she does and if you need any kind of design on your nails she the one to go to.

Today I went and got a long overdue pedicure and Veronica was amazing from the moment I walked in she also did a very nice design on my toe nails ... I will definitely be back thank u so much Veronica ....

Normally I would not write a negative review but my visit here was TERRIBLE. I should have listened to the previous review, but I like to give businesses a chance. First the young gentleman criticized my toes, and I know this for a fact, because he kept mentioning it to me. Then was chit chatting w/ his co worker looking at me and laughing. I felt so uncomfortable. Secondly, what I left with does not look as if I went to get a pedicure professionally done. And to top it all off when I paid out I did leave a small but decent tip, since I was not satisfied with my service, but did not want to be rude either.. and what do they do they basically announced I was a poor tipper. Hopefully no one else has to experience the service I recieved. I will go elsewhere from now on.

I’ve been a regular here for a while with Victoria. But I went in yesterday to get a pedicure and full set. A man did it this time instead. The pedicure came out fine but when it was time for my full set omg. He didn’t ask if I wanted a shape so I told him I wanted coffin nails. Normally they cut the nail into the shape before applying acrylic, he didn’t. So he applied acrylic to every nail and then tried to shape them with the nail file which resulted into my skin being torn on my middle finger and thumb. I didn’t notice until I saw blood on the white nail file and pointed it out to him. He didn’t apologize instead he kept trying to touch it and finish the job. I told him I needed alcohol to clean the cut. I was so pissed I didn’t even look to see how the nails came out I just wanted to leave immediately so I quickly paid and left (which I regret doing) I got home and examined my nails and they look TEEERRRIBLE! Thick, uneven, crooked, just bad. After being a regular I will never go back to this place. And oh the pedicure and manicure was 100$ which is extremely overpriced for the terrrible work those men do. Victoria is good but those guys who work there are not. Please don’t waste your time or money there.

To pricey just to fix one nail and gel she wanted $30.00 dollars.

An old bald guy did my nails, and he charged me for gel that I didnt ask for. When you tack on charges that people dont ask for, it reflects desperation. These guys must really be struggling, because Ive read the reviews, and apparently Im not the only one that had this kind of experience. The old bald guy should have asked for my approval before charging me for something I didnt ask for which cost me an extra $30!

Im not picky, but wow she did a horrible job! I didnt want to be rude so I paid and left but I have to go somewhere to get them fixed now. I honestly dont recommend this place. One of the men that works there is extremely rude. I was very uncomfortable. Had high hopes because its new and close to where I live but no, not going back.

Wont return or recommend. Charge $87.97 for $15 mani / $35 pedi w/ Gel nails on each, there is no explanation for charging that much. This is the second time they have over charged me, last time it was $60 for a pedi only with regular polish. Two days later two nails have fallen off!
