I love this place and they have finally re-opened! I am SO happy! Theyre always friendly and very professional. It is always clean and now theyve implemented all the safety measures necessary for the current situation. I recommend them to all my friends ❤

I don’t normally get a mani or pedi very often but this is my second time going to glo nails and with Sarah and I’m absolutely pleased with her work, she took her time with my toes and hands, I even messed up one of my nails and she was more than happy to fix it for me, I would highly recommend you go with her :)

I have tried so many salons finally found one that does it right. I have never had a bad experience here. Staff is great and the owner is very kind. Love, Love this place!

I love this place.

I have been to quite a few nail salons in the area, and I love this one. They are very friendly ladies, they do excellent, professional work. They do everything to ensure your experience is relaxing providing drinks, and nice conversation. They also provide a military/student discount of 15 percent. They recently changed owners, and I believe this has made a huge change in the atmosphere that some of the previous reviewers complained about.

From the second I walked in until the second I walked out profanity was consistent. Not to mention the fact that the other nail techs were running about the owners business. She being cheated on and wants to screw her husbands job up etc. Made for a very awkward experience. My nail tech, however, did absolutely amazing so if by some chance you go....see Michelle. It was her first day and the other girls were rude and seemed to make her uncomfortable as well. Then on top of it my total should have been $22 for a full set with polish and the loudest, most aggressive nail tech decided I should pay $47! I tipped my girl even so cause it wasnt her fault. Horrible HORRIBLE experience! Hopefully my nail tech moves and Ill follow.After I made the review the owner contacted me and bribed me to take it down for a refund of my money. I agreed and then she said she would never give a refund. Ive made a complaint with the BBB stay far away from this place AND the one by the outlet mall.

Special thanks to the AMAZING staff at Glo Nails for saving my nails after I got the manicure from hell at another business. I was in tears after being ripped off and wasting my money when i walked in from Lee Nails 15 mins later.GLO Nails saves the day, cheered me right up, and even the customers were amazing. A pedicure should have cost maybe 35 at most. I paid almost 70. I was shocked! But Im not confrontational and just was nickel and dimed for what seemed outrageous. Will never go back. You do not pay for what you ask for.

Never had my nails done here but they do great eyebrows. They don’t thin them out like other places. I’ve had different people help me from this location and this is the only place that actually listens and does exactly what I ask. I wouldn’t dare trust any other place.

My nail lady on redd and Westwind is out for a while and I was trying to find a place to get my nails done . I went to Glo on Resler . Nails awful will never ever go again they put a new set and the nail they glue on is as wide as your finger now Im going to go somewhere else to fix this im going on vacation to cancun and Im not going with this awful nails. So disappointed my pedicure was ok I guess one nail not painted completely.

Very rude employees and nobody speaks English!!! Very disappointed at how dirty the place was. Very unprofessional!! Will never go again
