Had such a wonderful experience here! It had been over a year since I treated myself to a manicure and my cuticles were rough to say the least. My nail tech did an amazing job and took his time to make sure he made them perfect. I got the dip manicure and had a small cut on one of my finger nail beds and he was really gentle around it and checked in with me to make sure he didn’t hurt me! They also had SO MANY colors to choose from and I found exactly what I was looking for! Will definitely be coming here from now on!

Nice, relaxing pedicure. Went in as a walk in and they were able to assist us right away. They have an amazing selection of colors and variety of pedicures- from basic $25 to a full on treat yourself. The guys doing our pedicure were very professional and i appreciate that they dont try to upsell you like a lot of other places. Will definitely be back when Im on this side of town

Lee never disappoints! He and the rest of the techs do a great job on my nails. I did years of acrylics and he has switched me to dip powder for the health of my nails and they have grown and not broken off like they used to! I typically allow him to decide nail art and color for me but he and his team can also do almost all modern designs seen on Pinterest and are happy to try new things. They also take their time. I will continue to travel 45 minutes each way to get my nails done at this shop.

The people were nice but the pedicure was really bad. I got the deluxe and it wasn’t worth it. Not very relaxing or not a good massage. But she tried. She also didn’t file my nails evenly /: and the polish wasn’t applied nicely. Wouldn’t recommend

I have been a regular loyal customer forever (10 years). Peter gives heavenly pedicures. They are wonders. Lee does my nails. I have acrylic and am picky. He’s great. My nails last. Best place I have ever tried.

This was my first visit to this location, and I was really happy with the whole experience. It’s very clean, and the guys are nice, professional and gentle - I’ve had pedicures that actually hurt because I’m prone to ingrown nails, but not here. I’ll definitely be a return customer.

I have gone there a couple of years now and I always go with Allan. He has done mine, my sisters and my moms nail and never fails us! If you want a great person to do your nails ask for Allan at the nail shop! He does great designs as well!

Love the employees at the Nail Shop! Very clean, professional and they definitely take their time to make sure you get a great experience. Allan is my go to guy, he really cares about making sure you get what you want and does amazing pedicures & nails.

I have been going to Peter for years (10 plus), and he does an amazing job. It is not only just good color, professionalism, and him always being so accommodating, but he gives the best foot massages (every lady needs a good foot massage with their pedicure. I highly recommend him and the nail shop.

This was the worst nail salons I have ever gone too! Trust me on this, you’ll probably will regret coming here. They were rude, impatient and aggressive. My hands were in a lot of pain after words. Just don’t come here they’re really mean.

Had made an appointment but when we arrived they treated it like a walk in. It took them almost 3 hrs to get my friend and I out of there. I had the same person for pedi and mani except for the end they had another guy do the polish on the mani. The pedicure guy was good, but the polish guy was not. I ended up with gunky polish bumps and messy polish job. He got mad that he had to redo one of the nails...not bc of me but bc he wasn’t paying attention and bumped it on the towel. Super rude and took way too long. Not going back.

Received both pedi and mani. However, after 2nd day, nail polish from pedi, began to peel off! Bill was for $85.00 plus tip. Very disappointed.

I was there for a mani (fills) and pedi and it took 3 hrs to get this done. After I told Lee that they looked too thin he said it was so they looked more natural. The next morning I woke up with a broken nail and had to go get it fixed. The following morning the same thing happened I woke up with a broken nail and once again I went to get it fixed. This time Lee was extremely rude to me. I had never experienced this type of treatment anywhere. He couldnt make the design I had on the nail and was upset he suggested leaving it without the design or changing it to a different color. He sat there upset because I didnt want something I hadnt asked for. Finally, someone else made the design I previously had. The next day same thing another broken nail. This time I requested my money back because I refuse to be treated with such disrespect. When I went to pick up my money I asked someone else to fix that nail because I had to leave out of town next morning. Lee denied the service even though he wasnt going to do it. When I left I called and asked to speak to manager or owner Lee refused to give me the information and hung up on me. I will never return to this place and I will make sure people I know do the same.

Cut my nails off and then tried saying that my nails were like that and not to mention he cut my nails and it was PAINFUL Took 3 hrs to get it fixed. Also giving me such a hard time for my nails for my wedding and still charged me allot for an ok job.

I got a pedicure done and it was great- I had seen that the cost was $33 dollars plus the tip I was going to add. After I asked the guy to take off the gel of my nails and he said that was fine... JUST TAKE OFF THE GEL OFF MY NAILS. When I went on to pay he didn’t ask if I wanted to add a tip on the card or anything then I saw that I was getting charged $60 dollars. So I figured my total was going to come out to around $43 taking into account that most places just charge $10 to take off gel. I did not appreciate them over charging me and taking advantage. I will not be coming back nor recommending to anyone.

I love The Nail Shop!!! The employees are so friendly and professional. I saw Allen tonight and he gave me a beautiful mani/pedi, for a great price too! It took me ages to finally find a nail salon in El Paso and I’m so glad I discovered this one. I will always recommend this place :)

Ive been going for over a year to this nail place. You never needed an appointment. Especially when you are a loyal customer. Today I was told by Lee they couldnt see me because I just need a filling, since I answered no to a pedicure. So if you dont spend $100 all the time they dont service you. Well you lost a customer today. I always gave you guys very good tips of 20% or more on the services. Good lunck on your days when you dont have customers. I know because I was there many days having a service, and I was the only customer. The people who manage the place before (Kay and her husband) were excellent with customers and way smarter too. They knew about customer service. I wonder what happened to all the old employees? They were so good!!!

Did a decent job and love the color of my pedi, but the girl who did mine clipped two of my toe nails too short on the sides so they kind of hurt and a few I had to go back and file because they were left with pointy edges...first time I was not actually completely happy with my pedi. The wait time was not too long, pricing was average.

I went to El Paso for a fun weekend with friends in September it’s December now, my nails lasted me 2 months, amazing. I have never had nails last me so long I was able to get refills on the nails back in my city, all I have to say is that they’re really well done, and glued not one broken nail or unglued nail these past months. Amazing friendly staff and an amazing job, if I were to be back in El Paso I would definitely be going here again.

I walked in when they were busy without an appointment and was taken care of pretty quickly. Immediately upon being seated I was offered something to drink. My pedicure was pretty good but Ive had better. Admittedly, my feet were in bad shape. I also got my eyebrows waxed and it was done really well. The staff here are definitely sales people and will ask you about doing more than what you came in for. They also really want you to pay cash and not a card if you can help it. Prices were reasonable. Ill go back next time I need a pedi and brow wax but next time I will go for the luxury pedicure instead of the deluxe.

People here were friendly. Easy to make an appointment for 3 pedicures the same day even the day before Thanksgiving. Plenty of parking.

We were staying in town overnight and I needed a manicure with dipping powder! They did an amazing job! The hubby even got a mani and he enjoyed it! Definitely recommend this nail salon!

I went in for a mani pedi with my daughter. I couldnt be happier. My dip manicure looks beautiful and my pedicure was exceptional. The salon is very clean and the prices are competitive (this isnt a cheap salon that does low quality work). Ill be back.

I love coming here the staff is amazing and oh so nice! I love the vibe they have goin on there! Their work is also very good and fast! My nails never lift and my pedicures are always very relaxing and the nail polish never chips!

I don’t even know where to begin with this place! The people are rude, and I don’t want to be mean but they are extremely difficult to understand. I gave the guy specific instructions on what I wanted and I even provided a photo, he did everything but. He didn’t even get the shape right! I can honestly say this is the worst place I’ve been to, he even left bumps and dents on my nails guys :( I wish I could give it a zero.

This place is not good anymore it’s under new administration- not friendly new owner. if you make an appointment and you showed up they said that they are busy and say so sorry ... and you waste your time.so I do not recommend any more this place I’m so sorry to say that but it’s a sad true.

Had a nail break and they took me right in. They were very careful when removing the acrylic so not to hurt me. I go every 3 weeks for fills and have never wanted to go elsewhere. I recommend you going there.

My nail tech was absolutely awesome. She went out of her way. The shop was super busy but I felt like I was her only customer.

They do the best pedicures in town. I have tried so many places and so far this is the best place to get pedicures.

My bfriend and I won gift certificates to this salon for a mani pedi. They treated us like we were mooching and they even voiced something about the manicurist not getting her pay. The pedicurist was rough and hurt my feet twice with the sharp cuticle trimmer. After that he was sloppy with his work. Very unhappy with the service.

My daughter and I went in for Manis, Pedis and Acrylic nails service. I asked for an actual manicure. They simply clipped mine and my daughters cuticles and added $15 each for the service. Very disappointed. I didnt really like them being insistent on providing you the service THEY wanted, not going along with what youd ask for. I wanted a Deluxe Pedicure ($35) and they insisted on adding gel for an additional $15 fee. I went ahead with it since I was wearing tennis shoes. If you have a bit of ingrown nails, be ready for a painful pedicure. It hurt pretty bad and both my big toes bled since my skin was cut during nail trimming. During my daughters Acrylic nail application, the other guy was rough and hurt my daughters hand. He really upset her. She cried and said her hand really hurt. He was very apologetic and said he wouldnt charge her for the $15 MANICURE that didnt look like he did in the first place. 😒 Not very satisfied. The guy doing my nails insisted on a different nail color pattern from what I requested for gel application. I just went with what he said. At the end of the services, my total was a surprising $107 not including tip which I didnt provide due to such an unpleasant visit. My daughter ended up paying about $90 for her services. They did do a decent job in the final look which is my only reason for 3 stars. But for our overall experience it would be 2 stars. Dont think well be returning.

As I walked in Lee was at the first table, welcome me and asked me what type of service do I need. I told him I wanted manicure, he guided me to look for the right color, then he promptly started working on my nails.He did finished before the promised time, and did an excellent job!!Thank you so much Lee for my beautiful nails!!

The best attention, arrive half an hour before they closed and they treated me very cordially and without problem.They gave me the price before starting the job and it was what I ended up paying that for me was the most important thing.The work for my taste was perfect gave the appropriate shape to the nail and made me the design very similar to the sample.Widely recommended 💗
