I love the hospitality. They asks me if temperature is good for my liking. The massage are also great! I highly recommend to communicate with the nail artist what you like and if you don’t like. My pet peeve is the quality nail color. They never failed me to impress me. They have been my nail salon since I’ve been to El Paso which is about one year now. Highly recommended! 💯 And bring your friends as well 💗

Rachel did a spectacular job!! Very professional, fast, and created a wonderful experience all around. I hate feet, including my own.. But Ill definitely be back for more pampering of these bad girls lol.

We just moved here from Katy Texas. Our nail spa Mimosa was the perfect nail spa. TL Nails offers the same quality services. We have found our nail shop here in El Paso. My girl is VERY hard to please when it comes to getting her nails done. I havent heard one complaint. $$$ I have to edit my review. On my return visit my first experience was shot to hell. The girl made my water to hot and burned my feet. Although the pedicure was acceptable the whole experience was terrible. The massage was terrible and the whole experience quite painful. I wont be back

The owner is very professional always trying to make you feel comfortable.. . all the ladies are nice ... never seen one in a bad mood .. it’s the usual prices .. not too cheap nor too expensive... overall they know what they’re doing ... otherwise it’s good :)

I’ve been contemplating whether or not to post this review but every time I look at my nails I get very annoyed.When I got home I realized a few things1. Most of my nails were not filed down correctly.... they are completely uneven!2. Some of the corners aren’t even painted.3. I was bleeding because she went to close to my skin4. The paint job was simply horrendousI will not to be coming back to this establishment and I will advise everyone and anyone to not visit as well.

WORST PLACE TO COME...Came to get a couples pedi with my significant other... i advised them of this and they said no problem ... I had planned an amazing day for the two of us... A kind gentleman attended her while another lady myself... After putting my feet in the water the lady decided to go have a meal ruining our couples pedicure... We could hear her eating and chatting away in the back... She finally came to attend me minutes before she was done... Unacceptable for any business... Would never recommend this place to anyone. The worst place is they still wanted to charge us full price when all they did was put my feet in the water... Poor customer service to the max except the sweet gentleman.

I got dip nails and a pedicure yesterday, the dip nails I loved, on the other hand the gentleman who did my pedicure was very very rough and my big toe is hurting today, looks like it might get infected. Never had an issue here until yesterday.

Went in for a simple gel manicure and they started to chip the next day. Went back to get them retouched and same thing happened two days later. Paid $35 for a poor quality session

Got these done 2 days ago. I was told the wait was 20 minutes and waited an hour and a half.

In from ft worth needed a full set and pedi both gentlemen were friendly and professional.id recommend them both.they both did a beautiful job will return again if in town again. Thanks awesome experience❤

The girl who did my nails took her time, and I love the way my nails turned out. Everyone working there was super friendly. I paid 30 for a manicure with gel polish. This was my first time there and I know other places arent as pricey, but ill definitely be coming back here again.

First time I called made an appointment. Excellent service and prices very reasonable! Prices start at 20.00 for the basic pedicure.

I am one to get my nails done a lot so I know how I like my nails and how they should look. I also know they typical ranges for said nails become I always do the same thing. I chose this place at first because it seemed very reasonably priced and it was close to me. On the board it says a new set is $35 ! Little did I know they charge extra $7 for shaping and another $5-7 for color, and ANOTHER $5 for length !!!!! I ended up paying over $60 for a nude pink nail ( no designs, all fingers the same color)I then took my baby sister to get gel nails, and they charged me $50 when on the board again it said $35 . It was seriously ridiculous!But i recommend getting your eyebrows done here !!!! They do amazing on eyebrows !

Great staff and quality work every time

Recently got my nails done out of town and came here to get three broken nails fixed and honestly my nails would have looked better if i had left them broken. The nails they “fixed” are nowhere near the same shape as my other nails. one nail looks completely flat and the “fixed” nails are uneven in thickness. The nail polishes was slathered on and even after 10 minutes of drying i walked out with my nails still wet and with bubbles. Im not the type to leave reviews but i have honestly never been so dissatisfied with a service.

I LOVED THE EXPERIENCE. IT was My first time doing a pedi & manicure & nails. I was a little embarrassed I didnt shaved my legs 😀. Ill be seen you guys soon. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I went here to get my eyebrows done. The sign says 8 dollars. However if you are paying with card they charge you 9 dollars. I asked why, they said there is a 15 dollar minimum with card. However, that is not posted on any of their signs.

I was in El Paso from out of town. Wanted to get my nails done and came across this place. No issues what so ever. Nice and accommodating people. Comparable service and prices to where I am from in Michigan. Will return if Im in the area again.

I am a returning customer. I like their work, Im not ever crazy about the service but they get the work done and the owners are friendly. However, they charge a ridiculous amount for no good reason. Got a regular gel manicure for $30! The regular manicure is $15 on the board, so for gel polish its an addition $15?! That makes NO sense. I will probably go back for the normal pedicure but thats all, unfortunately.

Only rated 5 so u can see.This place is HORRIBLE. I got the color changed on my nails and just painted nothing more. They charged me $50. I also had two gems and that night the gems fell off. The customer service sucks, they are rude, roll the eyes, and make your nails crooked. Not just my nails but my friends nails as well. DO NOT COME HERE.

Had a really bad experience here. Got a gel manicure, the nail tech cut me and was making sounds of annoyance because I continued to bleed. Plus, her work station was dirty. Would not recommend this place.

Hey disappointed been a returning customer the gentleman that works there does great work. Unfortunately he wasnt there. I asked for matte stiletto nails in burgundy with two accent nails in rose gold glitter. Matte coat came out spotty and instead of buffing and fixing it they just kept adding coats of matte polish which helped but was still pretty bad. Nails look all cakey. Looks like a child did my nails. Wish they would have just told me they couldnt do what I asked and I would have asked for something else. Nails arent even painted correctly can see my nail at the edges from afar. They were well aware that they messed up and still charged me a full price of $50. I will be looking for a new place to get my nails done I would suggest you do the same.

Theyve put some measures in place to protect clients and nail techs- plexiglass dividers (COVID 19). Clean, fast and their pedicures are great. Mimi and Michael are the best.

Customer service was horrible! They kept saying that they would do anything to make sure I leave happy yet they couldnt do any of the designs I asked for and had to settle for a simple color with rhymstones which fell within 3 days and they are to expensive and not good quality

Wanted Matte funny how she kept convincing me to get shiny she said “shiny better I don’t like Matte”....ummm last I checked I liked Matte idc what u don’t like.After reading a review on how she didn’t know how to do matte and they came out cakey ..hmmmmm 🤔🤔 makes alotttttttta sense now . Never going back charged me 50 when it said a diff price on bored lol😂 found somewhere else where they won’t be so expensive . Oh yea! My gems fell off too didn’t even last and 3 nails cracked my naturalNail half way bleeding non stop .

Worst service ever. Guy kept dropping his nail file, simple refill was $20/ and guys was like cheap not $25. Kept taking smoking breaks. Should of just went to sola

Not happy with their work, I got a dip nail powder French but the lines are very crooked and the personal was not very friendly!

I was told they would fix my nails if they chipped or broke. I had a broken nail and there are only 2 people that do the nails and the other people in the shop dont or cant do the nails. Terrible!!!! Need more people that can sufficently help with nails
