As always superb!!! Due to covid I had not been by in well over a year. You are asked to wear masks. Had pedicure (much needed) and they took their time did not hurry. My feet were in need of some TLC. Thank you Hawaii Nail and Spa. Be back in 2 weeks.

I love the pedicures here, the prices are great and they are very sanitary. Its hard to get your point across when only a few of the people here speak English. It can be awkward as well when youre trying to make small talk. Had my nails done once here and they charged me $60 same style Ive paid $30 for in multiple other places.will continue to go for pedicures

The guy who works the 1st chair isvery rude.I came in after some black American women.I was on a comference call seen then go inside before me none of us had an appointment. He skipped both of them to service me. The 2 ladies had words with him and walked out. I BEEN A CLIENT HERE FOR YEARS.I WILL NO LONGER RETURN.IVE OFTEN SEE THIS GUY TREAT CLIENTS POORLY. I NO LONGER WANT ANY SERVICES AT THIS PLACE...

The place was very clean and very kind, the owner was not the nicest and it took a while to get my nails done. But they did I a beautiful job and I’m very happy.

Very clean and professional, they took their time with my ingrown nails which no one in other places have done, they were very diligent in doing what I asked, I was a little hesitant with reading certain reviews but I’m very glad I went. This will not be my last time going, definitely will be a regular!

This nail salon is one of the cleanest in the northeast! They are following the appropriate guidelines from what I can see! They are also working with appointments only so people are are not waiting around and when they are full, they will tell you! Best time to visit is during the week!

I’m from New York and I’m here for vacation, I never thought I’d find a nail salon out here that could do wonderful nails. I was proven wrong by Hawaii nail & spa. My nails came out perfect, the service was spectacular. On top of that it wasn’t expensive at all. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great reviews but I never got to try it, waste of time 2X

I walked in asking for a pedicure, I didnt know they were gonna stick me with a $45 pedicure, if at least was worth the price. They left all he calluses and a lot of dead skin (Ill post a picture, I just had it done less than 2 hours ago). I asked the young guy if they were gonna fix it, he said yes, they will do gel and removed them afterwards. They put the gel, the younger guy left and the older man, who was so sweet but doesnt know how to do pedicures, didnt fix it, he told me every day you do little by little. So I left with $45 dollars less and a bad bad pedicure.

I have been to Hawaii Nail and Spa 4 times and loved it every time. The workers aren’t mean and try very hard to give you what you want. It is the best place I’ve ever been to get my nails done. I highly recommend Hawaii Nail and Spa.

I took my disable mother-in-law to get a pedi and manicure done for mothers day. They was really good with her. They was genital with her feet and hands. I will be taken her bck to them everytime she needs her feet and nails done

Pretty Good, No Complaints Thusfar Even Though This Was My First Time Going to Them!! I LOVE THE WAY MARY OR MARIE. DID THE TIP AND BIG TOENAILS.....SHE ALSO HAND DID THE 3D DESIGNS!! IF ANYONE KNOWS ME AND KNOWS ME WELL, THEYLL TELL YOU I AM SUPER PICKY AND CRITICAL WHEN IT COMES TO MY HANDS AND FEET PERIOD POINT BLANK!!!

Vivian is my go to girl, but everyone does a great job! They love to interact with their customers. I highly recommend appointments otherwise the wait can be long, dependent on the day! Andy is my go to for pedicures...he gives the best foot massage!!

I’m always skeptical when getting my nails done because they’ve been done bad so many times before, but I absolutely love this place! I believe Mery was the one to do my nails and not only did she do great, she was so nice!! I love to have some conversation while getting my nails done and she didn’t seem bothered at all ☺️ I recommend this place 100%.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in with a picture. Showed the girl there exactly what I wanted. Even emphasized that I wanted almond shape. She gave me square, then when I asked her about the shape she said she forgot and would try to fix them, again she did it wrong and gave me oval. When I asked her to fix them yet again the nail tech proceeded to tell me that my nails where to fat, and they would have to charge me more for each time they tried to fix it. The lady cut me with the file and drill several times. There are a lot of bubbles on the tops of some nails, the paint job is of low quality, the sides arent filed right and are rough and jagged. Very unprofessional. I tried to dispute the extra charges, but the manager started to get very rude and demanded I pay or hed call the police. He said that it was my fault that I couldnt make up my mind. Wrong. I came in with a picture of exactly what I wanted and spoke very clearly on how I wanted it to look. Like the picture!!! Needless to say I am never going back and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I went in to get my nails removed they told me to take a seat and theyll help me as soon as the next nail tech was ready. It was a hour before they closed and 2 other people walked in to get their nails done a little after me. They ended up telling me to go back the next day because it takes a long time to remove and they closed in a hour and would rather do nails than remove them.

I ve been going their for 2 years. Love the place!!!! Thank you Marie, Viviane and Miriam. Hopefully Rose will come back soon

They can have people waiting and he will let them wait. Very relaxing basic pedicure Im excited to go back and get a deluxe pedicure. They have this amazing lemon sugar scrub smells so good and melts into your skin. I should have gotten his name so theres an older gentleman that massages the Cavs very well. I have tiny toenails at hardly grow and he was still able to make them look nice. Im generally very ticklish on my feet and he was able to scrub without tickling me. Remove my calluses well will definitely be coming back.

Ive been going several times now at Hawaii Nail & Spa. Customer services are very nice. My feet feel amazing and soft. My employee is really sweetttt! She really listened to what I wanted and helped me pick out colors. The salon is peaceful and clean. Cant wait to come here! High quality products ( 5 stars ).

Went in after mutiple attempts to find a nail salon to fix my nails and was not disappointed (after visiting 2 other salons in El Paso). Sat right down and Rose did my nails, which came out just how I wanted!! Will come back and recommend to anyone looking for a great affordable and hospitable nail salon.

Today was the perfect day to make Time for myself and Nails. The first thing my lady did who was doing my manicure was making sure my massage chair was working. Relaxing and comfortable ambiance. This is definitely a plus and will be back.

They were super nice. Very attentive. I also took my daughter in for a pedicure as well. I also noticed the care they took to keep clean. Even some of the more higher priced places dont take the precautions that they did. We will definitely return.

I have to give 1 star just so you can see my review. The lady cut my toe. I told her it hurt n moved forward. Then she put scolding hot lotion on my leg. Physically burned me!!!! Charged me full price even after my obvious complaint. I left immediately with toes not even painted. Never ever go here!!!!!!!!

Would never go back here a second time. I questioned the cleanliness of the establishment, the nail tech put little to no effort into my pedicure and manicure. Also everyone who walked in they told to come back in two hrs or the next day but had workera not doing anything, bad customer service all together.Only upside it was cheap as heck, guess you get what you pay for!

I hate my pedicure. Worst i have EVER gotten. My feet are worse than when i went in. She cut my nails too short. After i asked to just file my toe nails. She rounded them when i asked to keep them squared and on top of that cut me. My feet burn as if something in the water irritated them. Horrible job at smoothing my feet out i honestly feel like my heals are rougher. There was an obvious language barrier since she wasnt understanding my requests.so in the end i just sat there for what felt like an eternity I am so upset because since i became a mother i hadnt had the opportunity to pamper myself. Never listening to my husband again! I can go on and on but half of my words dont even cover how dreadful my experience was here. I do not recommend this place to anyone. 40 bucks wasted!

By far this is the WORST place for customer service. Excluding the manager, the staff does a HORRIBLE job on mani and pedi. 10 people came in an hour after me and left an hour and 45 mins before me. After being told to wait when I first arrived and throughout my 5hr service, I informed the guy that my towel was wet and it was making me colder (after I’ve been resting my feet on it for almost two hours literally), he literally folded the towel and said now it’s warm. The level of frustration I have with this place is beyond my ability to explain. Half the staff don’t know what they’re doing and always need assistance with servicing their clients. They keep accepting groups of people and get them in and out within 1hr but leave me on standby for 3 1/2 hours like I don’t have nowhere else to go before other places close. I’m EXTREMELY dissatisfied with them

NEVER AGAIN!! They perform services not requested by the customer. I expressed countless times, all I wanted was my toenails painted and the tech kept saying pedicure. I then told her just my toes painted and she said ok. Well, she gave me a pedicure! I asked for a full set of acrylic nails and the tech did not tell me the paint HE recommended for me was gel. Needless to say, I was charged $73 for added services I did not ask for. The cashier was very rude about the whole situation.

Worst pedicure of my life. I just left. If you go here, go with one of the guys. Or go somewhere else. Older lady with short hair half asses her job. She rounded out my nail and gave me the shittiest job ever, didnt even scrub my feet right. Biggest waste of $25. Never again!!!!

I really enjoyed getting my pedi here. I came here because my usual spot was crowded with only 2 people working. Theyre in the middle of replacing the old chairs with new ones, so the room was crowded with boxes.Ok sure that is all gone now and they have nice upgraded chairs.

Worst experience ever!!!! I paid $70 for a full set and pedicure, sat there for 4 hours, and my nails are still horrible. I went with a few friends on my birthday. The lady was very rude even though she knew it was my birthday. She was rough, throwing my hands around. She applied so much polish to my toes they formed air bubbles. And my full set is sloppy. Its been 3 days and its already cracking. Im very upset! I wouldnt recommend to anyone.
