Very dissatisfied with the service. The lady at the front asked my sister and I to sign in and we did but she kept yelling at me telling that I didn’t sign in. I showed her on the tablet and it said “you already signed up” and she had me do it again and then she reloaded her page on her own computer and I was on the list but didn’t even apologize for yelling at me and told me to sit down. Andy T, my nail tech was very rough and when he was cutting my cuticles proceeded to make me bleed three times and didn’t clean the blood from his tools or let me wipe the blood off, until he noticed how deep he cut me he grabbed a paper towel and wiped it off. He was also rushing to finish the job. My cuticles are still bleeding. This is the last time I go to the Fountains Nail Bar.
This is the third time I get a pedi there because they are very good at pedis. Today I got a full set and was very disappointed…. My nails are all sizes, shaped horribly, Tyler did not even cut my cuticles he left the tips wider than they actually are. I had to shape the nails at home. My friend also got a set and her nails also look very bad. Sad thing is we paid a lot for this mess.
I’m not sure what the lady’s name is but she was the manager… she was rude when asking what I wanted and the length. French tip on the website says $45+^ but I got charged 90$. I just got 2 different colors, I didn’t even get any rimes tones or stickers. So it’s expensive and I think she just made up the price. Although my experience was like that the nails came out alright/good. But could be better if she wasn’t rushing and actually do 2 coats of the colors instead of one… my thumb in blue I accidentally burned my nail a little so don’t mind that. Smh
IT WAS A CASE OF I WANTED THIS BUT I GOT THAT INSTEAD..I PAID A LOT FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT ASK FOR AND TERRIBLE QUALITY..My pedicure was fine but rushed because of how busy they were, but my gel manicure was TERRIBLE. I had asked my nail tech if he could do this Google picture and he said I quote “I can’t do that.” SO I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD GET SOMEONE THAT COULD. Instead he said he try..I PICKED out the nail polish and nail foil because he had no idea how to do it. (I am no nail tech so I had no idea EITHER)So it turned out terrible. BUT it wasn’t just the nail art, I could forgive that, but he did not ask what nail shape I wanted and my cuticles were a mess. By the second day of having the manicure the top layer of my nail polish was peeling off and when it did, it left a sticky residue that got everything stuck on it. I had to go back to ANOTHER NAIL SALON to get it fixed.
I came in last minute, 45 minutes before they closed. I waited like 5 minutes before I was seated. The first one was a picture I showed the girl and honestly came out better than Pinterest. I’m happy she was able to also do my boyfriend’s zodiac sign. It’s a little pricey but I’m happy with my end result and my boyfriend said goodbye to $107 😂😉💕
They do a good job, but they charged my daughter 2 times for a length that was not even the length of the nail. I wanted to go To go back in place she told me know just to leave it. Because her nails where short like mine I was charged 43.00 and my daughter was charged 63.00 they where the same length . What all do you think?
Best nail experience in El Paso in 3 years of living here. Every other place Ive been makes my acrylics so thick they hurt. Not here. Ask for Mia if you like designer style nails. Her attention to detail is phenomenal! Seriously, if I could give her more stars I would. Ill go back every time for her.
I agree with other reviewers. People working there not friendly at all. The gentleman that did my pedicure and manicure was rushing and wasn’t friendly. I paid way more than I expected. And here are my nails 4 days after the service and are already chipping. I’m definitely NOT going back. This place is over priced for the services they provide.
Went in for a pedicure. And acrylic short nails. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in. I think the manager came up to me and asked what I needed. I mean a hello would be nice. Anyways. I’m kinda deaf being that I have tinnitus and her expressions seemed irritated with me for not understanding her. She sounded rude and then told me to wait a bit. Wait was less then 5 min. The whole service was rushed. Had my mani done by someone who didn’t seem to friendly. I was literally getting a manicure while I had my pedicure. No one said thank you no one smiled. Will not be returning. Also pretty pricey. I Pay less at TL nails. Only reason I went was because I really wanted to try them out being that they’re fairly new and the place seemed so fancy. Disappointed to say the least. Nails were alright. Pedicure wasn’t the best. I didn’t really get a good scrub off the dry skin too good. Will not be returning.
I would have given it 5 stars because I go here for the pedicures and I love them. That’s probably the only service I will do for now on! I got my acrylic done for my birthday. And although the design was perfect. It was a bit bulky and I had a bunch of acrylic in the bottom of the nail and stuck to my finger. The worst part is is that out of the nowhere my index finger on my right hand felt a bit off. I removed the nail and my nail seems like it’s coming off. From all the times I’ve gotten acrylics this has never happened to me. I’m very disappointed because I won’t be able to get my nails done until I fix this issue.
There are plenty other nail salons who will provide BETTER SERVICE AT HALF THE COST!! Do not go here. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS WHATSOEVER! I went in with the idea of just getting a polish color change. The woman who did my service insisted on the another type of service. I finally agreed and she added all sorts of extra charges that I DID NOT ASK FOR!!!!! She took advantage of me and did not care. When I called to talk to the manager they said he’s not available because he’s a busy man? Ummm okay, so I’m just screwed then right?? I highly recommend going to any other place. The nail bar on Zaragoza are really great, they actually value their customers.
I was going there to get fills on my dip and when I sat down I was told by the manager (the main lady in the front) that they dont do fills on dip ... im confused because theyve done it before. I didnt like her attitude so I told her I would just go somewhere else. Well I ended up going somewhere else, they had no problem doing it and did an amazing job.
I went in for a fill, don’t know if she was the manager, owner, but while doing my nails she had a iPad next to her checking check-ins. Which of course this was fine with me but she was more concerned about who is going to what station me who was checking in. She didn’t even bother measuring making sure my nails where even the same size, sharp or anything. Two of my nails was not even flat at the top it was all curved and uneven. I was also charged for coffin shaping and they look really square. I’ve been here before and have never had bad service or ugly job done but today was definitely a bad experience.
Kelly does beautiful work! I love my nails, thank you Kelly!
Not great. Over priced. My sister’s toe got infected after her pedicure. My pedicure was not great. I think they might use MMA, because when I removed my acrylic nails with acetone they got all jelly instead of flaking off. Asked for almond shape and got round and crooked instead. I had to reshape them when I left so they’d at least be decent. Definitely a “this is what I asked for and this is what I got” situation.
My first experience just walking in was great. It was crowded and the place was very clean. I was seated later and place in a chair to receive service. I sat so long that the water got cold. The service was ok, but my feet and nails looked horrible. My gel nails did not last for a week before chipping. My gel color on my toes was lifted up. Callous still showed up on both feet after she use something to removed. I paid 89.00 and will never go back to this place or refer anyone there. I paid too much money for it to last a few days or having my polish look crazy and very uneven. I will wear press on first or have it done back at my home state. The best part was the wine in the very small wine glass.
Don’t know how my first visit was $75 for stiletto nails with two different colors and marble detail but this time I asked for coffin with pink tips and 4 butterfly STICKERS and that came out to $90 she did a poor job glueing the tips I think her name was Melissa at least that’s what her jar of acrylic powder said. The first girl I went to was named Karen and she did an amazing job but this time I was moved three times and left to soak my nails for over an hour to the point the acetone had dried and left residue all over my fingers from the melted acrylic I had previously. I’ve gotten better nails on north loop then I did this second time coming.
Specifically asked for basic gel manicures for my two girls. Looked over to find the nail tech applying the last of the tips to my oldest daughters nails. This resulted in a 55.00 manicure for a 13 year old. No issues with my other daughter. My nail tech was extremely slow. My dip manicure is uneven, and square (I gave up after asking 3 times for round). Virtually no manicuring was done. No massage, no lotion. Wont go back
They were very unprofessional they said their prices were going up due to gas. I receive the same service I got the previous time and they tried to over charge me. The nail tech at station 1 ad is in two weeks their prices was going up because of gas. I’ve never heard a nail bar saying their prices are due to go up because of gas. In addition, she was vastly rude. Don’t come here.
They use MMA on your nails (its been proven when I went to get my last manicure removed by another salon) and when I asked (to be sure because Im not licensed) the manager was SO RUDE. She started to yell at me and then proceeded to make sure I was overcharged for my simple acrylic manicure. The nail specialist, Melissa, was also late both times I went. The first time she was 2 hours late and the second time 45 minutes late. No apology. And then she kept snatching my hands as if I was inconveniencing her.
Mike completely killed it!!! Showed him a picture of what I wanted and he 100% understood and executed!
For the first time in my life, I’ve found a nail salon that listens and delivers beautifully. The woman at station 12 ( I forgot her name), gave me the nail set of a lifetime. It’s a pricey spot, but definitely one of the best here in town
I went in on a Tuesday, lunch time hours. I wasn’t expecting it to be full nor for any employee to be rushing it. I went it to relax and enjoy my break while getting my service done. Instead, I was rush and grabbed harder than usual both hands and feet. I hated it since the beginning his vibes were extremely off and was not friendly at all. It was my first time going and the fact that Employee Cuu made my experience terrible is devastating. I was looking forward to being relaxed and treated well instead the whole work was rushed.Down side as well that I can’t believe I had to pay extra $5 just to shape my nail. I’ve never heard of that before. And was never offered a drink.
Went in for a Mani/Pedi and was not even asked if I wanted gel polish on hands, didnt know I had it on until I had UV lights on my fingers! The service was excellent for my daughter but my nail person was in a huge rush (we were the final customers of the night) and cut my foot with the callus remover. Will not be coming back
I had a wonderful experience. First time there. I did not have an appointment. I waited a half hour for my newly favorite nail tech Tristen (I specifically wanted free hand painted nail art). Definitely worth the wait. Brianna was the front desk representative who recommended her after I expressed what I wanted; I am thankful she did! Tristen was very professional. Listened to my ideas and suggested things to make it pop. She was very gentle with my fill-in. I will be back. Already have an appointment lined up. Pricing was $67 for fill in and free hand design. Fill in start at $37.
The place is wonderful service is excellent, the one thing that sucks is my wife dropped her AirPods during a pedicure and the tech will not respond to the message not to mention the business’s phone does not work to call and report it or
For the price I expected more... my gel mani chipped after a week . And lady broke my toe Nail! She just painted over it thinking I wouldnt notice. I brought it to her attention she laughed and said sorry. Never again
This is the second time they’ve ripped me off. I requested the 57.00 pedicure the woman asked me if I wanted a scent for 3.00 more I replied no but after her repeated attempts to upcharge me I said yes. It turns out she provided me the 70.0@ manicure that didn’t include the paraffin treatment I so desperately wanted. I ended up paying 77.00 dollars. I expressed my frustration and was told to not come back and call my bank for the money. I only requested the money for the paraffin that I didn’t receive back. These people are unprofessional, overchargers who take advantage of its customers. Please don’t go there.
The nail bar is really unprofessional and did not provide quality customer service. During my pedicure the nail tech cut my skin causing my toenail to bleed. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and continued with my acrylic nails which were done by the female manager (on station 1). She was really rough and rude. Surprisingly she did the design I asked for, but left noticeable bubbles on my nails. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone as they had bad service and are over priced.
I took my friend here so we couldBoth get a mani/pedi because is was her birthday. We waited around 15 mins and then got put on a pedicure chair but my friend did not get her pedi started until 30 mins later, my pedi was okay but the girl seemed irritated when I couldn’t understand what she was trying to tell me. It felt rushed as well. Granted it was a Saturday and the place was packed. Also my friend waited a while to get her full set done like 25 mins, it seemed like they forgot she was waiting. She asked the front desk girl and she told her she was next. A guy came to get my friend and she sat down and he asked what kind of nails she wanted and he said he’ll be back in 3 mins but never returned, until my friend asked the girl in the front where he was, and she went to go get him cause he was eating lunch. My friend apologized saying we had gotten there since 11:45am and it was already 2:30 and she hadn’t had her full set yet. The guy seemed upset. We had to ask several times to be able to get a drink. Also very pricey, will not be returning.
Chunkiest nails I’ve ever gotten I mentioned it to the lady twice and she spent very little time trying to fix it. She was also really rude when I tried to engage in small talk. Don’t waste your money.
First visit- I came in on Friday for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I had to return on Saturday to fix my right hand because all the gel bubbled. The fix was quick and I left hoping for the best. I understand that they are very busy and mistakes happen. But here I am Tuesday (four days)and the gel on both my hands has started to chip and I have bubbling on the gel on my pedicure as well. I paid $99. This salon was recommended and wouldve been convenient; but for me was a complete waste of time and money.
The service was rushed and unprofessional. I was ignored multiple times when trying to explain what i wanted. Nail tech was trying to get out the door as quickly as she could, and handled me roughly. Nails came out cute, but the service was not.
Hannah does a great job. I would recommend her to anyone.
Very nice interior.Variety of services.Friendly staff.Bar closed. They accept walk ins, so the wait time varies, & they accept appointments (just not same day). You can also earn points if you pay cash.
I just got a full set yesterday, though the experience was nice I don’t feel the price fit the outcome. I usually go to #1 nails and get a great set and the cut/cuticle cut are included with the price. Here Amy showed me that she charges for $5 for nail trim, $45 is the price for a full set, $10 to fix cuticles, and $2 for something else probably the nail soak which was just my hands in hot water...so she said it would be $62 bucks. I just thought that all the cutting and trimming was included in a normal full set price. So I agreed because it was my first time here and I thought well for an extra 20 bucks this would be a stellar set. Of course the normal nail salon techs are going to try to upsell so she overwhelmed me with examples (three different mannequin hands with 15 different almond shaped choices) two other color wheels with 50 shades, not including the shades I was primarily given, and of course she asked if I liked the design on one of the fingers. I told her from the start, “I want a basic almond shape with a matte shade”, I ended up choosing a rounded tip with a maroon matte shade. The entire time I felt like she was mad because I just wanted a basic standard set with no design or fancy color, and Wanted the nails short because I have a baby and didn’t want anything too long. My end result was an overpriced pointed edge almond set. My thumbs are uneven, my right thumb is significantly smaller than my left. The color did end up bleeding into a few of my cuticles and towards the end I felt like she was just going through the motions. Though she was nice, I feel like I basically gave her a 20 dollar tip on top of the regular $45 standard price. I can see paying around 50-70 bucks on a designed/gemstone nail set, but who knows she probably would’ve told me it would’ve been an extra $20 bucks for that and I would’ve walked out paying over 100 bucks. Next time I’ll stick with my go to nail place, #1 nails at least I can guarantee an even set and courteous techs and a within budget price. Even two women came in to get pedicures and gasped at the price since they charged an extra $16 bucks for gel on top of the pedicure price, and who knows they would get charged extra for scrubbing and massaging. Below the black matte is size and original color I wanted, and mine, which you can see are not rounded almond.
My first visit and the service was excellent. I will definitely be a returning customer.
I wouldn’t even give this business one star if it was an option. I took my wife to fountain nail bar on Saturday 11/23/19 to get a gel manicure. Later that evening the gel polish started to chip off! We went back the next day Sunday 11/24/19 to get her nails re-done only to be greeted by rude staff and an employee who “fixed” her nails with such carelessness that her nail bed began to bleed. My wife wrote a review and was contacted by the manager Kelly who told us to come see her for a “free” manicure. We reluctantly went in for a THIRD time to again meet an unprofessional manager who tried to charge us a $15 to remove the sloppy job they previously did prior to getting our “free” manicure. The manager Kelly refused to listen and would not allow us to get a single word in. We decided to take our business elsewhere as you should while you still have your money in your pockets. Don’t be fooled by the appearance, the quality and customer service is absolute garbage. See my photos below
Hanna was wonderful, I was assisted right away and got the best pedicure ever! 10/10 would recommend
They do nails nice, but overcharge for everything. A basic gel pedicure shouldn’t be $50-60! I do my nails in Miami and never pay this much 🤣😂 They don’t have good customer service except for Diane/Diana and Mia (I can’t remember if I’m saying their names properly). I cannot spend my money at that overpriced establishment ever again! The last time, my pedicure had to be fixed because my toe nails were crooked, and the polish was messy! The point is, some people take their time there and some don’t, and for all that they charge everyone should take pride in doing a great job!I will say that SOME are willing to fix their mistakes if you tell them you don’t like that which is great, but they just are entirely too expensive even for the most basic stuff.
Sorry to say this would be first and last time at this place....Overly priced for what I got...Anywhere else twice as less...POORLY DONE!! My daughter was shocked at the price I paid.. $140+ for rushed nails, bumpy, lopsided, thick, and different sizes!!! highway robbery!! I’ll be sticking to my usual place on Zaragoza from now on... cheaper and better quality! I wanted to try something new...Thanks for NOTHING!!!
Bebe is the best at doing my eye brows! Recommend her 11/10!
The threading left me with missing pieces of skin and now I have scabs healing due to this. My gel mani and pedi were not very good. Polish spilling over the edge of my nail bed and bubbles in the nail polish. The entire time I was getting my nails done another employee named Marisa was just sitting there distracting my technician, complaining and telling her to hurry up so they could eat. Paid 121 dollars for all three services that I was not happy with. I’d happily pay this amount for excellent nails, threading and services but not here. Steer clear. I will never return.
If I could give 0 stars I would, this place messed up my manicure, first I asked them to do a marble manicure, after painting my nail white the guy pulled out a sharpie and started scratching my nail, I didn’t want to question their technique the result was horrible, looked like someone spilled paint and just dragged it around, nothing like the picture I showed them, then the guy excused himself saying it looked that bad cause it had to be done in another material (which he never told me at the beginning of the appointment) Then I gave them an easier design which is the one on the picture and they told me they wouldn’t do it on the color I asked cause he said he couldn’t see it so he wouldn’t do it so I picked black ( much easier to see over white) then I didn’t want to speak with the guy again so I went to the manager to get someone else, the pictures below are the expectations vs reality. My last try was a plane color ( simple enough right ?) apparently not . The costumer service was bad as well, since he first guy added 4 layers on one nail my nail looked really thick so I told him “ could you please file this down a little ? Cause this nail looks very thick” he told me “ Can you relax?! Relax! I am gonna do this slow! I need to see “, I responded “ I understand but I was just letting you know cause I am paying for the service”. Guess what?! They messed it up ! AGAIN. They were extremely disrespectful and I they still made me pay 15$ for nothing cause they took the nail polish off. I don’t think they even deserved that since I walked out of that place without a manicure and with the nails weakened from the nail filer and the constant te doing and re- easing and the nail polish remover. by the way I warned them I had a very sensitive scratch on my arm and asked them to not apply cream on my arm. But they did.Waisted my entire day! Don’t go there!!!
Very friendly staff and fast at getting to people. Clean space and very professional. Will definitely be coming here when i come back to el Paso!!!!
This is the best and only place I’ll do my nails in El Paso. They are clean and they make my nails perfect whether I’m getting a new set or just fills. They are seriously the best.
This place charged me for a full set $45.But they also charged me for the length $5.Shape another $5. And $10. I also didpedicure Did a pedicure they cloudnt do a design on my toe not unless it was with gelmore money it keeps going and goingIt sucked
The receptionist had a funky attitude when I walked in, I had to set her straight. Never going back, pedicure wasn’t good at all waste of money.
Very nice clean place. Quality of work is excellent and very fast and relaxing environment.
Fast friendly wonderfully done absolutely love to unwind here
Got gel exactly a week ago and they’re already chipping. My nail person used dirty nail clippers and I had to ask if he had any that were sanitized but he didn’t understand me so proceded to use them anyway. Paid $80 for chipped nails
I went in for a dipping powder with tips and was more than disappointed. They prepped my nails for less than 3 minutes and it was like my technician was in a rush. She kept telling me to relax and that i should be looking at the tvs, not at her?? As if i shouldn’t be paying attention to what IM over paying for?? Each nail was a different shape and they’re bumpy and look like they have 10 layers of polish on them. And my technician included her tip on my bill? when there’s no mandatory gratuity signs anywhere. This is the absolute worst place to get your nails done and it will be my first and last visit.
Kenny and Angel were awesome 😁
I came here got my set done with Mia, I showed her an inspiration picture and yet was still clueless on what I requested I wanted my nails shorter yet ignored me because she had her AirPods in and was speaking to someone else, had zero communication with me charged me 69$!!!!! 10$ for a length I NEVER ASKED FOR horrible experience
The last time I went to get a refill on my glow in the dark nails they didnt refill it with the right color so my nails werent glowing I still payed and didnt make a big deal about it but today was an absolute disaster with Nail Tech KELLY she was extremely rude didnt give me a chance to explain to her what I wanted and started doing whatever she wanted on my nails when I told her she was doing an ombre on a regular Matt she got very defensive started treating really bad in front of everyone so I told her theres no need for her to get over excited over her and hulimiliating me like that Im overpaying for my service and I expect to get treated right first of and the design on my nails that I wanted not what she decides to do, I had witnesses that saw everything and they agreed with me she was extremely rude and what she did was uncalled for never going again to that place and what saddens me the most is I like the place but Technician KELLY needs to treat customers better and provide a great customer experience for us clients
For the last couple of times Karen has done my nails and she always does an amazing job❤️
So I came here on Tuesday and today is Friday and my gel manicure has already peeled off on some of my nails. I am a regular with gel manicures this was the first time I tried it out here and I will never go back. If you’re going to go somewhere go anywhere else. Like I said it’s been 3 days and I’ve never had gel chip off my nails this quick and the rest are starting to crack so I’m pretty sure they’ll look even worse as the week progresses. Bottom line take your business elsewhere I’ve never had my gel chip off and that’s what I get for coming here.
Nails broken within 2 days. Pricey
Fast and great service!
Had me put feet in cold water for pedicure, technician didnt know what he was doing, ruined my toe nails and they charged me for gel polish that I didnt even ask for. I didnt even get all the services listed but I was still charged for them. I was to afraid to have them fill my nails. I just wanted to get out of there. please stay away.
This is my only place for spa services. Staff is professional and polite. Love Peter!!! Very clean and follows all regulations to prevent exposure. I make appointments because they get you right in. Color selection is wide as well as all spa services offered.
Holly does AMAZING with my nails! The staff there are very nice and helpful!
Love my new nails!I got a new set of acrylic, Karen suggested a new color which I really liked. My nails look flawless !
I had gotten my nails done last week. I had gotten a full set and they are already lifting from my nails after a week when they should be lasting three weeks max. Not worth $60.
Eyebrow tinting was trash. HORRIBLEI will not be getting my eyebrows done with them.Manicure was nice. Pretty colors
Brought my daughter here and for 2 full sets which were both messed up came out to $139 my nail tech suggested Ombré so I assumed he knew how to do it. My nails looked peach and white had to get a gel color on top of them because they looked terrible. I definitely will not be coming back here I’ll continue to drive 30 minutes at least my nails will come out how I asked for them.
I always have a good experience here.
Lady was rude didn’t care to listen to what I wanted when I tried to explain she got loud and very rude rolled her eyes and just walked away very unprofessional a very hectic working environment never going back and I don’t recommend this place
This place is not at all good with service or anything for that matter. My friends and I went last week. One of my friends did not get the style and design she asked for instead the lady said “I think it looks fine the way it is”. I did not get the correct design and they were trying to rush us out the door because they were closing (mind you we waited for an hour before we even got to start getting our nails done). Exactly one week as of today 3 of my nails popped off as If there were never really glued on. The price was not worth the quality of the work. I definitely will not be going back. They are not worth the hype.
I just left the nail bar and although my tech was good I sat uncomfortably across from another tech that took off her face mask for about 5 minutes and she did not at all seem to care that I was visibly bothered. I always think Im going to say something when these things happen and I take responsibility for nothing getting up and walking out right then but I will never go back.
I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the Fountain Nail Bar and was greeted warmly by the hostess and seated with Brandon. What a godsend this gentleman is. My nails look and feel fantastic. Brandon put on a new set and made certain that my cuticles were cut and my hands soft. He did it all with a smile and a gentle touch. During this time the hostes came over and took my drink order. This place is clean, organized and elegant. I am so pleased that they have Brandon working here, what a great addition he is to the shop.
I wish I wouldn’t have come here. My gel polish was chipping after 2 days. The woman who wears the cheap red heels with the cheap gold embellishing working the front desk is rude. The woman who did my gel polish the first day did something wrong and the woman working the front desk had a nasty attitude about fixing it. I’ve been here three times to have them fixed in 5 days. I paid way too much money and tipped well to be treated like I did something wrong. No one is able to do anything because of Covid 19 and I haven’t been swimming. I get gel polish all of the time and this has NEVER happened. They refused to do all of the toes that the lady who did them incorrectly did the first time. They have poor customer service and people skills. I’m disgusted by the quality of service. I’ll never come here again and I don’t recommend anyone else coming here.
Waxing experience was not the best.. (bikini)
I’m so in love with this Salon .. I’m a Nail Tech myself and one thing I loved was how clean and sanitized this business was ! Unfortunately they are not hiring but omg I would love to work here ! See you guys again soon
Kelly always does an awesome job on my eyebrows 😊. Thank you Kelly 😁
Andy was GREAT! Service was awesome staff were friendly. Salon was very clean and beautiful inside. They had sooo many colors to decide from. This is it I have found my nail salon!!!!
Place was clean and the hostess was nice. Spent some time verifying the type of polish I wanted and even selected it on the iPad. Well, the nail lady kept pretending like she had no clue what I asked for and continued to ask me and then accidentally gave me the wrong service which caused me to have to pay more. Watch out, they will dwindle you for a sneaky up charge if you aren’t paying attention.
I was in town for work and needed my nails taken off and redone. I found this place online and from what I had seen, it looked beautiful and clean so I decided to give it a try. The place is very nice but I’m not satisfied how my nails turned out. My technician took off my tips using a fake acrylic nail. Not something I’m used too at all. I originally had dipping powder on my nails and decided to get gel instead. My nails are already chipping. I didn’t like how they were filed. I felt like I was in and out. I also got my eyebrows and lip wax done and I have no complaints about that but for what I paid to just get tips taken off and my nails redone wasn’t worth it. I’ve never paid what I had to pay that day that’s including an eyebrow and lip wax done. Very disappointed. If I ever come back for work, I probably won’t be back.
I love this place. Peter is the best and always knows what I want. Best place ever will not go anywhere else . Thank you so much much love and respect
Owner and staff are very rude I went in for an acrylic fill and left feeling bruised and sore. KIM was rough, filing my skin along with my nails. It was days before my nails stopped hurting. I felt like their only goal was to get as many clients as possible in and out the door. Not the relaxing experience you expect from this type of establishment. NOT CLEAN NAILS SALON.
Got a gel manicure from them 3 weeks ago and my nails are STILL perfect. No chips, no flaking, nothing. The best manicure Ive ever gotten, especially given that I chose to get a safer option (less chemically, etc.). Great service, very professional, love my pedicure. Fast, courteous and reasonably priced too.
Excellent Service and very clean and professional...I recommend Fountain Nail Bar for anyone looking for a clean, safe and very professional place to go and get there nails done. Thanks very very pleased
My daughter and I had begun going to get our nails done. The first time I went the guy did not do a good job. My nails started lifting. I went back to get fills and Johnny fixed then and replaced one that wasn’t glued well. This past Sunday I took my daughter to get a new set. She had asked the young girl for a new set. The lady didn’t remove all the prior set and didn’t cut her nails. She applied glue underneath her nail and left them thick and bulky looking. Never again will we go or recommend this place
Edit to add : I replied to the email address provided as requested and am being ignored. I called the shop and was yelled at and berated by the receptionist who claims to be the manager. I have sent follow up emails to the email address provided by the owner and they have been ignored. After only 48 hrs all of the polish on 3 of my toenails has completely peeled off and the cuticle on one other toe is inflamed and extremely painful where the tech cut me. 5 of my friends and I had an appointment and came to your establishment for a day of pampering and instead were treated rudely by staff and received service so poor it should be considered fraudulent. My dip nails are horribly rough and grooved. The tech who did them ignored me when I pointed out that the top coat was not suitable for use, i.e. stringy and lumpy. My eyebrows are completely mismatched and not the shape I requested and I had pictures for the tech to follow. Please contact me to let me know how you intend to process a refund. This was the worst service I have ever received in a nail salon and a complete rip off.
Clean, quick, efficient, friendly, definitely would go back when in town!
I’ve heard of this place from a lot of my friends but never came BUT now that I finally had the chance to come I LOVE this place. I’ll definitely be coming back again! Mia was amazing and very patient with me. See y’all in the next two weeks! :)
I’m a nail tech, but I don’t do my own pedicures. I decided to try this place after hearing how nice it is, so I went and got a gel pedicure. The lady cut my toe nails even though I asked her not to, cut the skin on two of my toes and they were bleeding, and the gel is messy and on my cuticles. I will not ever be going back. The only positives were the cleanliness of the salon and the receptionist was nice.
Super expensive and the quality just doesn’t match up. Will not be returning here ever.
Beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. They offered hot tea, coffee, water while I waited. My sisters pedicure was fantastic! She felt very spoiled. Thank you guys! Everything was awesome!
The service was great
