This place is literally my new go-to! Ive been going here for months, and they never disappoint! Amazing service, amazing work, employees are so nice and very professional! Definitely coming back for my birthday set ♥️

Kaylee likes to take the aggression she has built up over the week and take them out when she’s buffing and shaping your nails. I literally cannot use my hands for over 1-2 days from the soreness. Not okay, also pricing is ridiculous. They charge 5-10 dollars for everything from the shape, to length, if you want matte, and they have no standard when it comes to charging for designs.I went in for my birthday set and I would have understood if I added a difficult design and/or crystals of some sort to be worth the price of $120, but no. It’s a basic familiar design that is overly popular this year, and this woman looked at it like it was a calculus equation. I don’t think these were worth it, I did one similar with Kevin, the line designs, and he was amazing and it didn’t pass $100 dollars including tip. So happy with how HE does his work, because he explains and puts priority in his work, but with Kaylee I didn’t even get an explanation over why it equaled to that on my receipt. She must’ve been frustrated with the time she used up, and literally charged me for it because everyone who has seen my nails literally tell me these were not worth the $120. Sure they’re colorful and pretty but not worth the price. Especially with how frail they are not even a week in. I honestly feel if she couldn’t do it, anyone else could’ve done the design without it taking up her time. (She also likes to talk a lot of calls and texting and you just sit and wait for her to be done).To management: as I’m sure everyone is aware Kaylee is your wife but as any employee or management, work should all be done with clear communication with the client; not after, and the use of phones in between a set with a client is not okay. It’s our time as well and we are paying for it.

I was not looking for handouts just acknowledgement of the establishments wrong doing**Went for a pedicure 6/11, the pedicure was relaxing however shortly after leaving I noticed my gel pedicure was already peeling off on my pinky toe. I went back they did fix it however after getting home I realized how poorly my toes were painted. Not enough coats of paint. Nails not evenly painted. I will not be back not worth the $65 I paid plus $5 tip.

My friend got an acrylic set with gel over lay and some of her nails came out crooked (see pics). I got a gel manicure. It was quick and the lady was friendly but the gel polish was put on thicker on some of the nails than others so it looks a little odd. The receptionist was super friendly. We paid $105+ tip for both services that included one drink for each of us, so its tad overpriced, especially for the end product.

It’s so hard to find a good place to get your nails done in El Paso and after i went to lush I’ve never gone anywhere else kaylee and John do amazing sets with incredible nail art. I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and i absolutely love it and recommend them to anyone who asks. Here are just a few sets they’ve done for me.

Hi everyone! This place is NOT CLEAN. They are using the same emory board on everyone. Thats a sure fire way to get hepatitis, AIDS, fungus and a host of other infections. They pull out nail drill bits from a drawer. The tech, John, clipped his own nails and brushed them into the same drawer he was pulling the bits from. Very unprofessional, to say the least. Hes also rough and I kindly asked him to be more gentle; I literally cried out in pain a few times and he said its because hes self-confident. My regular tech, Cindy was out of town. I told him that Cindy is as gentle as a butterfly and his response was, I crush butterflies. Felt uncomfortable, was treated disrespectfully and felt threatened by Johns hard, abrasive demeanor. Save yourself some pain and the possibility of contracting a serious disease and do not risk your health because of unsanitary practices at LUSH NAIL SALON. I can deal with punks with attitude but my health is something I cannot afford to compromise.

Had booked an appointment for myself for a gel manicure and what I got was a mess! Nails were unevenly painted, had bumps and was done in 20 minutes!!! The nail artist who did my nails was acting very annoyed and somewhat aggressive towards my me. When my husband called in to see why such a bad job was done the manager told him that I was incorrect and that I asked for a paint polish. When I specifically told the artist i was here for gel manicure. The manager kept insisting that I was wrong and that they were right. I didn’t know that’s how customers get treated there. Would not recommend! I also have the pictures of the sloppy bumpy nails.

My review is not in reference to the quality of nail services but the poor quality of customer service. I was checked in and sat down upon arrival, directly following me was a party of five ladies. They were seated and prepped for the same service I had requested prior to me. Keep in mind they are a “no appointment facility”. To negate the situation after speaking to the manager, I proceeded to sit and again another lady who came in after me was seated and prepped for the same service I was waiting for. The receptionist deliberately made me wait as the final client of the evening because I called her out on her poor performance as a receptionist when I told her it was unfair to place a party of 5 ahead of 1 person who was waiting first. I’ve had great results with the nail technicians but honestly I won’t be as quick to refer my clients here any longer. I spoke to the owner and expressed my concern and he observed her seating the other lady (who came after me) and didn’t say a thing to correct her direction. I still gave them 10 more minutes while I waited to redirect my frustration. They didn’t bother to do or say nothing to help ease the situation. My suggestion? Walk in, sign in, and wait for the opportunity to jump in a chair with a technician because the receptionist doesn’t have a clue how to direct and manage the overflow of clients that they have. Not to mention they have about 5 techs working at a time.#severlydissapointed

I walked in on a Friday around 6 and asked if I was have eye brow waxing. The man said they were understaffed but that I could come tomorrow. I understood and left. He then followed me to my car and said yes they could take me. He escorted me into the back. I was waiting maybe 5 minutes and he came by to check on me and let me know the girl would be with me in 5 minutes. Even though they were understaffed they were able to fit me in and they were nice and right before closing. Ill definitely be back.

I always have a good experience here. I got powdered color with unicorn chrome, purple foil pieces, butterflies and marble. $90. The front desk girl was very attentive, sweet and offered me a drink. Will continue to come here for awesome nails.

I had the worst experience and I will never be returning. The hours online and on the door say they close at 7:30 pm, to make sure this was accurate I called at 6 pm to ask if I could still come in for a pedicure. The receptionist said they were taking walk-ins until 7 pm. I arrived at 6:40 pm and the door was locked. They told me there were 6 people ahead of me and I should come back in the morning, I called so I wouldn’t have to drive over there to avoid this entire situation and they still tried to turn me away. I chose to wait and the employees were rude to me for coming in late even though I was there with plenty of time before they closed. I asked for a basic pedicure and they charged me $15 extra dollars for gel nail polish without asking me if I wanted it. I ended up paying $60 for a basic pedicure. This place is so over priced and the customer service is unpleasant. The quality was average, definitely not worth $60. There are plenty of other places to spend your money, don’t waste it here or make the mistake I did by choosing to go here.

The pedicure experience was overall relaxing. Until she got to my dip nails I asked her to keep my length but she filed all my nails super short! And on top of it she file one thumb so much shorter then the other!

I went in to get a full set, was charged $70 for it which isnt a problem.... My set after 3 days has visible holes in some of the nails (i dont do anything too extreme to make holes in them myself). There also seems to be lint in the acrylic and like black dots or bumps so maybe the brush was dirty?they were also cut a little crooked. As for my moms gel polish, it was already peeling off by the second day, my mom says it seemed like the nail tech was barely learning, which we understand but i mean someone could of helped her out right ? The customer service was pretty great on the other hand

Clean, I noticed the individual packages being opened for each customer. The staff was friendly and attentive. They accept both appointments and walk-ins. Over all my sisters and I enjoyed our experience.

I am was on the prowl for a new nail place, as the one I previously frequented had really gotten bad (venice nail salon). I found lush nail on google and could not be happier. Today was probably my 5th visit and each time I go I am welcomed with a smile and the services are amazing. I highly recommend kathy, she is excellent and really takes her time.I also have to say the owner s of this establishment really care about their employees and customers and it really shows.The one thing I hope they offer in the future are facials, that would be an service I would use if they had it.10/10 you won’t regret it. Ask for Kathy

Today is my first time at Lush and I totally love it. They are AMAZING, friendly and really professional. They took their time and did exactly what I asked for. The salon is super clean and nice. For those people who gave this salon bad review, they’re ridiculous, this business doesn’t need those kind of clients. I will definitely coming back, this is my favorite place ❤️

I came in for dip manicure on my very short natural nails. Charged me $50. $5 for removal of prior dip which consisted of tech popping off old dip in under 30 seconds. No soak off. No fake tips. Two weeks ago only charged $42 for same thing. Way overpriced for this simple service and no explanation for change in price two weeks apart. No cuticle oil. Sped thru service. Waste of money.

Cindy is such a friendly nail tech and did such a nice clean job!! Very welcoming and made good conversation. Very nice and clean facility. The only downfall is the receptionist. Receptionist is not friendly and very rude. She needs serious customer service improvement.

When my nail tech moved away, I was really stuck finding a new place to go. After reading Lush’s reviews I decided to give them a try. Kaylee was wonderful. My nails weren’t long enough for the design I wanted. She worked with me to pick an alternative as my own nails grow out and assured me we will be able to do the design I want soon. She was really great. Nice salon, clean, friendly staff. Def recommend.

I got a manicure and pedicure here. While my nails looked decent, I was not satisfied with either experience. The nail technician did not allow my finger nails to soak before working on my cuticles resulting in bleeding on several fingers. For several days after, this burned every time I washed my hands in warm water. The pedicure was not soothing as described. The water for the “soak” was not even warm and again, the technician did not allow my feet any time in the “warm” bath before starting to work. Overall, the services were not carried out as described. If you go to a salon to relax, this is not the salon for you.

I went in to get my nails done and a pedicure and they looked good, but with in a week my nail broke EXTREMELY easily after 7 days and after 8 days my gel on my toes were peeling off. everything literally only lasted a week. definitely not worth it

I’ve been coming here for about a year i come every month to get nail designs with John he always takes his time and is funny while works on them. By the time i come next month the nails are still in great shape!

I got a full acrylic set of nails two days ago. My pointer finger nails came out crooked from all the filing, along with a poor paint job leaving the paint to lift and come off of my nail after 2 days and air bubbles in 3 other nails. My nail tech was super sweet just wish she would take a little more time on the painting.

Not COVID conscious, but good service overall.Atmosphere, nail technicians and reception were all pleasant. They have refreshments and adult beverages for purchase. Nail products, services and prices were satisfactory. But...Less than half the staff were wearing masks. Those who were wearing masks were the ones using the nail grinder- receptionist, most nail techs and the bartender were not wearing any face covering. There was no attempt at social distancing customers.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went to get a fill w/ a gel mani. They didn’t have the color I wanted, which was totally fine, so I asked them to substitute the color but keep the same design. Maybe the nail tech misunderstood me because he painted my whole nail the substitution color while leaving out the design entirely. I was going to let that go because things happen, and it’s not that big of a deal. However, the nail tech seemed completely preoccupied the entire time, and I left the salon fuming at the quality of my nails and the absolutely horrendous service. I shouldn’t have paid. I would have let this whole situation go and forgotten about it if my gel manicure hadn’t started PEELING OFF MY FINGERS, smearing everywhere today, not even 24 hours after I had them done. I am not exaggerating when I say this is singlehandedly the worst manicure I have ever gotten.

Second time going and I was relaxed both times.. the drinks are super good! Super professional with clarifying prices and the different pedicures. What I enjoyed the most is that while I was there they cleaned/sanitized the bathroom after each customer use and wiped down the massaging chairs. Super clean and careful. Definitely worth the price. Oh and the massage was super helpful for my sore legs! My new pedi place !

Let me just say how pleased I am with this nail salon! i have been coming here for a few months and love getting pedicures here.It wasn’t until last night week I came in to get my acrylic set fixed that were previously done somewhere else. I can be a extremely picky when it comes to getting a full set done. After making a appointment with Kaylee, she did a wonderful job! Not only does she do beautiful work and listen to your preferences, she has such positive energy!😊 I’m not the type to leave reviews, but after being so disappointed in previous nail techs that have “great reputations” and finally finding a place that caters to all my preferences I had to leave a review. This a such a great a salon, it’s forsure my go to place 😁💅🏼

Very disappointed with this salon. After spending so much money every month, they DO NOT know how to treat there customers and fix there mistakes. I went in and got a manicure/fill. I came out with them being all uneven, crooked, missing paint and chipped. And as for my pedicure, they cut my toe and filed my nail crooked to hide the blood. I called the next day to complain to the owners, they had said I could go back to get them fixed. When I came into the salon, both the owner and his wife had an attitude towards me and didn’t want to fix THERE MISTAKES. And as for my toe nothing was done. Very unsatisfied with this place. Don’t waste your money!

I was counting down the days to try this brand new nail salon and was excited to see they were offering grand opening specials! I came with a friend and we both got deluxe pedicures which included warm towels, cream, exfoliating scrub, and warm stone leg massage. The nail technician took his time and did an excellent job with my cuticles. I absolutely love to get nail art and can tell you from years of experience that the “art” quality can vary wildly from place to place and even from technician to technician. It is art after all and not everyone is cut out for it. The owner (I believe her name is Kaylee or Kaycee) did my nail art and I’m pleased with how they turned out.The shop is brand new so of course everything was clean, and I appreciate that they use tub liners for the pedicure bowls. Hygiene is always a top priority! They have a wide selection of colors to choose from along with beverage choices.What really stood out was how nice everyone was and it was apparent they really wanted to enjoy your pampering. Even though their prices are slightly higher than their local competitors, I will definitely be back! Welcome to El Paso Lush Nail Lounge!

Amazing! My favorite new place for sure.

They left my moms nails all crooked and white around the edges. They didn’t put lotion on either one of us and left our heels dry and rough. The offered beverages and we accepted but we never got them. It’s a nice place but their work doesn’t meet the expectations of such a pricey place.

Amazing service! I had part of my bachelorette party here for a nice relaxing evening. They worked on all 4 of us at the same time. They were patient with me because this was only my second Mani/pedi of my adult life. Milk and honey pedi was refreshing and soothing. A must try nail lounge in El Paso!

I absolutely loved this place and I mostly went there because it was one of the few salons open on Sunday and oh my god John did my nails so well and he was just as excited as I was when I asked for what I want and oh man did he deliver my nails look so stunning with all the cute glitter and everything!! I left with the impression I had received a great gel manicure. Two days later, the polish started chipping. The third day, it was raising up and peeling away. The fourth day, the polish was off my nails. I have learned my lesson.
