I am a new El Paso resident and came in for a manicure this morning without an appointment. The staff was welcoming when I arrived and all the techs were assisting other customers so the wait was around 20 minutes. No big deal though as I did not have an appointment. Victoria courteously told me to wash my hands and have a seat at the station. I told her around what color I wanted and she was happy to oblige my ambiguous request. (The color is perfect). She was warm, friendly, and professional. The establishment was also extremely clean. I would definitely come back and have additional services done next time.

Wait time was a little long but the quality is great. They have less staff for the amount of people that walk in so the wait time is understandable. Been going here for years and am never disappointed with the outcome.

I was a walk in for a pedicure and was told the wait was 30 min which was fine, however while I was waiting 3 other customers walked in and were taken immediately. Also, while I was waiting one of the workers sat down to watch videos and only got up when other customers came in. I did sign in, but was never attended. Will not be coming back.

First time customer found out the business is poorly managed. They said 20 minutes more like 1 hour and then they skipped me. Two persons walked out after they had a disagreement with one of the ladies that worked there the two ladies never received any service and they we there before I got there I walked out as well. You can tell the owner invested money to that place. It’s too bad the business is managed in an unprofessional way. She is rude, no customer service whatsoever. I definitely do not recommend going to the Lady Nail Spa this was a big waste of my time.

I was told to wait 20 minutes and waited an hour and 20 minutes. my nails are poor quality and i wasn’t given any nail color charts to choose my color from. he was rough and i do not like the outcome, but i was too nice to say anything, i wish i did. no bashing on this place but find somewhere else.

Horrible customer service! Very unprofessional! Waited for over 45 mins to fix ONE nail. I was told I was going to be helped as soon as one of the nail techs became available. Well, someone came that had “supposedly” an appointment -the same was not in the books. Per the conversations they were having. The nail tech instead of calling me calls the other person. I just walked out. This place used to be amazing. Do not recommend at all!

I love coming here best service they are under staffed but they provide the best service so I do not mind waiting (PEOPLE NEED TO BE PATIENT) I definetly found my permanent nail spa ❤️❤️🥳

Dropped my daughter off to get her nails done. She is 15. She sat there for two hours waiting. Customer after customer went before her. I was told they had appointments. I get that, but two hours to let her sit there and wait? Unacceptable.

Girls are nice however, I asked for least expensive nails no gel just regular nail polish so I could leave a decent tip, this is what i got. I left no tip sorry but just because girls are on budget, we deserve the same treatment as everyone else. Wont be coming back.

I have been going here for 4 years and was always treated right until today. I called to make an appointment like I always do since they take appointments. Today I was told there was no appointments due to being short staffed and would have to be a walk in. I arrived at 1130 waited an hour for my Pedi once my Pedi was done I waited for the next nail tech. A lady walks in and she is attended to get her nails done before me when I had been waiting for 2 hours but she went first cause she had an appointment. I dont think that is fair. If there is no appointments there shouldnt be anyone going in with no wait time well others have been waiting. Very disappointed after so many years of being a customer here and seeing this. I will never go back.

Left me waiting for an hour after being sat down on a station. Completely ignored, until I finally left since it was obvious I wasn’t going to get my service done. Ignored me due to what I was wearing, probably thought I couldn’t afford it.

Shantae and Itzel are amazing!!! Ive been going here for about 3 or 4 years now. Never had an issue with my nails and they are Beyond clean. Good prices great work and very very clean

I go to random places most of the time but this place has really gotten their game up. I know some ladies that can be rude but try it now. The woman in charge is awesome and she really makes for a good experience. I got new set and pedicure with gel and they look so good. I know through these times of the pandemic things are tough but they follow guidelines and it’s safe.

I went in to get a fill about a month ago.. something about the process was not done correctly and i ended up getting a nail fungus under 2 of my nails!! completely messed up my birthday weekend.

My mom, my mother in law, and I walked in for pedicures. The ladies were really kind and got us seated quickly. Maria did my pedicure, I got the Luxury Spa Pedicure. It was SO relaxing and Maria did an amazing job. Pricing is great, service is excellent. The salon is clean and organized. I absolutely recommend Lady Nail Spa.

Absolutely my go to nail salon. Ive tried T&T (expensive and I couldve done a better job) and iGel Nails (didnt even get my nails done after sitting in a pedicure chair for 45 minutes - left with prunny feet). Lady nail spa is awesome! Absolute cheapest prices and honestly the best service Ive ever had done. Bonus points for not telling me how much hair I have and how many waxes I need and how tiny my nails are. They do exactly what you ask! Also, bonus bonus points for the 20% discount for paying with cash.

Victoria & Brissa (sorry if I misspelled) very thoughtful and attentive. Went in for pedicure and left satisfied with the service these ladies provided. My daughter was so relaxed she wanted to take a nap and wasn’t scared she’d get burned from hot stone like she has at other locations. After a year and a half looking for a nail salon so happy we finally found it.🙂

Very disgusted and disappointed. They gave me a fungus under one of my nails. They are not clean and need to sanitize their equipment better to prevent this. :( Have never had this kind of issue from a salon. I am grossed out.

Im giving this business 1 star for the professionalism that was provided to another customer that was there today. I felt uncomfortable as to the way she was talked to by a Vietnamese woman. As I was getting my nails done (which came out perfect) I ovwr heard the vietnamese woman tell her customer that if she doesnt like it she can go somewhere else because she knows what she is doing the woman sat there and kept quiet. I believe she was there to get her nail fixed and was requesting it be done a certain way. I strongly believe that you are the professional which is why we come to you but there is a way to address the way a customer feels by ensuring them you will do what is asked and also give your reason as to why it is being done a certain way. I felt bad for the customer and didnt appreciate how she made me feel as a customer although she was not working on me. The same woman( nail tech ) got frustrated with another customers daughter as she requested a set but said it in a different way that I understood her request but just because the Vietnamese woman didnt she raised her voice with a frustrated laugh while trying to speak to her. If that was me I wouldve requested someone else to assist me. That lady is in the wrong business if she cant provide customer service. All the other girls there were very polite and helpful except her. I would never recommend anyone go to her for services as she is rude.

This place was awesome! My pedicure took an appropriate amount of time wasnt rushed or anything. Kevin did my nails and he did themPerfectly! I did come in a bit late but he still did an amazing job. I actually had gotten my nails done somewhere else prior to coming here and he did my current nails 100% better and did them exactly like i asked. I will be returning as a regular and I highly recommend!

This place is the worst with customer service walked in and nobody greeted with a hello or welcome to nail spa seems as they tried to avoid me as a customer !! As I had to greet them with a hello to get someone’s attention !! I asked to see if anybody is available to do my nails they quickly told me that they could not help me with my nails because they where closing at 8 and they simply take there last customers at 730!!! I walked in at 7:34 and all nail tech were available! My friend had referred me there with good intentions of telling me it was a great place to get your nails done.. I’m never going back there again never !!!!!!!!

Fast service. Went on a Sunday without appointment. Staff were friendly and place was very clean. I received a deluxe pedi. Great price and excellent service. Nail tech was kind and not pushy about other services. Will definitely be going to this place for pedicures.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. As soon as you walk in this place all of the workers look at you as if you were lost. They are messy and their work is just as messy. They’re rude and their and their attitudes are horrible. They say they close at 8 during weekdays and by 6:30 they’re closing their spa. The management is just as horrible, they don’t cater to their customers at all. I will not be returning here ever.

Been coming here for over 6 months with my daughter and we absolutely love Jennie. She is amazing and well worth the wait.

Worst service and environment I have ever visited! Walked in only to hear an employee argue with who seemed to be manager. Lady who helped me was also quite rude! First she indicates I make her nervous as I observe how she files my nails, then she snatches the polish when I indicated what I wanted and finally she is upset when she doesnt understand the color code I asked for. Other ladies working there create an uncomfortable visit with their rolling of eyes and clear disapproval of the people they work for. It is unfortunate that those in charge do not understand the words coming out of these ladies mouths!

This was my first time going here. The lady who did my nails did a alright job. I got gel done and I had a bubble look when finished, it was bumpy. She wasn’t wearing gloves when she was working on my feet. And the nail file looked used. I ended up getting a fungus infection on my toe. I wouldn’t go back.

The place is new and nice. The staff is friendly. The reason for the three stars is because I got a pedicure and my feet got cut. The lady doing my feet used the scraper and it cut my heal. My foot has been tender for the last 3 days. Other than that, they did a good job painting my nails, they took the proper time to trim my cuticles and give a mini foot massage.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Prices are reasonable and staff is super friendly! Kevin does great nails and Victoria always does amazing pedicures. The only thing that is keeping me from 5 stars is one employee - beware! She is a petite with long blonde hair and a nose piercing and sometimes wheres glasses. I assume she is in charge when the boss isnt there. Super rude and rough with both hands and feet. When my mom tried to correct her she rolled her eyes and got an attitude. Everyone else is super friendly and I will rather wait hours then have her do any of my services. Other than that I love this place!!! So glad I found this gem!

Its my second time going to this nail spa. Its very close to my house and the prices are reasonable. I live in the far East area of town and I used to drive all the way to Bassett because I couldnt find a place who would do a good job with my nails. I think I just found my new nail salon and the girl who did my nails is super fast and she did a good job. Thanks.

Worst customer service! Waited 35 minutes for a pedicure to not get one! Have tried this place over and over and everytime I come its the same thing customer service gets worse and worse. I would rather travel a distance to get services done then to come here that is close to my home. Would not recommend.

Victoria did my pedicure she did a great job. Very friendly and professional and she even gave me a tattoo artist recommendation when I asked her about her tattoos. I had a lovely experience and definitely plan to come back for more pampering.

Every time I go, the salon is always dirty. The employees are always lounging around, on their phones. Very unprofessional. On my recent visit, I wasn’t impressed. Gabby did my nails and left me disappointed. She cut me and she didn’t even acknowledge it. My nails are uneven and sloppy.

If you want quality service do yourself a favor and not go here. If your okay with a semi decent job then go. My nails were left bumpy with no color at all in some places. Very messy color application. I had only a mani and gel color applied.

Dont waste your money or time. I went for a manicure. Gel manicure to be exact. The lady was super rude and her bad manicure job she did only lasted four days, four days 🤨😡. And on top of all this she got mad cause my sister decided to back down as soon as she saw her dirty job, and said something to the other Chinese lady in her language which made us more upset since we knew she was talking smack about us. 🤬💅🤮

It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been waiting, if someone they know walks in they’ll go before you. Plus I took my son and he sat next to me but sitting very quiet and well behaved for his age (4) and in two instances he turned the chair, so the technician asked me to tell him to stop because she was getting dizzy, just very rude overall, she also said “relax watch the tv” and I said I’m relaxed, and she continued saying “no”...she also said she was tired and kept going to the back room constantly in the middle of my service. First and last time! Btw, I never write reviews, but this time was no exaggeration and needed a poor review.

Great place. This is my second time going since it’s way closer to where I regularly go to and they do an awesome job.

My sister and I went to get our nail done, asked for dipped powder. The gentleman that did my sisters nails was awesome, however the girl that worked on mine did a horrible job. Nails are bumpy, some are either too wide and not the right size or longer than others. I thought of returning to get her to do them again, but I feel that the job should have been done right the first time around. I was also shocked with her bad mouthing either other employees or her previous customers..very unprofessional! WILL NOT BE BACK!

Staff was nice, only went because it’s really close to my home however i don’t think I’ll be returning, the girl had a hard time doing my brows i had to ask her to fix them 3 times and they still wasn’t right at all! Then my gel polish started chipping after 2 days.

Terrible service! Never coming back. Jennifer tried to deny service because apparently they did not have glue. She left bumps all over my nails, missed spots and she was called in to fix them and told me she could not fix them because they were already done. Not only that but all the girls kept complaing about the time and mentioning how they had to go because it was already late. I came in at 6:30 place closes at 8:00pm. Very upset with the job they did. It was outrageous! Everyone is just very rude.

Lady nail spa is the Best place in elpaso to get quality full service nail care. Karla is my go to for SNS/dipping or whatever people call it here in Texas because her work is always consistently on point. For anyone claiming this salon is racist or does not service black people suffers from Personal insecurity psychosis or classic miscommunication syndrome, and I as a black American female I have only felt welcomed in this facility including all of my black friends I have recommended this gem spot to.Love all the employees that work here, keep up the good work LADIES !!!!!

This place sucks. First they charge extra for the way you get your nails shaped, so if you like coffin, round, almond pretty much anything other then square you looking at 5-10 extra on top of the style you get. Not to bad but I think its stupid seeing as you can go somewhere else and pay $35 for coffin shaped with gel paint where as here it would be $45 because it $10 extra for the coffin shape. Also their nail techs arent consistent some suck others dont. The guy I got was terrible my nails are chunky and not even the same sized or the shape I wanted. The gel polish is lumpy. Overall terrible experience. Dont waste your money here.

First time was good except for the angle of only 1 of my nails. Which I understand can happen sometimes. But as I kept going their nails have been lazy and nasty. My mother went the other week and got a guy who made her nails super thick, and a lousy job of painting. And I recently just went and was sat down with the owner. She cut 4 of my nail cuticles and didn’t apologize either, most of my nails are crooked and in a completely wrong angle, AND they’re extremely thick and not even the shape I asked. They look more oval than stiletto. I’m very disappointed because I really thought I got the right salon, but again they only did well on the first set smh.

Gabby did my $40 gel pedicure( did not let me know it would be an extra $10,& forgot to paint my right pinky toe),$51 full set acrylics( and didnt paint the sides or tops), and eyebrow waxing(which was the only thing she did decently). I called a couple days later,told them what happened,they took my name and number,saidtheyd sa call back, its been 5 fricken days. Still nothing!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

Worst nails Ive ever had. The guy took off my old acrylics and ripped off one of my natural nails making it bleed and didnt even apologize besides saying oh. Then the new set was crooked, way too short and very thick. He said he couldnt even do designs either. Now I need a complete new set after just 2 weeks, terrible.
