I had the best experience here at the salon for my first time! My husband and I went for manicures. The salon was well kept and clean. My nail tech was amazing! She was super sweet, friendly and went above and beyond for me! My favorite part is their amazing sugar scrub! It smells fruity and she sells bottles for you to take home! Another cool factor is the salon puts anxiety tools in your water bowl :) I loved the thought of this. It shows the techs care and want to provide good service for their clients. I walked out with baby smooth hands and a smile! Thank you ladies for a good time, I will definitely be returning!

Everyone here is really friendly. The lady spent a lot of time doing my nails and made sure they were perfect. She took her time and did a great job. The entire staff was nice. I will be a regular here.

Place us under new management. Customer service is great. However, I wasnt fully satisfy with my pedicure. It seams the lady who help me with my pedicure didnt have much experience so my pedicure came out okay I will say.. However, Ill go back to see next time the outcome is better..

Everytime I call in for a walk in, Im told something different when I arrive. They tell you what you want to hear to get you to come then you get there and they arent available to do your nails. Waste of time and gas.

OMG!!!!! I loved it so much. They gave us snacks and drinks because they heard that we were hungry, and they were so nice, and sweet, and left it open for us even though they were closing. I definitely recommend this nail place.🤩🤩

I love going to Nail Design to get my nails done because my paychecks go back to someone who does a wonderful job. I give a special thanks to Sunny and Emmy who do an amazing job with my nails every time I go.

The lady didnt do my nail right... She cut but didnt shape them right. She also didnt do the gel polish right. I was very unhappy. She was rude too. They soaked my nails too long in the acetone. There is dents in my nails from the gel polish. Dont go there.

We found this spa last min and everything from their greeting, their positive vibes and friendliness blew us away! 5 of us came to get mani and pedi, again this was very last min and they were so close to closing time!!!! Not once did they make us feel like we were an inconvenience or rushed, they kept the friendly conversation going and even gave us yummy snacks and drinks because they overheard us mention that we were hungry. I definitely recommend people to come here, hands down I have had services in El Paso, Washington, Hawaii and LA but not one can compare to the services given here. 🙏🏼 Emmy and Sunny, you two are the BEST!-- Denice Jew

It was good until it came time to pay. The man doing my sisters nails swiped the card and then again. It said it came out, but they kept saying it didnt. She was only supposed to lay a certain amount and it showed it came out. They countinued saying she didnt pay!

Horrible painting. I waited 25 minutes for buff and paint, typical of a Saturday afternoon. But the tech didnt buff the nail smooth and applied the polish as well a an elementary school girl could have. I was only refunded 5 of ten dollars. I wish I could share a picture.

Tried this place twice. Even after the second chance it was still a disappointment! I won’t waste my money here ever again. I’ve let all my friends know to avoid this place. They aren’t friendly, they do a horrible job and they don’t even acknowledge you or pay attention to you.

Horrible painting. Lady seemed like she was rushing the whole time and she wouldn’t clean up the edges like she’s supposed to, especially with white polish! So messy. I shouldn’t of paid at the end honestly. She didn’t clean under my nails, and I paid for the manicure not just polish. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The older lady is so rude. She squeezes my fingers and yells so much. I feel like when I walk in she does not want me there. I finally decided NEVER to go back after she did a super sloppy job!!!!! When I went to a different nail shop to fix my nails the nail tech was super shocked that I paid for what she did. NEVER will I ever go back . Gotta remember to call the BBB on this place.

I normally get deluxe pedi but this time I got the luxury pedi for the first time and it was worth it. It started to bubble and fizzing alot when she put in the salt soak . I like it better than deluxe

The woman wanted to start doing my nails right after touching someone elses feet without washing her hands. I walked out.

Went here a few time but nothing I get done ever last. My toe nail polish starts to chip after 3 days every time I get them done here. I got a lip wax & I got home to find out there was still a small patch of hair that was missed when it was waxed. I spend over $40 every time I come here & they basically ask you for a tip at the end. The amount of money I spend here is not worth it because this place is very ran down with bugs, smell, ect. Its a very SMALL selection of nail polish available and the polishes are all watered down from them using acetone in them instead of going out and buying new ones.New to El Paso so I figured I would give them a fair shot since they are so close to my house but trust me dont waste your time or money.

Dont go here. Ive been multiple times and have rarely had a good experience. Each time I went for eyebrow way they burned my eyebrows with the wax I said something but the same result. I went to get my overlay taken off of two nails and because chair number one was in a rush she ripped my nail up off the nail bed. it started to bleed and she was still going to put an overlay on it. I told her not to touch that nail and work on the second one. She finished and still charged me for the service. The only thing I was ok with was the pedicure but I still would have to return less than a week later because the polish was falling off. There are many nail salons. Dont waist your money here.

I was a little annoyed, due to my experience I had at the other nail salon earlier that day. The nail tech Linda definitely fixed everything that was wrong. My only advice to others is to come early to avoid the wait.

Worst place ever!!! They seriously did my eyebrows in less than 2 minutes, threw some wax on there and plucked. They didnt even wax the entire top part!!! If you dont want to take your time and earn money then I will go somewhere else!!! I had to come home and fix them as well as I can! I will never go there again, and hope they get shut down, I can not believe how fast she went!!!!!
