Horrible, Horrible customer service. So horrible that they dont even open the door to go in, even though they supposed to open until 6pm. There was one stylist working but I guess another kid haircut was too much to handle.

My only favorite salon in El Paso!! Josie takes care of my hair!! She’s amazing.. actually ALL of them are.. Danny has an awesome relationship with all his employees.. They are all friendly and will fill your day with joy!! Thank you for always satisfying my hair needs!

I visited the amazing Studio DC and left feeling fabulous! Ive never felt compelled to leave a review on anything before but have been so pleased that I could not do anything else but praise them. Fantastic color and an equally fantastic cut by Danny. I am so impressed with the all around professionalism, I could have not hoped for a better outcome. Will definitely be going back!!

I have been going to Danny Chavez for all my hair needs for over 20 years. His work is meticulous and he cares how you look. His studio is top notch for decor and cleanliness. I give him 5 stars because he deserves it!!

A wonderful place to get a variety of services. The people are fantastic and the atmosphere is very soothing yet professional. Claudia is perfect for men’s hair cuts. Daniel and Yaneth are perfect for the ladies. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a personal stylist to give you that perfect look and style you have been after.

I went to Studio DC salon twice. Both times I was taken care of by Danny, the owner. The first time I went to this salon was to get my hair colored to blend in with my grey hair. I had showed him some pictures. I wasnt to sure if I liked the hair color while I was still there, but Danny let me know if I had any concerns about my hair to just let him know. I went home and my family members said why had I colored my hair black. My husband thought I had colored my own hair. My hair color turned out black and did not blend in with my hair. So I decided to send Danny a text to let him know I was not happy with my hair and would like it recolored to a lighter color. The second time I went, I noticed Danny was not being as friendly as he was on the first visit. I felt like I was in a nightmare when he colored and washed my hair, especially when he washed and rinsed my hair he was pulling my hair when he was yanking my head side to side and back and forth so forceful that my mother who was sitting on the sofa heard me making noises. Thats when Danny asked me if he was hurting me and I answered yes. He said, Oh sorry All I can say I have never been treated so harshly at a hair salon like I was at this salon. I definitely DO NOT recommend going to this salon.
