Awwwwwful experience. Ive been getting my nails done here for 6 years and the service lately has been SO bad. The new guy that did my pedicure was so rude and did a terrible job. The lady that did my nails was sweet but, my manicure was super bumpy and my dip powder had a dent in it where you could see my actual nail and she just filled it with clear polish so theres just a hole. The past three experiences Ive had have been awful. I do not recommend at all. I was charged $105 for a really bad manicure and pedicure.

Terrible!!! A scam for sure! My pedicure was already done I just needed a French in gel, and an acrylic overlay in my two toes, without even telling me the price he asks for my card and charges me 45 dollars!!!!!!!!!!! Mind you I had just gone somewhere else to get a pedicure and they charged me 30 which is the price for a regular pedicure. He did a French and put some acrylic on both of my toes! 45 bucks? I think that’s ridiculous and he took advantage that I’m young for sure! When I asked him why he stuttered and got all nervous and didn’t even know what to say.I’ve gone to many nail salons and have never been charged like this! Ever! He didn’t do a bad job at all, the price is just ridiculous!

I was visiting El Paso from AZ and this place was amazing. Joseph took his time,my nails look absolutely beautiful!! Better than any place I have ever had my nails done in AZ 😍❤

As a straight male I have never got my nails done EVER and have always had sad ridged nails. Always felt self conscious about them since I was a child. He filled them in did something else and they look normal. Not long or crazy but normal nails. Could not ask for more. Thank you. Great family owned business.

I’ve been coming here for a long long time I’ve seen 3-4 new management and I’ve been a loyal customer for years ! But today was the last straw I paid 110 dollars for fills and pedicure last Tuesday with a $20 tip and 5 days later my nails broke off. Then I go to get them fixed and they had 6 ppl being worked on and only two employees. Then they tell me to comeBack like if I have time. Super disappointed.

Got a new set the shape is uneven, they’re so thick and you can tell she didn’t try on the design. not worth it !

Did not want to fix my gel polish that was coming off one day after I got my manicure. They were so busy they did a poor job.

I’m very picky about my nail shape and this salon nails it every time! They are very kind and professional and prices are more affordable then most!

I asked them to be finished by a certain time to which they assured me would be no problem but kept on starting other customers who came after me. At the end I had to leave with my nails unfinished and they charged me full price for a service they couldn’t fulfill.

This place is very nice, and i have never had a bad experience until the last time i went. The man that was doing my nails pressed too hard on the spinning nail file and he cracked my nails. This man cracked three of my finger nails below my acrylics. This man also nipped my skin and i started to bleed and didn’t even apologize or give me something to wipe down the blood with. In the middle of doing my nails he left me to attend another woman that needed acrylics as well. He eventually came back and rushed them. they were unevenly filed and super thick. I don’t think i’ll be returning. This cannot happen again. They need a lot more available nail techs to work there.

Awesome service everytime.

This is the second time I go to this place, and I was very disappointed with the service provided. The owners were busy with other clients, so they had an elderly lady do my nails. She did a horrible job with the gel manicure. I asked if it could be corrected, and nothing was done. I am never returning to this place again. My 11-year-old can probably do a better job at painting my nails.

Walked in with two others just minutes before closing and the staff was still just as welcoming. They werent in a hurry to get us out the door. They took their time and ensured that we were satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It is now my new favorite place!

Ive always had a bad experience finding the perfect nail salon. After I went to Ocean Nails and got my nails done finally found the one! I will be coming here for sure! This location is under new management and staff is very nice and friendly! The owner did my nails and he did an amazing job!!

Amazing!! Tiffany was very kind and did a great job on my nails. Had them done previously elsewhere and they were thick/wide. Tiffany fixed them without any trouble. I will be going back.

Wonderful atmosphere, great customer service and awesome work. under new mgmt so the ATM machine is gone, yay! they accept credit cards. I have been to several salons and this offers all I am looking for.

Nice staff that speak pretty good English however I was not happy with the job they did on my toes. Not only did he cut my nails as short as they get without even asking me, he cut me twice which left me with purple bruising on two toes that doesnt look like itll go away soon. He then did a sloppy job painting them by literally not even painting the entire nail but just putting globs of polish on each one that looking from the side make them look like bubble nails. On one of them he put way too much which made it about 2 shades darker than the rest and I had to ask twice for them to fix it because the first time he tried to tell me there was no way it was darker since he used the same products. I literally cried when I got home because I have an important event coming up which is why I got my nails done in the first place. Even my husband said I do a way better job doing my own nails (if even a guy notices thats how you know its bad). The woman did a decent job on my finger nails which is why I gave them two stars but the guy f***** my toe nails up.

This is the second time Ive bern turned away or asked to return at a later time. So inconvenient. Liked the old management better! They have lost my business!

Ocean Nails is under new ownership. I have been very pleased with all services I have tried from nails to pedicures. Customer service and satisfaction is a priority for the owners.

My nails last so much longer than at many other places I have gone. This will be my new regular spot!

Went in for mani/pedi and noticed it’s CASH ONLY. Seriously?!! I was going to leave and the lady explained they had an ATM. Of course it has a $2.95 fee. I said I didn’t want to pay fees and she again went on to explain the fee goes back to the salon. I stayed under the condition the fee from the ATM was going to be her tip. She accepted. I stayed. Got mani/pedi. Decent. She’s a bit rough with those sharp tools.3 stars for her work but I hate that they rudely blabber in their language all the time.**But mainly, I WILL NOT return because of their CASH ONLY and ATM FEES policy.Bye Felicia!

I went in there for some french Tip with glitter and I got just what I wanted . I was in and out it was quick great service and I absolutely love my nails .

The new management is great and the prices good. They dont rush through the work and so far in 5 visits Ive been pleased.

Been here twice, staff very nice.
