I always go here to get my nails done. The owner and her daughter are always nice. I went in on a Saturday, It was two Hispanic women and an Asian women doing pedicures. The Asian lady did not even ask what I wanted and rushed my pedicure she was kind of rude. charged me $59 for I dont know what kind of pedicure. I usually pay $40. I am not one to complain. But I will not be going there again!

People were nice. I dont feel that details were paid attention too. But I also think they were short handed and rushing to make sure all customers were taken care of. There were 5 people in my group and only 3 people working. There were about 5 additional people who walked in while we were there.

They are super fast but nails dont come out right.. The gentleman hurt my nails so many times .Will never come back.

Im new to Texas from CA my aunt recommended this salon because she uses the location upstairs which she loves, I couldn’t experience the love for the service because I used the downstairs location due to dip powder services not being offered upstairs, although everyone was kind with minimal talk and the service was quick the technician I got was not careful he left alot of dip power residue on by skin around my nails instead of using acetone to remove he clips away with cuticles cutter removing my skin with it worse part is he uses super glue to close my cut and stop the bleeding My fingers are in pain I cant put them under water or put pressure on them and I dont think that pain on our nails for the next few days is the outcome we look for when paying for a grooming service. Not a good professional place, Just a cheap get the job done fast kind of salon.

Some nails were clear and others were cloudy. The glitter tips werent even and the topcoat was sloppy. I do not recommend them.

The employees are super nice and friendly and make you feel very comfortable. But the prices are really not worth it. I had a mani and a pedi using only gel and a small design on the pointer fingers. The work was very mediocre maybe only $30 worth, but oh my gosh, very overly priced for a mediocre job. I was very disappointed, but should’ve known better. Maybe if they’d lower the prices or take more classes to really make the nails worth the price.i was expecting the artwork to at least be something impressive, but it looked like something I can just do myself at home and save money.Also, I’ve had gel nails before, that’s pretty much the only thing that I like to do, on very rare occasions, but goodness!! Im not sure what the lady put on my nails, but it’s almost felt my actual nail was cooking. It hurt so much!I still paid, but feel taken advantage of. I’m sorry, but I will not be returning here.

When i first got them i LOVED them! But not even a week later, i was putting my hair up in a ponytail and my hair got stuck on my BROKEN nail. I do not exercise or do anything extreme, enough to break it.. I am debating if I would go here again.The girl doing them did not put them under UV saying its better, but I am not so sure its ok in this case 🤷🏽‍♀️

I requested pink acrylic and she said she didnt have it and if I didnt like it I should go somewhere else they didnt care she said. I literally asked her to soak off the glue she had put and I walked out. Worst experience Ive had at a nail salon.

Love the way my nails came out. Great customer service and no wait time. I got a fill and a new color. The girl that did them took her time and fixed the shape. Better quality and cheaper price than the usual place I go to. Will come back again

I used to be a regular here till my husband got orders. This place is amazing! The prices are good, the ladies are GREAT. Jenny is by far the best! She can do crazy designs and she takes her time, which is why I loved her. Def worth the drive if you have to choose a place.

When I got there asked for something and she ended up doing what she wanted. I told them thats not what I wanted. She then answered well that what its going to be because I cant do it. 🤨🤨

When my girlfriend asked for a fill, one of the employees didn’t even tell her the price and just made her sit, my girlfriend asked for the lady to cut them shorter and I guess the lady got mad because we would pay her less, after she cut her nails she gave the worst service I’ve ever seen, even cut my girlfriends finger from doing so hard . Maybe they should keep cool next time if they want their customers to come back.Lesson of the day . Ask how much before they seat you !!

BAD SERVICE! lady’s have bad attitudes and like to take it out on your nails as soon as I asked for new set kept convincing me to get fills I said no over and over then it didn’t look like she knew how to remove nails for a new set !? Removed one nail and it cut half my nail off in the corner .NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN !

I LOVE it here! I definitely recommend Erica,shes great! she takes her time and gives you exactly what you want. I always get gel set and Erica makes them look natural.

Same owner of Regal Nails inside of Yarbrough Walmart. Very bad service. Also the woman made my toe bleed in a pedi. The Asian employee, not an owner, is very disrespectful and likes to ridicule customers. I clicked one star so that I could comment but I rate this business -10 stars.

Convenient location. Not sure what was so special about the manicure and pedicure to warrant charging that price. Wouldnt go back.

I live in Las Cruces and I got a full set done by the owner Cindy. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me something different. I was okay with the work but I wasn’t happy. Two of my nails have large bumps in them and FOUR of them have broke. The first one broke not even 24 hrs after I got them done. I was charged 55 dollars for a simple acrylic set. I got rhinestones on two fingers so I understand why it wasn’t the original price but 55 dollars was entirely too much. She told me that I had to pay that because of them shape I got. She put the tips on and used sicciors to cut some off the side to make them more slender that’s all. The cherry on top of this story is when I was leaving after being there for over an hour and a half for a awful set she asked me if she could take a picture for their Facebook page and I said yes. Since then I have looked for the Facebook page with no luck. I called today to ask what the name of the page was and she told me they don’t have one. She also pretended like she wasn’t the one who did my nails even though she was and she told me I needed to drive over there to show her my nails and that the only thing she would do is give me a discount for next time. Very upsetting to waste 55 dollars.

Went in for an eyebrow wax because I prefer waxing over threading, should have went with threading at the other place. Got my brow trimmed too short, and then waxed too much so I ended up with messed up brows. Told the lady it was uneven and she basically told me that I can just pencil it in, and that it was my fault somehow and that’s just how my eyebrow was. I paid anyways. Wish I didn’t. Left unhappy.

Over rated, its not the best, they always deviate from the service and price you originally wanted, the nails only ever last a week, I just wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Go anywhere else

I have never had this nails this poorly done. I asked for a full set with a french tip. It took her 50 minutes, she scratched the tip to the point you can still see the scratches through the acrylic, she didnt buff the edges so the nail is rough, and she added a gel coat which I didnt ask for and then charged me extra. Half the nails are crooked as well. Im extremely disappointed in the quality of the nails. I wont be going back.
